Apex is a high quality, updated facility, and you’ll be able to see that the moment you walk in the door. I love lifting here because it’s relatively low traffic and it’s conveniently close to where I live. The bathrooms are also very nice, as there are two single restrooms with showers so I can rinse off before I go to work. I highly recommend checking it out, definitely worth the cost.

I really enjoy working out here. It can be so scary to work out in a public setting especially as a woman and I feel so safe at Apex! It's really important for me to have a decent size gym that isn't full of body builders but still has everything I could want and that is Apex. It is completely worth the price and the staff are always so kind. This is a 24hr space which makes it easy and convenient to get a workout in when it works for your schedule!

I’ve been going to Apex for about a year now and I love it! As a woman, it is a very safe and welcoming atmosphere. I don’t feel overwhelmed by the amount of people that are there and I feel comfortable doing my own thing without the fear of being judged! Also, the employees are super nice and helpful! Great place. And love that I have the option to workout whenever I want with the way their hours work!

All the necessary equipment, clean areas, great attitude/vibe from both members and staff. I love that there are week passes for people who don't work out frequently enough to make a monthly membership worth it. It is a very welcoming gym and I'm glad I found it!

Great overall amazing Gym. Love the staff, most of them seem to be personal trainers so it is good to have someone to go to to ask gym questions. Great atmosphere and great always functionable machines! I highly recommend this gym for anyone (Beginners-Experienced) The price is very affordable and they have great showers/changing rooms!

Ive loved going to apex! its not a huge gym buy it has all the necessary equipment you need. Ive never seen it dirty, always well kept and maintained. equipment is all new and good quality. I love my workouts at Apex and i love the team at apex! always very friendly!

Great gym. Always well kept and clean. All the weights and machines needed. Not a large gym but is well set up and is never too busy that you can't get to what you want. Staff are helpful and informative.

Apex is an amazing gym! Despite being restricted with limited space they have been incredibly efficient in choosing equipment and placement of said equipment. This place has an amazing atmosphere with the lights, music, and people. This the type of gym and community where you can put in work and still have a great time while doing it!

Very clean facility and friendly staff. When I first signed up, it was quick and easy. I also appreciate the manager saying they hold members accountable for putting weights away which one of the reasons I left my last gym. Apex is has all the equipment I’ll ever need and then some not to mention the awesome music selection. Thanks for opening up in Moorhead!

I moved to Fargo in 2019 and always went to Anytime fitness I hated the environment of anytime fitness because it didn’t have the right gym vibe that I was looking for. I went and looked at Apex because it looked like something I was very interested in and the environment is very perfect for what I was looking for. So far I love it I’m usually there at 5 AM and there’s only a few people there so for the small gym that it is it’s never been crowded when I go

Great gym! Excellent weight equipment choices, good atmosphere, and only busy during peak times. Can accommodate people of many different training styles. Saw weightlifters, powerlifters, people bodybuilding, marathon training, and gen pop all able to utilize the space.

Great place to workout.smaller gym but they keep the memberships low so no over crowding I have been going since it opened. Owners and staff are super friendly. Perfect balance of machines and freeweights Even a nice place to charge your devices. Fully stocked vending machines incase you forget your pre or post workout drinks. (which i do often) 24 hr access so ya dont have to worry about what hours they are open.

This is an Excellent Gym to workout at! It’s got everything you need and it’s a perfect size where you don’t get overwhelmed with everything and everyone. The staff is great and always there to help out, you feel safe because of the security they have in place.

I joined a few months ago, but have yet to have a bad experience. The staff are friendly and informative. Moreover, at least one or two of them I've consistently seen using the equipment there, so I know they know how to use/demo the equipment if I have questions. Signing up was relatively easy, which can be done in-person or online. You receive a key fob and have access to the facilities 24/7, even when it's not staffed. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The equipment, as much as I've used, is in working order. There are 3 squat cages, a variety of weight machines, free weights, and cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, two stair machines). There is also a separate room where you can do resistance training or use a yoga mat. There are two bathrooms (non-gender assigned) with at least one of them having a shower in it (I've only personally been in one of them, so I can't personally confirm that both bathrooms have showers). It's usually not too busy, I go after work around 4:30 PM. I've only had to wait for a squat cage like twice. Seems like everyone follows gym etiquette of wiping down machines, bars, and free weights after use and resetting things back to how they're supposed to be for the next person. There's music playing with sports on a couple TVs. I do have a wish list of things they would change/add: towels (I know having laundry facilities is a huge cost/burden, so I understand, but it would be nice); duplicate lower weight free-weight dumb bells (specifically like 5 to 50 pounds since these are the most commonly used); lower weight rubber plate weights that can be dropped (they have like I think 25 and 45 lb rubber plate weights, but that's it for droppable ones); change the News Max channel to something non-political like sports. Other than those wish list items, this gym is great!

Apex is a hidden gem of gyms in Moorhead. Outfitted with high quality power racks, three deadlift platforms, and any specialty bar you could possibly need, including the Kabuki transformer bar. This gym fits in perfect with the weekend warriors or bodybuilders, though to me it appears geared more toward the more dedicated powerlifter.

Great new gym for the Fargo/Moorhead area. Staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions about equipment and their uses. Prices are low compared to other gyms in the area. 24 hr access is huge as my schedule changes constantly. The gym music is on point and not too loud, music videos while music is playing is unique and cool perk. Plenty of TVs in front of the cardio equipment, they even let you change the channel to what you want! Overall very impressed with this gym. Stop in to get a free day pass to try it out no strings attached!
