Rob Brown is an exceptional trainer and a really terrific and personal guy. My wife and I found Rob through an online search. The first thing that I noticed about his was his responsiveness and thoughtfulness. It seems like a small thing, but very difficult to find in Las Vegas. We have used a number of personal trainers before, and some were quite good. But Rob is the best! What makes him the best? He has a weekly plan. He uses this cool app to keep us organized. He focuses on nutrition and exercise. He doesn't use a canned program; he has a program tailored for you as an individual and continues to modify it as you change and grow. He really focuses on your personal goal and is as committed to you reaching your goal as you are. On top of that, he us just a great person. Has a big heart. Rob Brown walks the walk, he doesn't just talk the talk. My wife and I made an original eight week commitment and we are now in week 15. We are getting results and well on our way to reaching our fitness goals. It takes personal responsibility outside the gym with nutrition, and hard work in the gym. But Rob is a terrific coach, very knowledgeable and a great motivator. I recommend him without reservation if you are serious about getting in the best shape of your life.
