They understand health and approach it in the most thorough and positive way possible. It’s more than weight loss. It’s about mental and physical strength. Whatever your mind, body, and spirit need, sculpt fitness is there to support you. I have never felt more comfortable or safe in a gym environment. Personal training is the absolute best! Their trainers are completely invested in your success and it shows.

This is a great place that focuses on doing things the right way, and doing what make sense for you, your body and your goals. I appreciated the intake process where they get to know you and your goals. Never feel like I'm doing exercises just to do them, they each have a purpose. There is a clear foundation and process to ensure your mechanics are right. I felt very empowered by the things I realized I could do there, that I most definitely wouldn't have done on my own. The nutrition side is also very helpful as they have an app where you can track your food and discuss with them. Also love the weigh-ins that give more info than just your weight (body fat, mass, water, etc). Great environment and great people, highly recommend.

There are not enough things I could say about what a positive experience Sculpt Fitness has been for me. The approach of consistency over perfection goes a long way. Never do you show up to a session feeling like a failure, there's no negativity around what you did or did not do in between sessions and that positivity goes a long way. I've worked with several of the trainers and each offers motivation, kindness and a vast knowledge of their field. While one on one training feels best for me, the classes are also fantastic. Every time I show up I feel I get a bit out of my comfort zone and learn something about myself and how to move forward not only physically but mentally. Sculpt Fitness will change your life in so many ways, I am so grateful that I took a chance and walked through their doors. As long as they're in business I'll be in and out as a client in one way or another. If you're looking lost and looking for a change, this is the place you will find the light!

WARNING: I HAD THE SAME FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE HERE AS EVERYONE ELSE! HAHAHAHA If you're looking to read anything different in this review I regret to inform you that I share the same opinion as all the other 5 star reviews this establishment has earned over the course of its lifespan. That should tell you right away that not only are they best training facility on planet earth, but also that they are consistent! My experience was like that of all the reviews you will find below: Warm, Welcoming, Informative, Inspirational Experts in their craft :) I was a powerlifter for 4 years, and it wrecked my body! I then quit working out for 2 years. Naughty Naughty! hahahaha But Ben, Justin, and Katie were the team to get my mobility back, as well as building strength and stamina. At the end of my program my numbers were back to where I wanted them to be AND I was know longer in pain doing simple every day tasks like bending down to tie my shoes. I was lucky enough to have Ben as my trainer. What pro! But the whole team is incredible! And the group conversations were enlightening! It really felt great to exchange different ideas and hear different perspectives and outlooks on life, really growing our entire beings, not just our muscles! Anyway, I'm rambling so let me wrap this up: These experts have what you need, so look no further; you've found the best!

Sculpt Fitness has truly transformed my life! I was growing tired of my monotonous gym routine so decided to make a change and sign up for a Groupon for 2 months of unlimited classes. From my first class I was hooked! They range from only 30-45 minutes (boxing, kickboxing. and band burn out) but boy do you get a full body workout! Since becoming a member I have received so many compliments on how my arms and legs are becoming more defined. I cherish the new community I have found in the staff, teachers and my class. I started partner personal training with Ben about two years ago and I am so happy I did! I had no idea what to expect starting out just that every other fitness routine/regimen I had previously done did not work for me, fit my schedule or motivate me. What differentiated Sculpt from other gyms for me is their focus on long term lifestyle changes and routines that are sustainable. Prior to starting at Sculpt going to the gym was a chore and I was solely there to burn calories. Now, working out and eating healthy is a priority and something that makes me happy. They’re always there and a message away for questions or a pick me up. The gym is always clean, everyone is so respectful and fun to be around. I started at Sculpt Fitness hoping to lose some weight before my daughters wedding. I met with Ben and we discussed nutrition and training. I was skeptical at first because I have tried other programs with little results. Ben is very knowledgeable and professional. He pushes me to do things, I didn’t even know I could do. I always feel comfortable at the gym and love the variety of workouts. The consistent results keep me motivated. I usually shy away from group classes but have taken the small group training classes with the other trainers, and definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to start a healthier lifestyle.

Per doctors orders, I was strongly advised to eliminate high intensity type exercises before the state of constant stress ends up killing me. I was lost. I had no idea how to "lower the intensity"... This led me to Ben and Connor at Sculpt Fitness. They both knew exactly what I needed to do to mentally and physically feel better. I had to TRUST the plan and TRUST Connor. By changing to the plan Connor provided to me, I dropped 15lbs without trying AND without changing my diet (my diet was healthy to begin with). I also gained quite a bit of muscle. Personal training at Sculpt Fitness has been one of the best decisions (and investments) I have ever made. I began training in fall of 2019 with the owner of the facility, Ben Dubourg. Weighing nearly 300lbs in late-2014 to under 145lbs in early-2019, I was ready to take control of not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. To be honest, the only reason why I chose Sculpt Fitness was because at the time, I knew nothing about fitness, and after searching “best personal trainer near me” on Google, Sculpt Fitness was the highest rated search result — I now understand why. The facility is clean and has all of the necessary equipment while the staff are intelligent, friendly, passionate, and most importantly, eager to see you (their client) succeed. Although I trained exclusively with Ben, the entire team at Sculpt Fitness provided me with the nutritional and strength training advice I needed to achieve my goals. Every member of the Sculpt Fitness team is nothing short of an expert in both kinesiology (i.e., anatomy and physiology) and exercise science. From answering all of my questions to motivating and pushing me to my physical limits each and every session, there is a reason why Ben jokingly calls me his son and I jokingly call him my father. Ben and his team are true experts when it comes to fitness. I told them my concerns and what I would like to focus on. He came up with a regimen for me. Unfortunately after one session I had to have an unexpected surgery. We had to put my training on hold. When the doctor gave me the go ahead start working out slowly. I emailed Ben and he gave me some pointers and tips to start getting my body back into the flow of working out again. I had trouble for years finding the right training/gym. I’ve been through different trainers & programs. This is by far the best experience I’ve had. The communication, the programs, the attention to detail about what I want to transform my body to is outstanding. If you WANT results this is the gym to join. If you are looking for a fun, supportive, educational and motivating environment to help meet your fitness goals then Sculpt Fitness is the right place for you. I have been a member since January and in that time I have lost 23lbs, lowered my cholesterol by 53 points, been removed from blood pressure meds and gained great muscle tone. I can attribute all of my success to the excellent trainers/staff at Sculpt as well as all of their wonderful members, many of whom I now consider friends. I attend 3-5 classes a week and they range from boxing, kick boxing, circuit training and band resistance training. The classes are fun, challenging and always different so you never quite know what to expect, never a dull workout. The trainers always point out modifications to each exercise which really accommodates people of every fitness level. Joining the Sculpt family was one of the best decisions I have made and I would most highly recommend Sculpt Fitness to anyone who is looking for a truly great place to healthy!

The owners and trainers at Sculpt actually take a vested interest in the fitness journey of all of their clients. Before my first class I was a little nervous, I wasn’t working out regularly, and wasn't sure if this workout would be too much for me. If you’re thinking the same … DON'T! I have seen wonderful results! I’m stronger, trimmer, and a lot more fit. Something I thought was out of my reach 7 months ago. The trainers care about making sure you know how to do each exercise right, and will always offer a modified version (that they’ll show you) to accommodate your fitness level and get the most from the workout. Sculpt Fitness... where to begin? I personally am a very anxious and extremely nervous person when it comes to new things & places yet was desperately wanting to get healthy fit and feel fabulous for my upcoming wedding (this past August)! I was instantly relieved and comfortable when I stepped into sculpt for my first session! It is not your average "gym" what so ever! My trainer Ben had me on a 12 week work out plan. I knocked out the workouts that were given to me. The result lots of fat loss I can see definition in my abs, arms, back, legs and even my face! Owner Rita McPhee matched me up with trainer Benjamin Dobourg. It's been amazing! I have changed my nutrition and exercise. I now take boxfit, burnout band and shred 45 classes weekly.
