I loved working with David! He helped me get back into a fitness routine. He designed workouts for my fitness level and encouraged me every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and I learned so much working with him for 4 months. He got me back into regularly working out and I am so grateful for his help and expertise. His program is very good, he really knows how to figure out a healthy way to eat, that you can put into your daily life style.. i have arthritis in the knees, and we had to work around that.. He was good working with that... which was wonderful.. I lost 16 inches of total body fat... Very happy about that.. I went 2 times a week 3 months... i would recommend his program.

He developed a great training program and the food program he worked with me was very accommodating. In our 40 visits I was able to lose 16lbs and the inches were the biggest reward. Working with David has been a great experience. I learned that my body can change without losing a ton of weight. I lost 7 inches and 2.5% body fat while building lean muscle. I saw more results with this program than going to the gym and doing things on my own. I liked having a program made specifically for me and my goals. I have alot of food sensitivities and bloating issues but with the proper meals/food that David taught me to incorporate into my diet, I have not been bloated since I started the program and feel great.

This is not a one size fits all program.
Before I started working with David I didn’t do any exercise and my eating included whatever tasted good with no thought of what it was doing to my health. David taught me the importance of eating real food, reading and understanding labels and having a regular consistent exercise program.
I’ve lost 13.5 pounds, 4.5% body fat and 14 inches. Don’t let age stop you from taking charge of your health. I highly recommend David at Real Results Fitness.

Working out with David was the best investment I have made in myself. I was always active but lost myself after having my first child. After starting with David he quickly motivated me in a fun atmosphere. The workouts were customized to my needs and I always felt he offered the right amount of encouragement and distraction. I loved that I could trust that he knew what my body needed- I never had to think about what I was doing but always left knowing I got a great workout in. It truly made me value my health again and I had fun doing it! Overall I lost 2.5% body fat, 7 inches, and my husband told me I was the most tone he had ever seen me! I highly recommend working out with real results fitness if you’re sick of a one size fits all approach and want to invest in yourself again!

I am so thrilled with my 6 weeks in David’s Real Results Program! Attainable results were achieved in a low pressure environment with simple nutritional changes and efficient weight training workouts. No painful soreness, no fishbowl gym, and actual real results in a short period of time! 6” lost and down 3.1% body fat in 6 weeks was awesome! Learning the balance of food and fuel was really key as well as recovery rest. Seeing what I could accomplish in 3 sessions per week with quality versus quantity was eye opening! David Modderman at Real Results was very helpful with workout questions, what to eat, recipes, etc., He was good at making sure you were doing the weight training exercises correctly too, which I feel is very important! Even after the program was over, David was still available and willing to answer any questions or help with any problems I might have had. Before I worked out with David, I had had a bad experience with another personal trainer who built my body up with lifting heavy weights. I didn’t get the results I wanted and was angry and very disappointed in all the $ I wasted with her. David helped me gain muscle but not like a man! (which is what I got from the other personal trainer!) David explained to me how important it is to eat a little bit of something healthy all day long. Example: breakfast, snack, lunch snack, dinner, snack. My life today is working weight training at home 3 days a week and trying to incorporate some cardio in between. Also I am going to start tracking what I eat again. It really helps you watch your food intake while doing this. My results after the program were as following: I lost 6.5 inches and 2.5 body fat and gained 2 lbs of muscle! I was very satisfied with my results and I would refer David (and currently do) to all my friends and family to try his weight training program! It works and I am living proof!! :)
