Great location. Sometimes it may look busy but I've never had to wait on a machine. Everyone is respectful of your space and most are good about wiping down the machines after use. The only thing wrong with this location is the parking situation. Although it's understandable for a downtown location. There is a parking garage nearby for $20, but if you give the parking garage ticket to the staff at the gym they will vouch it and bring the price down to $2.

The large space the amount of machines there are several machines that planet fitness adds that other gyms don't that I really like I enjoyed the 30 minute workout thecleanliness of the facility and the hydro massage. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff. They know my name and always greet me and say goodbye. Kiara is an awesome manager. Justin is a great personal trainer. They have combo locks that don’t need a lock. They also have cable tv and a larger free weight weight station then most planet fitnesses. Best in Wisconsin.

Staff is awesome, love the crowdmeter to gauge when it’s gonna be busy or not. I jump rope and feel bad taking up space when there’s a lot of people there, but generally the fellow gym goers are super nice! Worth the $25 a month.

It is clean and stuffs are very cooperative. But I have a complain about one bad thing. The locker room is not secured at all. One day my lock was broken and some valuable things are stolen from my bag. That was completely unacceptable from the inside of a prominent gym like Planet Fitness. Authorities must be aware of this event and take essential steps to make it customers feel safe.

Hi my name is Mysteria I always chose the downtown location because it was always very welcoming, clean (even the showers!!), private and overall a good experience. Even when I had complications, they were just a phone call away and helped me immediately.

First time at this location. The downtown scenery is beautiful. The last time I really spent time downtown was when the grand ave mall was actually a mall and radio doctors was still on 3rd and wells! So that was a long time ago lol. So it feels good to have a healthy reason to come downtown again. Some of the shower stalls need some work but other than that I will definitely make this location a regular stop.

I visited this Planet Fitness with a visit pass,I was so satisfied that I purchased a membership @ this location & it's well worth it . It's opened 24 hrs,throughout the facility i'ts a very clean environment,sanitizer & paper towels throughout the fitness center, equipment in excellent condition. Staff is constantly maintaining a sterilized environment. Locker room & shower area clean as well. Membership at this location would be a healthy investment.

You’ll like the no parking anywhere cost about $7 to workout a hour downtown! Maybe if find $3 to park for a hour let’s say you go 5 times a week. You’ll pay $60 a month for parking! Great job Planet Fitness!

Great gym and never too busy at all times of the day. Only complaint is the lack of ventilation, it is always about 20 degrees warmer inside than outside and fans barely spinning. Would be helpful to get some additional fans

This is an awesome gym! The staff is great and they clean the equipment daily. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to join. Personal Trainer is always in the gym helping people reach there goals and it does not seem to ever get over crowded. I have never had a bad experience in this gym in over 4 years!

I was staying downtown for a couple nights and ran into this location while on a walk. It was my first time at this location and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location looked incredibly clean. If you're staying downtown check it out, a short walk will get you there.

It's an ok location. It is Very clean, which is the best which be said for it. Several machines were very worn, which impeded ease of movement. A couple benches had rips in them. They are missing a couple handle attachments that every other planet fitness has. Also, the nightmare that is parking. In addition, the scale is over 8 lbs off. (No this is not sour grapes from a fat person; the scale said I was extremely underweight. Which alarmed me). But the staff is very courteous and as I said, the establishment is very clean. Also, I think this location has a superior locker setup, to other gyms. No crowding.

I have never met such a friendly staff who takes pride in what they do, and will accomodate me, in any way needed. The gym is always clean and the equipment is always in good functioning order. Also, all of the other members have been extremely friendly and considerate of me while I am working out. At $19.99 for the black membership, I feel like I am getting a huge value for my money!

The staff at this location is always just super smiley and friendly. Facilities are pretty clean, and I've never had trouble having to wait for certain machines. Plus you just can't beat the location. Open 24/7, and they do have a special parking connection with the Grand Avenue Mall across the street for discounted fares. I'd recommend street parking if possible, however. You'll have to walk a block or two though

I think this gym has all of your standard equipment and more! I also rate it high for its cleanliness. It can get crowded during peak hours, but that can and should be expected at any gym. They offer classes as well, which is an option I look for in a gym. Parking is across the street at the Grand Ave Mall ramp which is a bit annoying in less then pleasant weather.

Nice and friendly staff. Wish there were more parking spaces in downtown but understand that's not the gym could do with anything. I usually visit there around 6p and the place is pretty crowded but it works for me. If you are serious about building muscle or any kind, this in not the place for you but like myself for those who need regular exercise just to stay in shape it can't go wrong with $10/mo investment!

I walked in here for a tour to help me decide which gym to choose in Milwaukee. I'm so glad I did! I felt very welcomed, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The place was very, very clean. The downtown location is awesome! Many great amenities included in membership. Just overall, had such an uplifting, positive vibe from this location. Needless to say, I chose this Planet Fitness location as my new gym in Milwaukee.

I chose this PF location for many reasons. The main reason is the location. It is close to where I live. I also like that I never see anyone in the gym without their PPE on. That goes for members and staff. The gym is always clean and the staff has always been very helpful and welcoming.

This location has a way better 360 fitness set up than the Franklin location. Nothing is missing or broken. And it was easy to find. The only reason I gave it 4 is because I've only been to it one time. The Franklin location I've been to multiple times but it's still the same issues. Amazing customer service! I’m in town for business and as soon as I scanned in the manager noticed I was from out of town and pulled out all the stops. Great friendly greeting and an explanation of the place, where everything was and all of the amenities! A short walk from my hotel so I’ll definitely be back a few more times this week!

I work out there every morning and the place is very clean. I would love it if it had a pool and hot tub but for $10/month what can ya expect. The showers and locker rooms are way better than Gold's so for the money this is the best place to work out.

I love this gym!!! I was a member at Xperience Fitness and primarily used their Racine facility, when I moved up to Milwaukee I looked into Planet Fitness because Xperience in Oak Creek felt really crammed. I never have any issues working out, people are friendly and willing to share. The Black Membership gives you hydromassages and ultimately Tanning. Really a great place to work out! Look for me! I'm usually the one dancing and lip syncing at the downtown one!!!!

I originally stopped in at the downtown Milwaukee( Open 24 hours seven days a week !) location with a friend who was signing up for a membership, The thought of signing up myself never crossed my mind as I was already a member at the YMCA. Though I was not happy with the cost or service I received from the YMCA, I had been under the impression that PF was just another garbage chain( ie Bally's, Golds) in which I would either have to sign my soul away to a year-long bulletproof contract full of deceptive small print or yet another thrown together sparsely equipped gym with outdated equipment . Though the advertisement team at planet fitness would love for me to gosh about the franchise I'll save us both the time and just tell you I'd be well worth your time to take a quick tour with a staff member as they are well versed at explaining everything you'll need to know to get yourself started. I will say that no matter what your financial status is almost anyone can afford 10 or $20 a month, especially when it's one of the better investments you can make these days for your money. The staff is always super friendly and I really enjoy not having to be surrounded by meatheads groaning, grunting and fist pumping the night away. So long story short I'm coming up on a year of membership and couldn't be happier that I just happened to stop in that day. Highly recommend A+++ Cheers, D Fresh

I have been a member of the Planet Fitness Gym for about three years. The gym has all the machines that I need for my workout which is meant to maintain my straight and weight. I'm not a bodybuilder but I see that some folks at this gym are way into that and that's fine, there's plenty of room for both of us. I do a lot of cardio on the treadmill or elliptical machines and follow the weight training program that the Planet Fitness Trainer worked up for me. The best part is that I feel great now and I'm fifteen pounds lighter than I was when I started. I don't even have to workout nearly as hard as when I first started, three or four days with short workouts and some cardio ... I feel strong and fit. Planet Fitness has become something in my life that I just do. I find that most people who workout at Planet Fitness keep to themselves, focused on their own workout. Like me I think most folks fit their time at the gym into a busy life and I can respect that. Gym and workout machines are clean, very friendly staff and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer ... so I recommend that, if you're looking for a Gym, try Planet Fitness it may fit your needs as it has mine.

Work out without being swamped with sales pitches. The judgment free zone is also free of other forms of harassment so common in gyms. Great equipment, and plenty of the popular machines. I have never needed to wait, even during peak times.

This place is great however I was a previous member of the YMCA that is also in Downtown MKE which , sadly, is waaayyy better than Planet Fitness. Although I never had to pay for my own YMCA member so I wouldn't be able to tell you if it's a good bang for your buck, I am sure that amenities wise YMCA is superior that's Planet Fitness.

Finding parking is really difficult, but once you're inside it's a massive place with plenty of machines for everyone. "No Judgment Zone" is great for people just getting into exercising, like me - never once felt out of place or embarrassed by lack of fitness.
