I started working with Cynthia in January 2021 in her healthy habits group. I like many others put on weight during the pandemic and wanted to lose it. I have been on diets for what seems like my whole life and I am horrible at it because I like to eat, so it was never sustainable for me. Cynthia teaches you about counting macros, something I had never tried but now cannot imagine not doing. By following a customized macro plan, I am able to eat more than I ever have. I am eating more healthier whole foods and I am never hungry! I lost all of the weight and then some and feel the best I have in a long time! My sleep is better, my skin is better, I just feel good in my body. Cynthia is a master when it comes to nutrition and exercise and after working with her for 5 months, I have developed the healthy habits to carry on. Cynthia is there to hold you accountable for the changes that you want to make. She is great at her job and I would highly recommend her!

502 Fit Pass is the best way to keep you from getting bored with your workouts and I can honestly say that has been a problem for me in the past. There are so many options you can choose from. I’ve been a member pretty much since the beginning of this company and there are still so many classes and gyms I haven’t experienced yet because it keeps growing! Besides the gyms and classes, Cynthia is a fabulous resource to all members! She sends quick, practical tips all the time that I can use to help reach my fitness goals. I love being able to schedule classes with other members, which adds another level of accountability. 502 Fit Pass is definitely something worth being a part of!

Cynthia is very knowledgeable in what she does! I was at a standstill with my post partum weight loss and thought I was doing everything right. I decided to try her program and the weight started falling off every week while eating more and more food! I have rebuilt my metabolism and digestive system and now have enough knowledge to sustain this lifestyle!! Highly recommend giving her a change to help you!

I absolutely love the 502 Fit Pass and can not recommend it enough to anyone wanting to switch up their workouts. There is a wide variety of of classes to choose from and the studios included in the pass are fabulous.
Taking so many different types of workout classes has allowed me to learn so much about myself. Not only am I switching things up with my body, but I’m constantly being inspired by new people, new spaces and new accomplishments.

As a 58 year old male, I had gained unwanted weight during the pandemic and developed some bad habits along the way. I know at my age, it would be more difficult to lose unwanted fat. I followed CWF for about 4 months on social media and YouTube as well as researching other platforms, before deciding to sign up for a "Change your Habits, Change Your Life" group program.
22 weeks later, I have lost 29 pounds and 7.5 inches off of my abdomen! My cholesterol and PSA have lowered! I have more energy and feel so much better. It is hard work. You will be held accountable. However, the changes are sustainable. If I can do this at my age working as much as I still do, you can too! Buy a food scale, a good body weight scale (Renpho or Fit Track), couple of 20-40 oz water bottles and join a gym because you will be doing some resistance training. Also, a pair of good quality wireless headphones.Thank me later.

I can’t imagine my life with out 502 fit pass. Before I started with Fit Pass I was lost and didn’t know what to do to get back into working out. I was lucky enough to meet Cynthia and she introduced me to fitpass. I never knew there were so many great gyms in the city of Louisville. Fit pass has allowed me to try a variety of styles of class in various locations at all times of the day. Along the way I have met a lot of great instructors who are knowledgeable and motivating as well as made great new friends. It is a great community of people who want to better themselves and fitpass has made it easy to join, learn and fit your fitness goals, at least it did for me

Fit Pass is a brilliant concept that gives people so much variety! One of the top reasons why people stop exercising is because they get bored. When you are a member of fit pass the opportunities are limitless. So many great gyms and instructors are part of this. I highly recommend it!

I cannot say enough good things about 502 Fit Pass! I look forward to each workout and I love pre-planning my workout week so I hold myself accountable. I’ve been a member for a year and I STILL have so many classes I haven’t tried yet. The owner Cynthia has given me guidance on the right way to eat to reach my weight and fitness goals too. For years I was just running and killing myself with cardio and a low-calorie diet and never getting the results I wanted. I’ve added strength elements to 95% of my workouts and I track my macros instead of just doing low cal dieting and I’m in the best shape of my life! I’ve made a lot of workout buddy friends that make working out even better too! I truly appreciate this membership.

I never knew how amazing my FitPass was until I moved away from the area and didn’t have it anymore. Not only could I cherry pick my work out to my mood and goals- but it was a first class ticket to the amazing fitness community in Louisville. I have worked out all over The Kentuckiana Area- I’ve been to gyms I thought I wasn’t fit enough to enter- and was welcomed with open arms and handed a sweat drenched workout. I would introduce myself and say I was with FitPass- and suddenly I had a class full of cheerleaders and coaches. Since I’ve moved to western NY I find myself missing my FitPass daily- I miss kettle bells at Blairwood, the death defying boot camps at Savoy, Sunday mornings at Derby City Crossfit, taking TRX to another level at Flex Appeal, and getting a great stretch at Sweaty Buddha... just to name a few... so, do yourself a favor and give it a go... you will make friends and make your goals. I promise.
