Jason is an absolute magician! As soon as I met him I was immediately comfortable around him. His energy is so welcoming and calming. He listens to your concerns and any specific issues you would like to address during your massage and incorporates all that into your session. I had a 90 minute massage with reiki energy healing added on and it was a life shifting experience. I have had chronic pain in my body since i was a kid and after my massage I was more relaxed and pain free than I can ever remember being in my entire life. It was an amazing experience and something that I’ll be adding to my self care routine and booking regularly! Thank you, Jason!

Highly recommend. Jason is very in tune with various healing modalities and made me feel at ease during my reiki session. The space was infused with gentle and loving energy. My experience with Jason was very personal and deep. I'm not a person who opens up to people about my problems or my past but with Jason everything was so different. He has an aura around him that is so pure and so bright and so beautiful you can't help but to feel pulled towards him. Everything was so easy and that's not normal for me. I was able to open up to him with ease and never felt like I needed to hold anything back nor did I ever feel judged. Opening up to him felt like second nature, like it's what I was supposed to be doing. I have never felt so validated as I did during and after speaking with Jason. After the energy cleanse I felt so light and like I could finally breath for the first time in years. This was an amazing experience and was very healing in all aspects; physically, mentally, emotionally and spirituality. There's just something very special about Jason all the way around from his kind eyes and his aura to the calming, inviting space he works in. He is so considerate and everything he does he has the person he's working on in mind. Jason is just a wonderful person with an absolutely beautiful soul and I'm so glad I met him. If you're needing this type of work done or anything from a deep spiritual discovery to a massage I would 100 percent recommend him. Once you have your first visit with him you will understand what I'm talking about. He truly is a beautiful soul!

Jason gave a great massage but he also shed some light on how the body and mind work together and how to find balance… He gave me the ABG exercise that I have been using since my massage….and it works. I will definitely be going back!!

I chose a 90 minute wellness massage with the reiki add-on, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. This was the first reiki session I had ever had. Jason did a wonderful job not only of explaining the fundamentals of the practice, but approaching the entire session in a way that made me feel safe, comfortable, and heard. Directly after the session, my body felt completely oxygenated and limber - very similar to some experiences I have had with yoga and breath work. My body no longer felt tense, and my overall disposition was greatly improved. I will absolutely be returning in the future

The If you want to find out who you are, where you belong, or are looking for how it all fits together, Grace and Jason and AHA are where you want to be. They are the real deal. I have now had five different services with Jason. We have done Reiki, Chakra Clearing, Massage Therapy, Tap Healing, and Reiki level I classes. Reiki sessions with Jason have been so moving that I have been in tears (of joy). Blockages were released that I was ready to release and I could feel my breath go from my toes to my head for the first time since childhood. Tap Healing has brought some repressed memories to surface and now I have been able to acknowledge those and release them as well. My soul no longer feels as though it is screaming in agony.
