I have been a member to ZenStudio since 2013 and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The instructors, classes and management are top notch. Through the years they have expended twice and added bounce, barre bounce, sculpt, fusion flow and yoga. I’ve extended my workouts from just doing barre to doing sculpt, barre bounce, bounce and occasionally yoga. I have grown stronger, more confident and made lifelong friends. I love me some ZEN❤️

I’ve been going to zen for almost 5 years now. I have tried every single spin studio in Little Rock (multiple classes at each), and none even hold a candle to zen. The people are amazingly welcoming and friendly, and it truly feels like a family instead of a business. The studios are amazing and they are always updating to keep everything top of the line! They have taken all covid precautions and truly care about the health and safety of the people that come there. I cannot say enough great things about this studio.

Zen is such a welcoming environment. Starting with my first class there a few years ago and every visit since the staff has always been so helpful and kind. All of the instructors make the classes such an inviting space where you feel empowered to challenge yourself. All around great experience every time!

I love Zen and can’t imagine going anywhere else. The classes, instructors and staff are all amazing! I primarily take barre but love their fusion flow classes and sculpt as well. I think many people think it is a spin studio and don't realize the breadth of the classes they offer. They are accomodating, friendly, and fun. I can't say enough about Zen Spin!

I have absolutely loved working out at Zen! The instructors are so encouraging and actually made me feel very comfortable. There’s a variety of class styles and times, so there is something for everyone. Definitely recommend trying it out if you’re looking for a great place to get active in Little Rock!

ZenStudio offers the most fun and challenging workout classes! I love that I can choose from taking cycle, sculpt, barre, bounce, yoga, and kickboxing! It allows me to vary my workout routines! I love the fun theme classes and community events!

The thought of group fitness classes used to really intimidate me. That all changed once I started coming to Zen. This place has challenged me in so many ways and helped me achieve fitness goals I never thought I could reach. I started off barely being able to make it through a barre class. Now I am able to complete back-to-back high intensity classes. Zen offers a variety of classes so you never get bored. The instructors are great. They will push you but also let you know it’s ok to take things at your own pace. I think any person at any fitness level will feel comfortable in any class because of this. Plus, they offer a free introductory week of classes so you can get a taste of everything. 11/10 recommend Zen if you’re a beginner or expert in your fitness journey. 2022 update: Still loving Zen and taking classes almost daily <3 I’ll be hitting the 500 class mark soon and know the next time I update this review, I’ll be close to 1000! I’m also excited to be writing this as an instructor-in-training :) That’s right, I’ll be teaching classes soon. Zen has pushed me in ways I never imaged. I went from total couch potato to an actual fitness instructor. Zen is the only place I trust to help me reach my fitness goals!

Best gym I've ever been to, hands down. The staff and instructors are exceptionally warm and friendly. The energy is welcoming so that no matter how new you are, you're treated as a friend. Lots of awesome challenges give you something to push towards, which often I need. There are several types of classes and they're all excellent. You can't go wrong!

I have been going to Zen for about three months now and I absolutely love it. If you love classes and a challenge, this is the gym for you. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. One of the things I absolutely love is that this gym is a place where all are welcome and encouraged to do what is best for them, not a weight loss gimmick or pass judgement if you do not do the moves perfectly. You do you is said and encouraged throughout all the classes and that personally, makes me feel..well..good! It is an amazing group of strong, kind people that are supportive. My goal is to be stronger and I know with the encouragement that is given at Zen, I will achieve my goal.

Love Zenstudio! After trying several gyms in the LR area I took a break from working out. Decided to try zen knowing I needed time to get back into shape. The instructors always make me feel welcomed and supported even when I obviously can't keep up. This is a gym for all levels. I've finally found my gym home! Love the facility, staff, and classes!!

Joined Zen in February for their #29toFINE challenge and have been hooked ever since. I love that the instructors are constantly reminding you that it’s “your workout” and to take it your own speed, with any modifications you may need. But know they will push and challenge you out of your comfort zone. There are many different types of classes to try, along with different instructors which can change the whole game. Now with Covid-19, they offer Virtual and Live classes which is a blessing. Can’t wait to meet again in the studio to be met with smiles and hugs from my ZenFam!

I've been a client at ZenStudio for about 3 years now. The staff (ZenStructors and ZenStaff) are welcoming and make it an amazing inclusive environment. There are a variety of classes and they are always encouraging the members to try new things. I was so impressed during the COVID-19 pandemic how quickly the management team organized online live and recorded classes, individually reached out to members, and even put together a challenge to help motivate and encourage their clients to get off the couch and move. FINALLY, a gym that I can't get enough of! I'm an ex-athlete who was trained to not love working out, instead seeing it as necessary to achieve my goals. No longer competing and without a coach encouraging and pushing me further, my commitment laxed and fitness deteriorated.
