I went here a few months ago, I thought it would be a fun way to get into excising. Everyone was nice but I was the fattest one In the class. I struggled to get my fat behind off the floor while next to me a 50 year old and thriving woman was doing the splits. By the way I’m 25. Didn’t go back because I thought I took a beginner class clearly that was too advanced but it did motivate me to go to the gym. Ps I’m still fat.

Was going for a free class, got there late do to traffic and was turned away so make sure you're not coming from far away and on a day where the weather is nice that won't delay you because they already have construcion in the area.

I’ve only been going to Pure Barre for two weeks and I absolutely love it. The instructors are incredibly nice and genuinely want you to be your best self in class. The welcoming atmosphere as well as the great workouts I’m getting keep me coming back and will continue to do so. Best decision I’ve made in a long time was starting these classes!

I love Pure Barre Little Rock! All the instructors are really encouraging and helpful. They motivate me to do my best. Also everyone that works there has been friendly and helpful anytime I have had a question about anything. Plus the workout is awesome! After just five classes I can already see results.

I’d never done pure barre before this week, and thought it might be an easy workout prior to going. I was wrong! It was a great workout, targets specific muscle groups, body control, core strength and balance with each class. I especially love the empower classes that are more high energy and cardio based. Everyone there is so sweet and the instructors are great. I started on the first day of my free week and have been back every day since! I’ve already purchased my first month and am loving every single class. I highly recommend it and look forward to going every single day!

I have never in my life been so motivated to exercise. When it comes to joining a gym or beginning a program, I've always ended up feeling so defeated or way out of my league. I often forced myself to enjoy exercises that just weren't a good fit for me and as a result, I quit. I'm SO thankful that I discovered the barre! Pure Barre is empowering, motivating, fast-paced, and life-changing. I feel like I've finally found a work-out that I can stick to. I love that every movement is specific, purposeful, and challenging to your body. Most importantly, you feel and SEE results quickly. I've LOVED watching my body tone and shape up in new ways. The workout is fabulous, but so are the staff. From the reception to the instructors, I've consistently felt welcomed and cared for during my time at Pure Barre. The instructors are intentional about learning your name and encouraging you throughout the class. It's a positive, empowering environment. I would recommend Pure Barre to anybody who is looking to lift, tone, and burn!!

I was very hesitant to start taking Pure Barre classes especially since I wasn't working out much before. I was also nervous to just be the newbie, but the second I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel right at home! Since my first class, I've been obsessed and always looking forward to the next one. The workouts are tough but allow for modifications to fit your own level. All the teachers are also just so nice and attentive to you, making sure you are getting the most out of your class! I've always dreaded working out, but since I started pure barre, I can't get enough!!!

I just moved to Little Rock and was searching around for a gym or membership in town. I have heard of Pure Barre, but never lived close to one. Then I found this friendly and helpful studio! I signed up for a 3 month bridal package and I am hooked! The workouts are great and never get boring. The staff is helpful and fun!

Pure Barre is the best low impact, but still challenging class I have ever taken. Every class I leave feeling worked out and sore, but not the kind of exhaustion you get doing other workouts where you can’t go back for 4 days because you are so sore and tired. The staff is very helpful and friendly! I can’t wait to see my body transform as I feel like I’ve finally found “my go to workout”!!

I started Pure Barre as a way to work out that would be easy/no pressure on my joints. It’s been wonderful. The instructors are very helpful to accommodate any moves to alleviate pressure on my joints. From the first day I walked into the studio, everyone has known my name. I, unfortunately, do not love working out. I have tried everything to stay fit but I've hated it every step of the way. In July I hurt my ankle and decided I needed to do something more low impact so I started Pure Barre. Pure Barre is the only class I have ever stuck with long term and enjoyed. Every class is different so it never gets boring. Even thought it is low impact it's incredibly effectiveI burn anywhere between 400-500 calories per class which is amazing for a 50 minutes session. Since starting I feel stronger, more flexible and healthier overall. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Moving to Arkansas from Florida, I quickly searched to see if I could continue my Pure Barre journey in Little Rock where I'd be living. I was happy and excited when I found Little Rock had one Pure Barre studio on 11525 Cantrell Road. Having been a member at three different Pure Barre studios back in South Florida, I looked forward to see what the Little Rock studio had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised at how warm and welcoming the Barretenders and instructors were at Pure Barre Little Rock. I have quickly felt at home and truly look forward to the familiar, friendly faces each class. Pure Barre Little Rock is clean, organized, and stocked with all your needs (apparel, water bottles, restroom). I look forward to continuing my Pure Barre journey here.

These workouts are comparable to the way I used to feel after my personal trainer was done with me, only these workouts are better...I feel like they are designed to change a woman’s body, build muscle and tone us in ALL the right places. You never get bored because the classes switch it all up, ensuring you target every muscle. The staff is WONDERFUL and I can’t say enough about Whitney and how kind she has been to me. I love PB Little Rock! It’s such a challenging full-body workout & I can already see results within 2 weeks of taking classes! I have done Pure Barre in the past at different studios & I really enjoy how welcoming all of the instructors are at PB Little Rock- they are always offering to show how the exercises are done if you don’t understand them at first, which is very important in this style workout. I have loved my time with PBLR so far!!

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love that every class is unique, but built on the same foundation of movements. They have a lot of class time options and super cute shop. I’m appreciate instructors giving modifications for my personal fitness level, but they always push me to do my personal best. I’m always sore, but happy after a class.
