I have been wanting to visit Alphaland for while and was finally in the area from Dallas. The whole staff was very welcoming and so kind! The building is big and so modern! There’s so much attention to detail and the environment is so positive! As a plus size women, I won’t lie, I was very nervous about going in and feeling unwelcome but it was completely the opposite! I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, I went in to shop around. The only down side is they don’t carry any sizes bigger than a large in womens and XL in men’s. However, I do fit in some of their Large items and was able to make some nice purchases! Will definitely make sure I plan time to work out there next time I’m in town! 😊

This gym isn't like the ordinary gym you go to. The vibe in Alphaland is amazing, and the size of this place is huge - there are three sections of the gym(two within the main building, and a small one at the back), two basketball court, a indoor & outdoor lounge, a cardio area with the slopes to run on, and big field for the people to play soccer, football, or other sports. This gym really makes you feel extremely motivated to do your workout. Going through the entrance, there's a shop for all the outfits for both males and females. And then you walked into the tunnel that leads you to the gym, which basically feels like heaven for gym goers. As soon as you step into into gym, that motivation kicks in and you get through your workout. People are doing their things, lots of people are getting their content for their social media(it's also a good spot to do fitness photography), it's amazing. And nobody is judging you - everyone has the same goal. But one thing to add on that the amount of cameras and phones all around for influencers can be overwhelming, since it does attract a lot of fitness influencers(especially during the evening). My only advice is arrive to this gym during the morning or early afternoon, where it feels more relaxed and not be surrounded by bunch of wannabe influencers. Although it's a beautiful gym campus, the daily pass is higher than the Alphalete Gym, which is around $30. Which is a bit expensive but it's a new gym and lots of people are having strong interest, so the price is worth it based on experience. Overall, such an amazing experience - this is a must for all gym goers or for people who are striving for that fitness motivation.

My girlfriend and I went to Alphaland for the Inaka and Raw meetup. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though the gym was absolutely packed we were able to get in an excellent workout. We also had the opportunity to meet Christian which was awesome. Both of us had a phenomenal time and I would recommend Alphaland to any serious fitness enthusiast. Definitely looking forward to coming again next time we are in Houston!

Huge space. Congrats to the Guzman team. The gyms got everything. Docking a point because it’s not so much a “membership” gym because it’s extremely crowded. It seems it has turned into a space to shoot content. Although nothing wrong with that, it may feel a bit busy and overwhelming if you’re not used to it. Very cool merch shop in the front. Clean bathrooms.

This gym is a great vibe for Houston. I enjoyed my time at the gym. I thought the multiple gyms were cool as well as the cafeteria being a plus. I visited multiple gyms while in Houston and I must say this gym was probably my favorite to workout at. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

Drove 5 hours to check this place out and it definitely lives up to the hype! Awesome facility, great equipment and friendly staff. The overall vibe here is positive and I'll definitely come back next time I visit Houston!

Upon driving in, you have ample amount of parking space to chose from. As soon as you walk into the gym, you are greeted by a retail store with gorgeous fitting rooms, a fully maned front desk, a cafe with lounge chairs and couches, an outside patio area, clean womens and mens restrooms with locker rooms and showers, areas with snacks and drinks you can purchase. Three gyms, one which is enclosed with free weights and machines, squat racks and deadlift platforms and a turf downstairs and the cardio machines upstairs. Second gym has more of a warehouse gym feel to it, if weather permits the doors will be open or closed. The third gym is smaller and is always usually open. Two basketball courts and a soccer field. You can rent out basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, lifting belts from the second gym as long as you provide them with something of yours then can hold on to. Is there really anything else you can ask for?

Dope space and environment! People here are serious about their fitness. The venue is setup to influence you to want to get in shape. An amazing athletic training facility. I've been to many gyms but nothing compares to this place. I wish there was one in the DC area, I would definitely go to it. I'm glad I visited during my stay in Houston, TX. I shall return and hopefully get a few more workouts in.

Very large and popular gym. I personally found it overwhelming and overpriced but they clearly do well for themselves. If you're local and live for the gym life then this really is the place for you. They offer food options in their dining area and have a couple in house clothing brands and snack options.

I guess young kids, they get impressed with music that has N word on it, but to me the music is Horrible!, they play loud Hip Hop music almost all the time, I really don't understand what have to be that afro America music associated with working out better, am open to listening all type of music but I get bored when they play one type of music only. The gym is ok, the locker room are very small that is the second thing I don't like and the have only one shower. Good work out machines, hot muscle men working out shirtless 💪, that make cool atmosphere but with that music I feel more like to be in big open gym from a jail, from some sort of movie, maybe that is the point to attract a lot of insecure young kids that find that all that is cool.

It’s a pretty cool and unique gym! Just be prepared to dodge tripods after 6pm. Lol One thing I don’t like is how long Alpha Eats ALWAYS takes to get something made. Even when there is no one in line at Alpha Eats. Referred my buddy of mine to get a gym membership here and he was also disappointed in how long they took.

Honestly this gym is breath taking. I want to get a membership so badly but $85 or $75 a month is a lot not gonna lie but I guess for this gym it is worth it. It literally has everything so I wouldn’t complain.

Really just everything someone in the fitness lifestyle could want. It is so much more than just three top-of-the-line gyms. The atmosphere, the shops, the location, staff, and AlphaEats is incredible. Really jawdropping. I wish so bad that there was one in Portland.

This review is overdue as I’ve been a member for the past (almost) 5 years. What prompted me to make this review is meeting & chatting with Mr. Guzman (Christian’s dad) today. Not that he asked me to, but by him simply saying “thank you so much for supporting my son all these years.” I’ve never actually met Christian, but what he has built could obviously not be done without the love and support of his family (and of course friends). As a business owner myself in the Houston fitness industry (much smaller scale; I own a boutique studio), I absolutely appreciate not only the community that has been built but the business aspect of Alphaland, too. Consider this review from a fly on the wall as although I’ve been a long time member, I don’t necessarily interact with the Alphalete/land community. I’m simply a normal non-influencer woman in her early 30’s who views the gym as my sacred time lol. Head down, AirPods in. Yes there are tripods everywhere, yes there is loud music, yes it gets busy during peak hours or when events are going on, yes there are influencers and athletes who are a little too into themselves. But so what? It’s to be expected. The environment is actually really inspiring to be in; you are surrounded by people who may be much younger or older than you and they all come for one thing…to feel like they are a part of something much bigger and to be better. I personally have no desire to be in fitness comps, etc. I mainly lift for my overall health & wellbeing but it is still fun and motivating to be around such strong athletes! I agree that some staff members are not the most customer friendly, but certainly not all. I do believe in excellent customer service & while there is room for growth, I also understand that building your team is a constant work in progress. As for the complaints on day passes, lol. I pay nearly the same amount to drop into any other gym whether it’s warehouse or commercial. The brand and facility is growing and will continue to do so. The prices reflect that and at the end of the day it’s a business that you will choose to support or not. Considering how far it has come and where it’s going, all is fair in my opinion. Last, I want to also say while my business is not in the same boat or path as Alphaland, Christian’s tenacity is something fierce. It’s inspiring for my own business ambitions and I’m happy to be a small part of this gym and community.

I came here while i was visiting Houston as a big Alohalete apparel fanatic i had to shop here in person. I was disappointed because all the only outerwear they had available was 3XL and 2XL. Idk what obese people are shopping here but as a 6,3 person who wears S/M/L it was disappointing. I got some medium sized shorts and i guess ill get everything else online like usual and wait a week for it. Staff was nice

Love this gym. Only a 20 min drive from Houston and has a ton of space and equipment. I think the gym just needs cleaning staff, since there's always sweat stains on all the cardio equipment, and some areas are dirtier than other areas. There are not brushes available to take chalk off the bars so seems there is a build up chalk on them. Overall, the gym is amazing, and would recommend

This was a unique experience. My friends and I went to check this place out on a trip to Houston and we were all thoroughly intimidated lol. We only went to browse the shops in the front and as such we were not dressed for the occasion causing us to stick out like tourists in a foreign place. Everybody was fit and confident. The grounds were immaculate and the property itself was huge with plenty of options on what to do for your choice of workout. I would love to have a chance to go here in the future and actually try out the facilities!

Was there twice on a Sunday afternoon. Best commercial ever visited, forget Golds in Venice. All Rogue Power bars, Texas Power deadlift bars and lot of machines. Yes, barbell brushes would be helpful.

This gym is extremely over hyped. Nice and big open space, but unfortunately very crowded. The machines are worn down and super dirty. Lack of towels/cleaning supplies to wipe down machines (which almost no one does)- it's gross. Also lack of water stations. As for the apparel- not worth $90 a legging (some of the lighter colors are see through and for the price tag, that should not happen.) There is definitely a lot room for improvement.

Went on a day pass and this is like Disneyland for athletes and gym rats. 3 gyms, several outdoor facilities/gyms. Everything was super clean! It wasn’t crowded when I went in the morning so that was nice. Very elite gym, definitely worth the investment if you are serious about your fitness lifestyle. Can’t wait to go back.

Gym had everything and everything is well kept. I'm just used to Gold Gym not alpha land. Though my friends enjoyed the place a lot. This place felt like an influencer gym and not really a everyday gym for me just my opinion. For me I'd give its okay or 3 stars but because my friends enjoyed it I'll give it four stars.

My boys absolutely loved it there, get the 24 hour pass for $25 if you visit, you can go more then once in 24 hours. That are really nice and helpful, there a great sale on clothes right now too

Beautiful gym. Finishes are great and a lot of unique equipment. I went during the daytime on a weekday so I didn’t have to wait for anything. The inside gym is a little small for my tastes. I can see it getting packed really easily during peak times but you can always go outside which is really spacious & has most of the same equipment or something comparable. Only notable issue: I had a difficult time finding it. Using Google maps, it stops you about a half block away from the actual entrance and there’s no signage visible from the street. Possibly because the complex is so large. They should invest in a sign out for the road. Keep going straight and you will see the entrance on your left hand side.

I could write a whole book about this place but going there for June Summer Shredding 2022 it was INCREDIBLE! The equipment, food, atmosphere, music, system, and staff were top tier. Personally Dana the store manager was my favorite because she took the time (multiple times) to help my friend and I out with our questions, purchases and even help my friend get a new pair of leggings. What Christian has built is incredible, but the team behind everything is unmatched. Coming back to Raleigh, NC and to Lifetime was a culture shock but I can't wait to be back in October!

Drove 4 hrs to Alphaland . I read the reviews before purchasing a day pass and I’ll be honest I focus on the lower reviews and going there my expectations where low but that all change when I walked in. The staff were so nice and sweet and so helpful. They answered all my questions. When we went in to work out I was expecting it to be nothing but influencers and yea they are there filming but not the way people think. Everyone was doing their own thing and when not once did I feel like I was being judge like I usually feel at my everyday gym. Everyone was smiling and even met an influencer and he was the nicest person ever. Will definitely be coming back in the future. One thing I would like to see is the sanitization stations being continuously refill was hard to find one with wipes to wipe down the equipment. Also the confusing part for me was the day pass. For any one wondering you can purchase the pass when you arrived and when you check in you can use it for 24 hrs so once you leave you are able to go back and work out some more.

Now this is a gym. They just might have every piece of equipment imaginable. This place is the size of a small amusement park with an outdoor and indoor gym. The best part about this gym is the atmosphere which can not be duplicated anywhere else. The monthly fee is a little high but you do get alot of bang for your buck. Proud but never satisfied? what are you going to do next?

Decided to go to Alphaland today to see how the gym was and thought it would be bigger than they made it seem. the entrance is nice it’s a VS style store. then u have the first gym indoors which is your ordinary gym size upstairs you have cardio equipment downstairs free weights etc. little smaller than what I’m used too, good equipment & clean facility. then outdoors you have your 2nd gym which is a good size also and last 3rd gym section is less than half the size as a regular gym not sure why the separation it’s has a nice basketball court, football field etc; but honestly, I wasn’t impressed overall. I thought it’d be bigger and better than other gyms I’ve been 2. It’s better than commercial gyms for sure. It’s a nice luxury style vibe but not worth 30$ a day pass for my preference. there’s other gyms that have way more equipment and are more old school hype vibes with same or better equipment for same or less the price of that. Guess I just like more old school type of gyms then this style idk, definitely everyone was more focused on taking pictures and on their phones than actually working out definitely not my style of gym. So I don’t think I’ll be coming again. Not really a motivating environment, and for being a “big gym they didn’t have decline bench presses” or more equipment like others I've been too here in Houston.

My favorite gym so far, I traveled here all the way from wakanda to get a taste of Land of Alpha and it did not disappoint. So many things I loved, first of all, they have a Chris Bumstead Hologram and you can take unlimited pics with it. There is also a lot of equipment so I never have to fight anyone for a machine like I do at my home gym. Their service is amazing, You can even rent a spotter for 20$ - 40$ an hour depending on how hot they are. they will follow you around all session like a dog and help you out. There are also basketball courts but you need to be lightskin and above 6'0. Im a 5'3 asian, I stood no chance. I actually got hung from my underwear on the rim and was left there all night until maintenance saw me. Warning - Watch out for Soosh and his army, I am hearing plans of a revolt of some sort. To the alphaland team - We must stand up against him and put an end to this reign of terror!!

Breathtaking establishment, BUT.... ok, first, the pro's -- great parking area, clean, clean, clean landscaping and scenery, spectacular entry, passing through apparel stores, supplement area, great counter staff, entry to the gym is fun, tons of equipment, lots of squat racks and benches (things you normally have to wait in line for)... cons -- shower area and dressing rooms lockers are electronic and do not work (update March 15, 2022: lockers have been FIXED -- woohoo!), only 2 showers and all dressing areas are wide-open viewing for anyone else in the shower/dressing area, so even if you like a smidgen of privacy, this aint for you. The black walls and floors probably looked good on paper, but water and soap stains are EVERYWHERE. Even if you are the first to arrive, you can tell that nothing has been cleaned from the day before. There's another set of lockers in gym 2, no locking mechanisms. Chances of theft are probably nill, but still... at $100+ per month, seems like this option would be there. Restaurant/cafe: ordered the chicken tacos, looked good, was cold and dry. Used the tablespoon of included guacamole and pico to quell the dryness. Fair for $12. Menu looked good, will def try the other selections in the future. Saw a few youtube personalities there making vids, so that was fun. There's an obvious electric energy in this gym that I quickly grew addicted to. Will continue to support this place as I know that this is just the early stages and it's bound to only get better and better over time. Christian (owner) is a machine that does not sleep.

It’s a nice looking gym overall, didn’t get to see any part of the gym. I bought a couple things and they didn’t even have any bags. I also asked for a tour and they weren’t able to do that either which I was confused because normally you can go anywhere and get a tour. The crazy part is that after telling us that no one can show us around they asked if we wanted to buy a membership…. Alphaland you need to work on your employees retail and customer service skills. If you’re trying to sell a person something you don’t skip everything and ask if they want to buy it 🙄 you tell them about everything and show them what they are paying for and the why. Not to mention they just didn’t look like they wanted to be there overall not welcoming at all. I’m coming back to return everything.

Alphaland is a very nice gym, awesome vibe to workout in. Only complaint is the locker rooms, they’re small, and only have a couple lockers; plan on bringing a workout bag to carry with you! All in all, very nice!

Very cool atmosphere but insanely crowded. Also this is just a nit pick but they didn’t have a decent dip bar. The two they have there are the same and I felt like it was gonna collapse with how wobbly it was. Overall a cool experience but not practical if you’re just trying to get in and get out.

Nice gym, for sure an upgrade to the old Alphalete gym. Has a small retail store for Alphalete apparel, other different brands too, pricey but good quality although the prices for the Inaka store are laughable for what it is. Retail workers are helpful. 1 indoor gym, 2 “outdoor”, basketball courts and a soccer field that I assume isn’t finished. It’s also influencer paradise, tripods and videographers everywhere. Shower and locker room size are kind of a let down in comparison to the size of the place. Locker rooms are cramped and there are like 3 showers. Lounge room is a plus. The variety and quality of the equipment is unmatched and the best part. Also the directions on maps are not correct and send you to the corporate entrance

Crazy to see haters on this thread. I follow Christian, am a fellow entrepreneur, and can tell you what he did is no small feat. It takes balls, and there's a lot of risk. There are doers and talkers, and this gym was built by doers. Good for these guys, haters please remove your lame comments and go add value somewhere instead of the opposite.
