New boxing gym in town. Great place, owners, staff! I'm not a hang out in the gym (or join a gym) kind of person, but boxing seemed like a good opportunity to get a full body workout and learn a little in the process. So far, so good. Laid back, clean, fresh environment. We show up, say hi, get a great workout and go.

I started at this gym around the time they opened and have been so happy with the intensity of the classes, the coaches, and the community. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly and the coaches absolutely know what they're talking about. The specific feedback given during class allows for immediate corrections and improved skill, which is important to me. I highly recommend this boxing gym!

This boxing studio is top notch! From the second we walked in to the end of the class. The instructors are passionate and will challenge you in just the right ways. The owners Gladys and Emily are class acts and we truly enjoyed our workout at their gym. Great vibe!

Great workouts that are super customized. Lots of fun- especially the classes! My wife loves it too. Definitely both of our favorite place to get a workout in Denver. Also- independently owned by a wonderful couple that live in the area. Not corporate and not a franchise.

This gym is amazing! Nothing beats rounds of boxing and the heavy bag mixed with HIIT workouts and/or functional yoga. I always leave with a sweat and feeling great. The owners and coaches are supportive and inclusive. I’m happy to be a part of this community.

Such a gym to be a part of! All the coaches are knowledgeable and help everyone get a workout in within their ability. Definitely love the Skills & Drills with mitt work and Fight & Flex for a yoga fix.

I’ve been coming here since they opened, and have really enjoyed every class. Once you get enough classes under your belt, you’re allowed to take more advanced mitt work classes. They’re my absolute favorite. I would go to them every day if I could!

I have been here twice. It is a great workout and a great place.to support. I leave challenged supported and much more fit. And yes for me it's awkward to punch things though it's ok to do so here so that's a big challenge and a safe place

I couldn't recommend this place more highly. Went to my first boxing class with Gladys this morning, and it was exactly what I have been looking for. As close to the perfect balance of a technical + fitness course that I have found. Gladys was super kind and welcoming, the facilities are very nice, and, most importantly, the playlist was on point. The class is definitely a full body workout. I'm a biker and can easily go on long bike rides with big climbs, but this class let me know that I can be in much better shape and much stronger which I'm really excited about. I'm definitely becoming a member.

5-Star Boxing Gym in Uptown, Denver, CO. Staff is great, Gladys, Vivian, and Emily are all terrific coaches and run the place. Coach Aysh, Eryion, and Z are stellar coaches. You can't go wrong with this gym.

Warning! If you sign up for an unlimited membership it’s a three month commitment but you have to pay for four. If you cancel you have to pay the next month. The boxing trainers are very passionate and knowledgeable. This place is an amazing community. I've seen old and young, male and female. It's a place where everyone feels welcome! Definitely recommend checking out their field day events. I've been twice.

Just took my first class with my good friend Mike teaching it and this place is the real deal! I have a little history of boxing but I immediately felt so comfortable taking his class. He is full of energy and you can tell he truly knows body mechanics and how to teach boxing in a fun and injury free manner. The space is beautiful, the people are amazing, and they offer a variety classes suited for anyone!

This is a great find. I have participated in two free classes (one indoor/one outdoor) and am now a member! This is a low ego group with extremely positive energy. It has been a fun mental exercise to learn different boxing punches from the experienced coach who gently gives tips to improve technique and effectiveness. I have left each workout feeling completely refreshed and ready to tackle the day. I’ve enjoyed meeting a diverse group of people in such a welcoming environment. Looking forward to the next workout! What a fun and fantastic boxing class! This was my first true boxing class and I already can't wait to come back for more. The class I took was led by Coach Michael who was an absolute blast. As a bonus, the class we took was on a rooftop and the sunset views of the city were amazing. I definitely recommend this to those looking to have fun with people of all skill levels who are just getting into fitness, getting back in, or want to learn about boxing. This class satisfied all categories of learning, fitness and fun!

I've been working with Mike as a fitness coach for almost two years now and I can say that he is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with across all my gym experiences! He has an immediately recognizable passion for fitness training and brings such an incredible energy into every session. Mike is at his best when he's working with individuals who are equally as invested in their own fitness, and in my experience he has been incredible at encouraging myself and others to challenge limits and push harder while at the same time being incredibly attentive to developing good form and recognizing each individual's personal needs for where they are at on their personal fitness journey. Make no mistake he will work you hard but the results are without a doubt worth it! I've now been going to this gym for a little over a month and it's been a great experience. The staff are very friendly, the community is great and the facility is top notch! They offer a free week membership to try it out, I highly recommend checking it out if you're curious.

This place is awesome! I've been in the fitness industry as an athlete for 10 years and as a coach and personal trainer for the last 5 years. That gives me a certain perspective in which I can honestly say that this place has something special and unique. Not just because of their class style or training style, but because of the people behind it all! They genuinely care and really want to build a COMMUNITY, not just individual athletes. You don't find that in all gyms! Definitely check them out!

Such a fun class! We did the free class outside on Dairy Block and it was so great. The instructors are so energized and pumped, which makes you get pumped as well. You can tell they love what they do. Highly recommend!

We're not a franchise; were not a chain. We're just two women who love to help people get fit who wanted to create an independent Denver fitness studio with killer workouts and good vibes. We care about every member and we get to know them and their journey. It's personal. Our downtown Denver workout studio has an accepting empowering environment - everyone is equally worthy (no pun intended.... but that is the reason behind our name.... that and the fact that it shortens to WTF🤣). I stopped in while in town on an interview. Even though I was flying out the next day they treated me like family. I was allowed to barrow gear since I showed up empty handed. The workout was amazing. The energy was great! I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing operation they presented me.

The free summer outdoor workouts in downtown Denver are really fun. I like the field day games with exercise incorporated. It is one of my favorite fitness classes in Denver. The downside is of course that it can be hot. However they do a lot of games with water. I am looking forward to their Denver fitness studio opening. I like supporting local businesses over franchises.

I've tried a lot of fitness studios in downtown Denver...spin studios, yoga studios, running studios, etc. And I think this is a great option among Denver fitness studios. I hadn't tried boxing fitness before but now I really like it.
