I’m new to Lagree Luxe and I’m really enjoying the classes so far. Christa is a great instructor - she did a nice job of demonstrating the moves so we could do the moves with proper technique. I also had Amy as an instructor and experienced (once again!) a great workout. She’s absolutely darling. The classes are rigorous, challenging, achievable, and uplifting. I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

I cannot say enough positive things about this studio. Lauren and Megan are among my favorite trainers but honestly all the trainers are great. I have been to other Lagree studios in Denver and was met with a lot of snobby people, not at Lagree Luxe! This studio is very inclusive and welcoming! All levels of fitness are welcome and the positivity is infectious. Definitely my studio for life ❤️❤️😘 just try it Lagree will change your body and life.

This studio is awesome! They keep the studios very clean, and the instructors are so friendly and encouraging to beginners. This studio has a few regulars that I’ve become friendly with in class, so I love that there is a sense of community here too! The two trial class package is really helpful/affordable to understand what Lagree is and help decide which membership to buy afterwards

Where to start... I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! If you are looking for a true Lagree and a killer workout, this is the place! The instructors are amazing and you will never be disappointed! It is well worth the price and they have three amazing locations! The energy is so high and I leave every class so sore in the best way posisble! If you are contemplating trying a class out, just do it!!

I'm new to Lagree (only taken 7 classes), but I am obsessed. I already feel stronger and my clothes are fitting differently. I'll be honest, it is a tough workout but the instructors are amazing at giving variation options, especially if you let them know about any physical limitations or pain you are experiencing. This workout can definitely be for everyone and will help you strengthen your entire body in a way more interesting, fun, supportive environment than weight training in a traditional gym. All of the instructors I have learned from have been friendly, helpful, and inspiring. Try it and you won't regret it!!

I can't say enough great things about Lagree Luxe! It's a workout I think everyone should try as it will have you shaking in all the best ways. The workout itself is low intensity but very effective. I got my husband to come to some classes with me and he is impressed with how challenging yet enjoyable it was. I love it because I can feel my muscles working, yet I'm also able to breathe throughout the entire class. Class sizes are on the smaller side which I find to be good because it allows you to build relationships with other familiar faces and get corrections from the instructor during class. Lagree Luxe has made the culture of this studio really fun! Its clean, very well designed, and there is always music playing. I've been going regularly for over a year now and I'm happy to have found this place! Couldn't recommend it enough!

All the Lagree Luxe studios are great, though this one is my favorite! I did 2-3 classes per week throughout my pregnancy and after and I credit these classes for keeping me fit through the pandemic as well. No other workout has given me such good results in so little time (especially core!). I love that every class is a full body workout, and all the instructors are great too. Tough, challenging, internally-profanity-inducing....so basically, really worth it! The instructors and the atmosphere are really positive and encouraging, and while at first this type of workout can come off as intimidating for those of us who are new to any kind of "gym" challenge, I can't say enough about the post-workout confidence and strength you get from this kind of experience. The best part is, it's a total body workout in 45 minutes. As someone who did not start a workout regimen until about a year ago, I can't say enough about this place and encourage everyone to try this kind of workout.

As someone who loves variety and efficiency in my workouts (think HIIT, Cyclebar, and barre), I am beyond excited to have found Lagree! Don't get too comfortable because you're on to the next move before you know it, making it easy to enjoy the burn & shake along the way. You can do anything for a minute or two, right? Wow, my first experience taking a Lagree class was AWESOME! I absolutely loved it. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by the owner of Lagree, who was very welcoming and helpful. She helped me get checked in and really took the time to help me get set up as well as explained the giant machine. The mega machine was very clean as well as the studio. The class was great, the instructor did a great job explaining the moves on the machine. I definitely got a workout and loved the low impact muscle isolation. I woke up the next day sore but a good sore and I worked muscle I didn’t know existed. I’m looking forward to returning and seeing how my strength improves over time. I highly recommend this studio to everyone no matter your fitness level. It will work wonders on any body type!

Started going with my wife after she raved about it. I would normally not try something like this but have thoroughly enjoyed it. Instructors are nice, patient with my stumbling. Class sizes are small. Noticed a change in my legs. I play basket 1-2 times a week and seem to be able to play longer with more omph in my jumpshot. I've started to incorporate some of the Lagree workouts into my weight lifting.

Huge fan of lagree luxe! The workout is amazing, I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and started back with lagree after my first trimester and I’ve been feeling so much stronger. The instructors are awesome - offering modifications for anything that might be uncomfortable for my changing body. I plan to continue throughout the rest of my pregnancy (or as long as I’m able) and am so thankful to Christa who is always so responsive and accommodating when it comes to classes packages.

Perfect workout! Lagree is just down the street from Cuba Cuba and the Spot bouldering gym. My COVID fitness has not been great and this is what I needed to get back into a routine. I've done a variety of things over the years - semi serious lifting, crossfit, barre, F45, etc. I'm in week three of Lagree and have attended 7 classes so far. I am truly already feeling and seeing results. Have lost a few pounds, higher energy levels, am more aware of posture and movement (not sitting all the time) and am regaining leg strength and upper body muscle definition. My first week I went to two classes and that was more than enough. Since then, I've been going M/W/F with T/Th as rest days and weekends for hiking and outdoor time.

I found Lagree Luxe through a local who loves pilates. From the time I purchased my new client package - they were on point with communication and service. I did the new client intro(highly recommend to get a feel for the studio) & have since signed up for more classes. Everyone here is so nice! Not just the instructors, but the people who go here. The class is challenging but everyone works at their own level. They are great instructors & even coming from a different style of lagree- the classes have been easy to navigate with their guidance. I find that each class always has a different sequence which I love. I’ve done Solidcore & One Lagree and I find this more on par with One Lagree’s style. Classes are 45 min. My favorite instructors are Alyssa & Caylynn. Check them out at any 3 locations in Denver!

Clean, new studio in Denver practicing traditional Lagree! All of their reformers are brand new/newest version. The instructors are all very nice! They also have super cute retail too! Fully furnished bathrooms with showers, great place to go to and from work if needed! There is free 2 hour parking if you can snag a spot, but available metered spots are always available all along the block.

These awesome workouts/instructors/machines are meant for athletes. Ive had killer improvement in my running times. I felt stronger in just a few classes and could see my body changing in easily under 10 classes. Even the instructors have seen my strength gains and the only thing I’ve been doing is this class and run. It is hard, and definitely meant for men and women, and challenges everyone, every time. The machines allow for variety in ability, from trained athletes, to getting back into a fitness routine, and they keep the class interesting. The instructors are athletes, and they encourage, guide, and challenge your every ounce of muscle all at once. I cannot get enough of it, it’s the right mix of challenging / length of time (40min) / routine mix up / and instructor style, to keep the variety and see continued results. When I first tried this I went all in (but took muscle recovery days) and it helped me learn the moves and make faster improvements. Good luck, it’s super fun!

I LOVE this studio! It's the hardest and best 40 min (yes, only 40 minutes!) workout. Being able to squeeze in a quick and challenging workout during lunch without having to take 2 hours out of my day really supports my busy schedule. The new mega formers are amazing! Having the updated equipment with the additional handles (literally everywhere you need/want them) makes this workout for everyBODY. The instructors are wonderful and always ensure we know how to use the new machines before class starts + offer different movements for both beginners and advanced students. There's also free 2-hour parking + plenty of meters on the street! I've always been able to find parking no matter what time of day I go for class.

When I say I am not one to work out..... ever, it's no joke. I came into their beautiful studio and immediately felt comfortable, not judged and ready to try something new! The instructors were very welcoming and were able to walk me through all the different positions while challenging me but making sure never to push me out of my comfort level. Also your first class with them is only $10 so WHY NOT AT LEAST TRY!!! I thought I would hate the whole experience since I am so out of shape and I could not have been more wrong!!! Christa and Elise are FANTASTIC instructors. This is one of the most intense workouts I have experienced, so if you're looking for a challenge, this is it! I've always heard wonderful things about the reformer classes and I've always wanted to try them. However, I recently had a baby and was not feeling like I could simply jump into a class nor did I know what to do with my baby since he currently is not in daycare. Per the advice of Christa, I was able to meet with her and learn techniques that were better suited for me. I am carefully and quickly gaining strength back in my core without compromising the the postpartum healing process. She has also let me bring in my baby during class so I am able to join. I have seen other parents do the same and bring their children in when needed. These classes have been absolutely amazing! They are a wonderful compliment to my rock climbing hobby and I would highly suggest these classes to anybody.

I’ve been to most of the Lagree studios in the central Denver area. This studio ranks at the top in terms of quality of coaching with a beautiful and SPACIOUS location. Music and cuing by the instructors is top notch. If you are looking for a great low impact workout based on the Sebastian Lagree’s principles, come on down. Oh, and the machines are the newer generation MK3 megaformer. So much functionality.

Shout out to Amy Dalton - her classes are awesome. Note that if you are like me and haven't used these machines before, it takes a few classes to get used to and you have to have some patience with yourself.

This is the best thing that happened to me in 2023.. The studio is amazing! The workout is intense- it pushes me mentally and physically. Bonus is instructors take time to give pointers on how to do the movements for the best results. The most effective exercise class I have ever taken. The results are incredible, and this is after only two weeks.
