I've loved my experience at Studio ME Fitness! I've been attending a small group training course for a little over 4 months now and have already seen results and am just overall feeling healthier. Melissa is a great trainer and makes the sessions both fun and rewarding. Going to Studio ME feels like being part of a family - everyone is so welcoming and fun. No matter your fitness level, you will feel encouraged and motivated there!

The gym should be a happy and safe place where you can try new things, see friendly faces, and recharge from the stressors of your everyday life and Studio ME embodies that so perfectly. The personalized workouts are challenging, but members are excited to show up and see people who genuinely care about them and are there to cheer them on.
Every coach has done their part to create such a unique community full of so much love and encouragement. They are consistently there to guide and coach throughout every step of members' own personal journey, it's really cool to watch. Becoming stronger and more confident in the gym is a transformation that goes far beyond just physical appearance, and I would recommend Studio ME to anyone as a place to start that journey!

Studio ME Fitness has been a wonderful experience since Day 1. Throughout the entire process the team there has gotten to know me, my goals, my strengths, and my weaknesses. With that knowledge they have put together a plan that is tailored to my specific needs and as a result I have seen huge progress in a relatively short amount of time. Billy, my trainer, pushes me every workout to be better - while also being incredibly friendly and fun to work with.
Megan has created a workout space that fosters positivity, hard work, and results. It does not matter if you are just starting your fitness journey, or if you have been on it for years - I cannot recommend Studio ME Fitness enough!

Studio ME Fitness bridges the gap between Physical Therapy and Elite Fitness. The coaches meet you wherever you are at in your fitness journey and help you reach the goals you set for yourself. I feel super comfortable in the space but challenged enough to get better and stronger.
As a member, it is amazing working out next to somebody doing their own personal workout but we are feeding off of each other's energy and motivating each other. Everyone is so nice and wants to build each other up. Stronger together!
As a coach, Megan is an amazing leader and supports me to be the best trainer I can be. She holds a high standard so that I can give a very professional service to my clients but gives me the creative freedom to be myself. She is a big reason I have had so much success and happiness in my career.

I met Studio ME owner Megan Cooper over a year ago while walking in my NE neighborhood, but it wasn’t until a couple months ago that I was formally introduced to the gym itself. I am currently participating in an internship offered by a studio ME. My experience has been welcoming, accommodating, and extremely professional. Megan and her team put together a program that teaches what,why, and how they do the things they do. The energy amongst members and staff is always friendly and motivating. I’ve been with Studio ME since 2019 and have enjoyed every experience. I have dabbled in most class types they offer— bootcamp, group classes, 12-week intensive, and now semi-private training. Each program is a unique experience but definitely gives you a great workout. Absolutely adore this gym!!! The coaches are very professional and friendly. Yes it is a business but it also is a community that cares about your well-being. As a non-binary person of color, I was always afraid of going to a gym. But the vibe of this gym is beyond! After almost 20 years of training at other gyms, I started personal training at Studio ME with Robin in late spring 2022. I found him to be so knowledgeable and professional and respectful. He really listened to how I like to train, what matters to me, and of course my goals. He's also a charmer...what a fun personality and so upbeat and positive! The gym is spotless, organized and equipped with everything, both for exercising and pre/post workout readiness. I really enjoy my time with StudioMe so far. I had a 3 month private and moved to semi-private now, and have already seen results. Billy, my trainer, pushes me hard and keeps challenging me in very session. I also enjoy the group classes during the weekend. This is a great community!

My sister has raved about her “gym” for years, sure I saw results in her physically, but it’s the accommodations, the community and the accountability that took the spotlight. After finally moving to Minneapolis I added Studio ME to my things I have to check it for myself list. The Foundations class was a perfect lens to view Studio ME. I was immediately put at ease by the staff, Kailey, is sooooo sweet and supportive. I think the last time someone cheered for me was in high school… but people cheer and encourage you and that fills my bucket. Also, I love that there aren’t mirrors everywhere. Coaches work on your form, which eliminates the need to stare into a mirror and I also think it’s helpful when you’re working on your body image. I look forward to my fitness journey!

With a recent relocation back to the Midwest I was struggling with finding a gym and fitness community that felt like the right fit for me. I stumbled upon Studio ME and began “spying” on their fitness model for a few months before I was brave enough to inquire more about their programs. Megan went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and listened to my personal story and health struggle. Her personalized touches and warm embrace made me feel apart of a community and team I hadn’t even joined yet. After our initial encounter I had no doubt this was the right place for me, but still wasn’t quite ready to join. I continued to watch from afar for a few months before finally making the leap to join and I am so thankful I did. Over the last month I have continued to feel better everyday and rebuild confidence in my mental/physical ability (even my husband has noticed). I was a member at StudioME back in 2018-2019. Since then, I moved out of state and had to find a new gym. I’ve tried several different small group studios, and I have not been able to find a gym that has the same energy, effectiveness, and close-knit atmosphere as StudioME. I didn’t realize how good I had it at the time! So thank you, and keep up the great work! You and all of your trainers truly care about your members and offer such great hands on training and feedback on proper form, even in small group sessions, and I appreciated that so much!

I started here in August after over 10 years of inconsistent workouts. I took the foundations course to try things out and get a feel for the environment. I'm currently taking the bootcamp class twice a week and I freaking love it. Coach Sami will get you to put in WERK! The coaches guide and train you up in a way that is safe so you don't get injured by giving modifications and making sure you have good form. The members are friendly and respectful of one another. I appreciate the community they nurture in the gym and outside of the gym by having volunteer events or group activities such as hiking, or the fundraising events such as Run/Row/Drink to raise money for families in need. This is not just a gym, it's a community of people with different abilities, bodies, and there to take of themselves and support each other. I'm really grateful to have found this place.

I've been a member of Studio ME for just over four years and have enjoyed every minute. I initially was looking for a gym that offered classes that incorporated kettle bell training, which lead me to Studio ME and I haven't regretted that decision.
Most recently, I have been taking semi-private training with Coach Robin. At the beginning of the year I gave Coach Robin my goals, which would incorporate more strength training. With his guidance I have set PR's in my bench, squat, and deadlift, all while staying healthy and getting a good variety of other training such as rowing, kettle bells, and mobility work. In addition, classes are fun and something I look forward to attending.
I've also found that Studio ME is more than just a gym, it's a community. The coaches are very supportive of everyone in the gym. In addition, the members help support each other which is something I truly appreciate. As an added bonus, I have gained many new friends during my time at Studio ME and that is something I don't think would happen without this community atmosphere.

StudioMe has been really good to me. I started here years ago, drawn in by the new challenge of rowing. The classes are small, the members fun and encouraging, and the coaches know you as an individual and work with you to meet your own goals. I had an injury that sidelined my fitness for quite a while. But StudioMe was really open and flexible in letting me modify and adapt exercises to get myself back to the club. I’m in my 50s and love that StudioMe members are all ages and fitness levels, getting together to be healthy.

Studio ME quickly became my favorite place, even during a stay at home order. Megan, the owner, is fun and nimble and able to make folks feel good and safe in-person and virtually. It hasn't been a challenge to stay healthy (and get more healthy!!) for me during this time, primarily because of my time at Studio ME.

After a “gentle” nudge from a friend, I connected with Megan at StudioMe in May 2020. I was interested in making some positive changes and focusing on my health and fitness. But, I was concerned about starting any new adventures in midst of the pandemic. Megan was fantastic. I met with Megan virtually to discuss my goals, my needs, and my struggles. Megan was engaging and very quickly understood what I was looking for. She was great about offering me different options at StudioMe and worked with me on selecting the best one. My journey with StudioMe started with three virtual personal training sessions with Robin. During these sessions, Robin worked with me on identifying specific goals, assessing where I was at with my movement, strength and limitations, and nutrition. I was at first skeptical about my ability to get a good workout in virtually. It was amazing how well virtual training sessions worked. I was moving, I felt challenged, I received great instruction and feedback, and all out of the comfort and convenience of my own home. I was also able to try out virtual classes. Again, my experience was great. I was able to follow along, engage with the instructor and receive feedback and modifications for exercises that I could not do.
I have been very impressed by the safety precautions that StudioMe has taken in reopening this summer during COVID. I felt reassured enough to start attending StudioMe in person. I now split my workouts by doing some in person at StudioMe and some virtually from home. Having the flexibility to do this is wonderful!
I now work with Robin, who is fantastic. He listens to my feedback (not the whining though) and does not fail to find new ways to keep me engaged and challenged. I look forward to my workouts, I feel stronger and more motivated.

Studio ME has been an amazing find in my neighborhood. After taking off over 2 years from the gym, Studio ME was able to customize a great plan for me and pair me with the best trainer, Chelsea! There is no pressure from the staff and everyone knows your name and greets you with a smile.
Chelsea has been a great coach for me: patient, positive, consistent, and a good communicator! I've been doing 1:1 trainings with her for almost 5 months and feel so much stronger every day.

I have been with Studio ME since October 2020, and I could not have made a better decision. I wanted to do something for me, and as someone who has never lifted weights or worked out like this before I wanted a personal trainer so I could learn how to work out properly and in good form. I started out with twice a week and quickly was motivated to increase my sessions to 3 times a week. I really look forward to my private sessions with Sami, she is friendly, flexible, encouraging, and overall great energy to work with. The one on one attention assures me that I am getting the work out that works for me and my body until I feel confident enough to exercise with others. The owner Megan, has truly built a community that is welcoming, fun, and motivating.
As someone who has never been quite a morning person my early morning sessions with Sami have been a great way to start my day, I feel energized and level headed, having some extra time to myself and establishing a routine has greatly helped my mental health. I genuinely love Studio ME, and have been working out at Bootcamp classes for a couple months now. The classes kick my butt, the programming is thoughtful, and I've seen gains in just a few weeks time. Studio ME really cares about its community, and they work hard to make classes accessible to all ability levels.

The team of Coaches are AMAZING to work with. They all have their individual styles, but work as a team to get the same results for the members putting us FIRST. It's a great community of members and coaches to be around, all very supportive in assisting you get to your goals.
Last spring I started down my journey on the A12 program utilizing more heavy weights, have always been opposed to heavy weights thinking I would get bulky! Well I had to learn my self-going through the program the heavier weights worked on
building strength and lean muscles in return helped burn my fat!
I still get my cardio days in, but also in a semi private classes working with Robin (he’s great) on building my strength. Since the A12 program I have loss 1.5% of body fat, 1.9lbs of fat mass and gain 2.5lbs of muscle! Back squatting at 125lbs with 3 second pauses at the bottom!
It’s definitely been a journey, knowing results don’t happen overnight! Putting in that work and commitment to long term health goals, I am still slowly working on that 😊

I joined Studio Me about 4 months ago because I was looking for something to get me excited about excercise. I have to say that I’m really glad I joined! I love it! I have one Personal Trainer session a week and take at least 2 classes a week. It is a reasonable commitment for me and I started feeling better about myself after 1 month after joining! The class sizes are small and the instructors are good about making sure you are doing everything with good form. Everyone from the owner to the trainers and instructors and other members are so friendly and welcoming. The studio offers a nice variety of classes and each one is a really good workout. I prefer to workout after work and on weekend mornings and so the class schedules work well for me. I like how you can sign up online a month (sometimes two months) in advance - it helps with keeping a schedule. I just feel like Megan has thought of everything to make sure you are getting what you need to improve yourself. It is just a great place.

UPDATE: I have now been with Studio ME for over 7 years years now! I love the functional workouts and how the things we focus on keep me flexible and strong. I had shoulder surgery a couple years ago and Megan worked with and supplemented my physical therapy schedule and helped me achieve full recovery. Many others must like the Studio Me approach since we are now in a brand new awesome (and larger) location. Check out the new location and give Studio ME a try!
I have been working out at Studio ME for 2 1/2 years now and I can say I am in the best shape I have been in for years. The variety of classes and the way Megan always changes things up keeps it interesting, contributes to all around fitness, and keeps me injury free!

I stumbled across Studio ME Fitness almost 3 years ago to the day when searching for a new fitness place that was close to home, offered a variety of exercise class types (strength, flexibility, stamina, & restoration), and offered small group classes. I love that the coaches have diverse fitness knowledge; the class types provide a full spectrum of exercise intensity; and the members include a variety of ages, body types, and athletic abilities. The options for virtual and outdoor classes during the pandemic this past year have allowed me not to skip a beat in my personal fitness routine. On top of being a top notch fitness studio, the community bond and goodwill that Studio ME Fitness represents is fantastic.

Studio Me and the entire crew and community are amazing. The close proximity to downtown Minneapolis so I could do classes right after work is what got me in the door. But over the past few years, working with Megan, and having a dedicated coach to help me achieve my fitness goals has been what keeps me going! UPDATE: I've now been a member at Studio ME for seven years, and still love it! The new location in Nordhaus is fantastic and the free covered parking is a huge bonus. Without Studio ME there would be no way I would be working out a minimum of two times a week. Being a member gives me the accountability I need to stay consistent. I really like how experienced the trainers are - they know how to push without causing injuries. Highly recommend Megan and crew!
"I have been working out at Studio ME for more than two years and couldn't be happier with the experience and results. When I started there it had been a couple of years since I had really worked out and could barely do one push up. After hiring Megan as a personal trainer I've gained strength and lost body fat and inches. The location is excellent - right in NE Minneapolis/Saint Anthony Main near the river with a beautiful view of downtown. Personal training with Megan has been extremely important to me as it has kept me on track -- even when I don't feel like working out I always feel great when I leave. They also have a lot of group fitness classes - everything from high intensity interval training (HIIT) to yoga, too. Highly recommend!"

I highly recommend Robin De Castro after training with him for the last six months. Age and time had limited my ability and enjoyment to golf, ski, and bike at a high level due to lower back pain. Before considering any medical procedures, an orthopedic sport surgeon recommended strength training first. It took two years, but I finally took the advice. Robin developed workouts which strengthened my core and eliminated the pain I used to experience. On top of his university education, he is a very personable guy.

I can't recommend Studio me enough! I’m currently taking semi-private lessons and regular classes, but over the 4 years that I’ve been a member, I’ve done bootcamp and the 12 week program as well. Prior to finding StudioMe, I bounced around a few places, but never found a place that made me comfortable and interested in continuing to work out.
The class programming is smart – the coaches work together to develop classes that are purposeful and enjoyable.
At 50, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and I’m thrilled with the results I’ve seen (I have muscles!!). I was never interested in lifting weights and now I look forward to it. Coach Robin has an amazing ability to know what I can do and push me just enough to get me there safely. He watches my form, listens to my goals and feedback and develops my plan accordingly. We talk about nutrition, hydration, sleep and other aspects of overall health. But most importantly, it's FUN!

StudioME has been a life saver during this crazy time! When things shut down Megan (the owner) immediately brought all the classes online with Zoom. AND made all the classes work with whatever you had at home, whether all you've got is you own body or if you've got weights, kettle bells, rowing machines, etc., options are provided in each class so it works for everyone. The coaching staff is Awesome and the classes are challenging--in a good way--so you really get a work out!

It's not like any other gym I've known. When you become a member you get signed up with one of the coaches. They can help you set goals and are available to reach out to with questions or when you want to re-set your goals, it's awesome! I became a member almost 2 years ago. I love that you have to sign up for the class times because helps me stay accountable to myself and show up. And you really get a good workout, something I just don't achieve left to my own devises.
I loved this place before the pandemic but during it with all the emotional ups and downs that have come with this weird time it has been SO helpful to be able to keep moving my body and has helped me stay balanced.
Not only did Megan and her coaches bring all the classes online they also started providing OnDemand workouts that you can do any other time of the day. I can't wait till we can all get back in person but until then I am so happy to be able to continue to workout at home and feel like I'm really getting a workout. If you're looking for a change in the new year, or anytime, I highly recommend checking it out!!
One other thing I love. The members are a variety of ages, genders, and body types, real people just wanting to get it done :)

I absolutely love this gym! I am a notorious gym-hopper; I have a hard time staying motivated and sticking to my gym memberships. This is the first gym that has actually made me want to stick around. All of the staff and other members are so welcoming, and you really feel part of a team right off the bat. At the same time, if you want to come in, get a work out in, and duck out, this gym works for that, too (sometimes socializing in a morning class just isn't in the cards). You can really make it what you want, which I have really appreciated. I also really like the group class structure. One of the reasons I lose motivation to go to the gym is that I don't always know what to do when I get there, but the great instructors have the workouts all planned out for you — they are the experts, after all! You can be a beginner that has never worked out or a body-builder, and they will help you reach your potential. I have felt stronger and more energized, and going to the gym isn't a chore as it has been previously. Also, I absolutely love Main Street in Minneapolis with the brick buildings, great restaurants, and the view of the Stone Arch Bridge on the river; the gym couldn't be in a better location. Megan and all of her staff are the coolest and most passionate people, and I could not recommend this gym enough!

I recently retired from a sedentary career and was looking to make some positive life changes. My daughter-in-law (a 1 year StudioME member) suggested that I look into joining StudioME for guidance in getting myself in better shape. I started a 3 month private training program, 2X a week with Coach Andy right before the holidays. So glad I made that decision. I'm taking it slowly and loving that I'm noticing changes in my strength, stamina and flexibility, plus the bonus of my clothes fitting a little better! Getting myself into a fitness mindset and routine has been awesome. I just extended my private training for another 6 months. I don’t even know where to begin to tell you how much Studio Me virtual classes have impacted my life! I was so incredibly busy with work and my kids and I was not consistent with exercise and I could really feel how much that was taking a toll on me. My stress levels were high and I felt very low energy. I needed to try something new and have a community virtually. I reached out to Megan to see what her studio could offer. It’s been the best decision! Studio me virtual classes changed my life. I have been taking 3-5 classes a week and I can’t believe how different I feel. I have gained so much strength, energy, stress levels are low. I feel like a brand new person. The instructors and other members are the greatest and I have accountability partners. The members and trainers are kind and fun. I am learning rowing, TRX and Kettlebells and the workouts are challenging - and they will continue to challenge me as I get stronger too. The instructors pay close attention to make sure your form is correct, I like the variety of classes, the times work great for my schedule, and I don't have to sign up too far in advance before they fill up. I have been a part of this amazing fitness community for a number of years and I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Studio ME. I am a (slightly) older nurse who started personal training with Megan for maintenance after sustaining a work related injury. My reluctance with trying "another" work out place was quite apparent (I had been to other fitness centers, and I am not one those people who loved to work out). I never liked "belonging" to the bigger fitness centers where I felt lost and overwhelmed by everyone around me and would honestly dread going to the gym. However, after meeting with Megan, I found myself actually looking forward to giving Studio ME a try. After working solely with Megan, and eventually with Andy, and Siri, I eventually started attending group classes, which I loved. I showed up to do something better for myself and realized that I found a truly amazing place with people of different ages, body types and abilities, in a judgment free environment. I love this gym! The variety of classes -- everything from rowing to TRX to kettlebells to yoga -- is terrific. The coaches give you a ton of personal attention and advice. I was an Orange Theory Fitness devotee for many years and truly like this gym better. The owner, Megan, has outstanding customer service and will really make sure the gym is a good fit for you and help you reach your goals. I feel like it is such a hidden gem -- super close to downtown, northeast, and the U of M campus -- and with more personal attention than I've gotten at any other gym. Highly recommend!

After a string of large gyms with creepy trainers & customers, small gyms with no support (or cleaning schedule), and everything in between, I stumbled across Studio ME and decided to give it a try though I had never done rowing or TRX. I found Studio Me through a simple Google search for Boot Camp programs to jump start my fitness regimen as I was going into fall. I did not expect to find what I really found.
First, they offered a Boot Camp class at 6 pm! This is so amazing to me, as 6 am is not even on my radar. I am not even a functioning human until at least 10 am on any given day. Evening classes, and weekend classes available to me after 10 am are a pretty big deal in my world.
Secondly, the instructors are ALL very accessible! I love the amount of support they give, and that they are so encouraging and positive. I don't feel pressure to compete with anybody but myself, or to prove anything to anybody but myself.
The other members I have encountered have been so supportive, approachable, and encouraging as well! We literally cheer each other on, and it is so much fun to go to classes. This isn't your "show up with a perfect body, $110 workout pant with matching everything else, full makeup to fit in" kind of place. I feel totally comfortable showing up as I am; not in perfect physical condition, messy hair, no makeup, tattooed, just a normal 40-something weirdo. There is no one kind of person at Studio Me, and I LOVE everything about that. Even if I have had a terrible day, I feel great and I feel accomplished every time I leave Studio Me, and I am usually leaving there a sweaty, tired mess.
Parking is usually a piece of cake, if you are a driver. Even though I live near Minnehaha Falls I can usually get to the studio in rush hour and be ready to go in about 20 minutes.
I cannot emphasize enough how much I love Studio Me and how it is an investment that is well worth it for me. YES, it costs more than a regular gym membership, BUT I get small group training and I get to mix up my workouts every single time I am there. I get the support that I need to keep motivated; between the staff and the other members. I can use the 3-D body scanner to see my progress. I get to feel physically and mentally stronger, healthier, and more amazing; and that is the ultimate payoff for my investments.
It is totally worth trying even one class. What do you have to lose that you don't WANT to lose?!

Megan and her team at StudioME are seriously the best. Class sizes are reasonable, so you feel like you're getting the attention that you need. All of the instructors have that great balance of gentle assertiveness, so you push yourself, and sincere care, ensuring that you're improving your health and doing exercises within your capabilities.
Whether it's their phenomenal three-times-a-week Bootcamp or regularly scheduled classes, you can be assured that you will be getting top notch workout from instructors that want you to succeed. The fact that many of the classes involve Water Rowers also means that you get a great aerobic workout, without the aches and pains that you might experience by running or jogging.
I am not a "group exercise" kind of person, but StudioME has converted me. With their help, I've lost 50+ pounds so far and I'm looking forward to continued improvements in my health!

Best gym/studio I have been to - the workouts are like nothing else I have tried and the atmosphere is supportive, yet still competitive. They have classes for everyone (and every ability); their small class sizes help customize workouts to fit you and your abilities. My life before training at Studio ME Fitness was pretty inactive. I had a bad habit of coming home, sitting down, drinking beer or wine and eating a lot of fatty foods. Not every night but enough where I didn't feel energized. Now I come home and eat dinner, go for a walk and get my burpees in! Sometimes I have beer and wine but it's not a regular thing anymore! I had a few injuries, one in particular was muscles spasms in my back a few years ago which kind of scared me so I stopped working out. Now I feel stronger and haven't had any spasms.
I lost a total of 10 pounds since my first scan, in about 6 weeks! When I started at Studio ME Fitness I weighed about 213 pounds. I'm down in body fat, gained muscle, and am at 200 pounds in less than 2 months.

Having recently moved to the Twin Cities, I was desperate to find my new fit family and a gym that could whip me back into shape. in an effective and safe manner. As a former endurance athlete and CrossFit member, my body was in need of some TLC! Recovering from injuries and worn out from running countless miles a year for over a decade, I need something different. I joined StudioME via a Groupon deal, and will definitely continue going for the following reasons:
1. Workouts are short (45min) but explosive! I am a triathlete and I am breathless during some of the circuits. They leave you feeling very energized in the morning and a little sore the next day. Megan, the owner, is the Queen of TRX. She comes up with such creative and challenging exercises.
2. Trainers are attentive and make sure you are using the correct technique. They also encourage you to perform at your own pace and always show 2-3 modifications for an exercise.
3. Workouts target the whole body and I have noticed significant increase in my muscle mass and much more tone in my arms and abs especially.
4. Overall a fun atmosphere, upbeat music, chatty people. I used to go to Lifetime, and in a year I have not met a single person, while here workouts are more of a team effort. People that go to StudioME tend to do other active things in their free time so it’s a great way to find out about events happening next weekend etc.

Studio Me is my happy place :) My husband and I are both members and being a busy family with a young toddler, we really appreciate that our time at the gym checks off multiple boxes for us - we get a GREAT workout, get to socialize with great people, and get to support great causes through charity classes and events.
I love the variety of classes. There is a strong focus on rowing (which is a wonderful total body workout on its own), but there is both a variety of rowing classes (try Total Body Row to hit all your muscle groups or Row and Flow for a great combo of rowing and yoga) and other great options like kettlebells, TRX (try TRX Barre for a killer ab workout) and yoga to keep things fresh.
The gym is small which means individualized attention from wonderful instructors, flexibility in classes (think music requests and outdoor workouts), and a real sense of community and support from everyone else in class. Movie nights and special holiday classes are a bonus. All levels are welcomed and represented.

The workouts with my trainer, Andy, are tailored to what my needs are and he understands the limitations that I have and he's working with me to gain strength back into those areas. I have done every type of workout from P90X to Insanity to T25 to regular gyms, running, biking, etc. and this is the only gym that puts it all together and keeps me engaged. I have been a consistent member for over two years now and have never gotten bored. Also, the variety of workouts -- Kettlebell, TRX (used to train the Navy Seals), WaterRowing, Barre, Yoga, Shockwave, HIIT, etc. my body is always progressing and has not plateaued (I usually quit something when I stop getting sore after a workout). These are the nicest people you will ever meet as well as being fierce workout buddies to get you through the killer workouts.
