I LOVE THIS GYM. The people are so friendly. But they push you- it's an incredible workout that you can take at your own pace. Even if you're just starting off, this is a supportive and uplifting atmosphere with AWESOME MUSIC. Drew is a great coach and leader. I feel (and look!) stronger since working out here - which I've been doing since 2019! I like the Monday & Tuesday workouts- they are more strength-based. But you really can't go wrong.
As they say: train smarter! Strength makes you capable.

Fitwall is the best!! The workouts are super fun and always challenge me to get stronger. The coaches all really care about their members and want to see you achieve no matter where you are in your fitness journey. They are thoughtful with modifications and are endlessly encouraging. The cycle of workouts is the perfect length to see myself get stronger every week while also keeping the classes fun and interesting. A wonderful community. Highly recommend!!

We have really enjoyed and valued our time at Fitwall! The instructors do a fantastic job of preparing exercise routines (and playlists!) for each day's workout. During the workouts, one of the things I appreciate the most is that the instructors give tips, both to individuals and to the whole class, on how to perfect your form, how to modify moves, and what to expect coming up. The format of the classes works great to keep you motivated to attend class, introduce just the right amount of variety in your workouts, and get a top notch workout in a pretty short span of time.
We participated in the fat loss challenge, and we were surprised at how much better shape we were in after the challenge! It's surprising and impressive the variety of workouts that can be done with the Fitwall equipment. And the community at the gym and the information about fitting a diet plan to a workout routine is phenomenal. Keep up the good work, guys!

The facility is always clean and taken care of, walking in from the heat it stays nice and cool. The classes are different everyday but stay the same week to week. You. Will. Sweat. And burn. The workout have a synced playlist so you’re moving to the beat/lyrics of the songs playing, which I enjoyed, and feel made the workouts easier. I completed the 30 day weight loss challenge and lost the inches/weight I wanted! With the help of the nutrition plan and push from the instructors, the support system at Fitwall is like no other. I am very grateful for this place!

Can’t recommend Fitwall LoHi enough! Instructors are amazing, facility is clean and nice, and the workouts have so much variety (wall, resistance bands, weights, cardio, TRX type bands, etc). They also have more class times to choose from throughout the day than practically any other studio, which makes it super easy to squeeze one efficient 40 minute workout into your day!

This gym is the real deal! No phoning it in, every member is present and pushing themselves to their limits. Don't take this as intimidating though, because the coaches are supportive, the members are supportive and its only 40 minutes, You Can Do It! This is the first gym Ive been a member at for a consistent 6 months and have actually gone, the classes change daily and then overall every three weeks so my body is constantly learning something new and its never boring. Even on the days I drag myself in, thinking I will just do the bare minimum, I find myself pushing harder, dancing to the music and next thing you know, class is over. If you love working out with a group, need outside accountability and want to see your body get healthier and stronger than this is you place! Hope to see you at the next workout!

I love the workouts here. The workouts are different everyday of the week and rotate to completely new workouts every several weeks. The workouts are tough but go by fast. The wall adds a lot of variety to the kinds of moves you can do. All of the coaches and staff are great (especially big shout outs to Drew and Mel!!!) and demonstrate the moves for the class before each set and will coach you individually if you are struggling and can suggest adjustments or alternate exercises if that exercise isn't working for you. I did the 30 day fit loss challenge and lost nearly 6 inches from around my body. I was fairly thin and fit to begin with. They provide towels, hand lotion, and hair ties which is an amazing perk as well.
Only a couple of downsides to the entire experience. I don't think many gyms require Covid vaccinations but I wish a group class like this did since we are all working out together and puffing the same air. Not all of the TV's on each wall demonstrating the workouts function or are missing sometimes but there is always a large TV to look at if you need a visual reminder.

Fitwall has been the perfect fitness studio for my lifestyle for 2.5+ years and I can't get enough.
The Fitwall itself is a unique piece of equipment that is versatile and challenging and there isn't anything else like it. Whether you are hanging on it, hanging off it, using it for balance, or scampering up and down it, it significantly enhances your exercise experience.
The instructors are thorough and clear when communicating techniques and they encourage you to be your best while not being pushy or overly intense. Each instructor is fun and welcoming and they seem to really enjoy their job.
Every class is challenging and leaves me sweating like a sieve. However, the way the exercises and techniques are structured allows you to dial your effort up and down based on your fitness level.
The studios are modern and simple with all of the amenities you need.
I highly recommend giving Fitwall a try.

Big fan of Fitwall! I was introduced by a friend, tried my hand at the 30 day challenge, and I’m hooked! I love the format of the classes and the variety that we get each week. It really pushes my athleticism to new levels that I haven’t known as an adult which is something I’ve been wanting since I stopped playing sports! It’s so nice that there are people of all skill levels as well. They do a great job at accommodating and modifying the workouts to what might work best for you. The trainers are SO wonderful. They’re very intuitive and pay attention to who might need a bit of a push and who would benefit from motivation! They’re also super great about recognizing progress and when you’re doing a good job which always feels awesome. Love this place!

I recently participated in a 30 day fat loss challenge at Fitwall Denver Highlands. From the very beginning, the staff at the gym was so helpful, enthusiastic and supportive. All classes were led by well qualified trainers, who had awesome music playlists to go along with each workout. Food plans, recipes, resources were also included - along with support, follow up and accountability. The goal was 10 pounds, and I lost 14.6 over the 30 day challenge. HUGE success, and HUGE praise for the staff, trainers, and management of Fitwall Denver Highlands gym! I’d recommend Fitwall to anyone looking for a fun and highly effective place to workout. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience, and my results!

I could go on and on about how much I love Fitwall! Before joining this gym, I wasn't big on working out. Just the occasional run here and there. But over the last 2 years, Fitwall has not only helped me get in shape for the many Colorado activities my friends and I do on the weekends, it's become one of my favorite parts of my day. The Coaches give you encouragement while pushing you to be your best. The environment is welcoming and fun. The workouts are hard and effective (can't beat 40 minutes). I couldn't recommend this gym more! Take a class with Drew or Alyssa (or any of the instructors really) at the Highlands location and I'm sure you'll feel the same :)

Until I found Fitwall I was working out on my own. And that was fine but I really didn't know what to do, didn't really push myself. Fitwall is great for that. The coaches are all amazing, friendly, and push you and will work with you if you have any injuries or limitations.
The workouts are 40 minutes and really work you. I always feel great and I've used it as a way to get in and stay in shape for snowboard season. I highly recommend it for everyone, whether you are trying to loose weight or build muscle, or maintain where you are, it's fun, different, and challenging. Give it a shot!

The 3 types of classes a week are so great to keep me energized, challenged and pushing myself. I love the variety with the intervals and the fun coaches along with great music make the 40 minutes fly by.
I just completed the 30 day fat loss challenge and it has forever changed my mind on dieting. Their approach on a solid protein packed menu with discipline in prep (lots of recipe ideas!) and constant support... Helped get me through the month easily. I dropped 6.5 lbs and 4.5" and feel great!

I started Fitwall, because they were offering a “fat loss challenge.” I thought it would be a nice way to reset, but it was that and so much more than that. Not only did I lose 2 inches around my waist in 28 days, but I also formed much better habits around eating and exercising. I loved the workouts because they’re so dynamic and different every day. I actually hate doing cardio, like HATE running, but they build cardio into the workouts in a sneaky way so you don’t even realize it. Also, the coaches take the time to get to know you and are so motivating. I’m so sad to be moving, because I love this gym so much. Y’all are the best!

The 40-minute time period was perfect for an effective workout while still having a life for the normal working-class adult. The instructors were so encouraging and motivated you just the right amount to give that extra effort to every exercise. This place offered a tough workout! It wasn't too high impact because of using the fitwall for a lot of it. The instructor was really cool, the music was fun and it's in the highlands so it's fairly close to a lot of other things to do.

I love this gym! I did the 30 day challenge and loved the support, nutrition plan, and workouts and was successful in losing weight and seeing definition. The coaches are all so fun, funny, and supportive. The classes evolve from a strength focus to a cardio focus throughout the week which provides great balance. Signing up for classes is super easy through their app as well. They also do a few yoga classes throughout the week and the instructor designs those to compliment the work outs and stretch out sore areas of the body (plus she is super nice). If you were considering trying this gym out or doing the 30 day challenge definitely do it.

I can’t recommend Fitwall enough! I did the 30 day challenge because I needed some extra motivation to get into exercising regularly. In the month I lost pounds and inches but more importantly, I understood more about portioning and making smart food choices using their meal plan. That part will be lasting! The support from staff was fantastic.
The coaches are friendly and helpful, it’s not as intimidating as some group fitness classes I have tried because you really need to focus on what you are doing with the wall and weights. I never thought I’d be a person that looks forward to working out, but Fitwall has made me one! The variation between workouts that focus on strength, endurance and cardio make it balanced and easy to come to the gym 2-3 times a week. As I grow in my ability, my Fitwall workout can increase in difficulty which I appreciate!

I really enjoy Fitwall. I did the 30 day challenge and lost 9lbs & 3". What ever level you are to working out, I would try this place. Its only 40 min but I never left there not in a full sweat. Always felt great. The instructors are very welcoming and the staff is very friendly. Be sure to reach out to them with any inquiry. The yoga is also a catered reset to the weekly workouts. I would recommend trying to make to a yoga class once a week with the workouts. It will definitely help.

I did 4 works worth of classes and couldn't be happier with all of them, the trainers and staff were all very nice and communicated well. The workouts kicked my butt each time. The first week I went I thought I'd never survive another class and by the third week I was "going heavy" as they say. The quick 40 minute workouts are a great way to combine cardio and strength training. It was an awesome change from a normal gym routine.

So I saw a Facebook ad for a 30-day fitness challenge at Fitwall and would normally have just kept on scrolling, but with my wedding coming up in a few months I figured this may be just what I needed to get back into shape for the big day. Well, I was more than surprised when I showed up for my first class because these 40-minute classes are no joke. I was expecting it to be mostly cardio type work and I wouldn’t be building much muscle. I was wrong...over the course of a month I re-comped my body from loose and flabby to a toned, stronger, well defined machine. I couldn’t get through the first class without taking constant breaks to catch my breath and by the end, I was killing it...moving faster, 1000x improved range of motion, little to no breaks during and in between sets. I have received tons of unsolicited compliments from people who know me and haven’t felt this great about my fitness in a long time. If you’ve ever doubted a fitness class versus doing your own workout in a gym, don’t be a skeptic. You don’t have to do any of the thinking to organize your workout, the coaches guide you through what needs to be done and keep you motivated and moving the entire time and if you do have any injuries (like I did with my shoulder) they give you variations that keep you working hard and help to build up those stabilizing muscles. I loved my experience and will be continuing on with classes!!!

I highly recommend Fitwall Denver. I am so glad that I did the 30 day challenge. Before that I was unmotivated and having a hard time getting a good workout for myself. I was also struggling to eat healthy consistently. Doing the 30 day challenge not only helped motivate me but also helped me break old eating habits. It was such an amazing challenge and everytime I went in to a class we did a full body workout that had me sore and building strength. I feel so much stronger now and lost 3.5 inches by the end. The workouts are unique and exercise every part of your body. I am now motivated to stay on this healthy path and continue to build more strength. During the 30 day challenge they provide unlimited classes you can pick from (min of 3 a week), a nutrition/meal plan, grocery list, workouts on the go when out of town, restaurant tips and help you stay on track. The staff were so nice and really enthusiastic about helping. The classes are different everyday and change every 3 weeks. The highlands center was super clean and really welcoming. I definitely have never really enjoyed the gym, but Fitwall gave me a fresh perspective of how the gym can be enjoyable. If I wasn't a gym person before this program has given me a concrete foundation to become one.
I lost 10lbs and 4inches and successfully won my money back! I like that the challenge makes us bet on ourselves because it helped push me when I really didn’t want to go to the gym.
The nutrition plan was pretty easy to follow and also serves as a good basic guide if you are trying to make some sustainable lifestyle changes. I followed the diet about 85% of the time and still hit my measurements. I definitely learned a lot about balance and appreciate the the reset that this helped me achieve. I look forward to coming back in the future!

It is always been a struggle for me to get to the gym, so the motivation and support was exactly what I needed. The classes are enjoyable, so it was easy to make it a part of my weekly routine. The work outs are designed to push you, but allow you to modify when necessary.

I highly recommend Fitwall! I have been doing orange theory for 3 years and wanted a change in my workouts but something that was also going to challenge me. Fitwall is exactly what I was looking for. I partook in the 30 challenge, following a meal plan and exercising at least 3 times a week. I didn’t think I’d successfully finish the 30 day challenge because I’m a very active person and already workout at least 5 times a week. I can honestly say I completed the Fitwall challenge losing 10 lbs and 8 inches in 30 days... something I’ve been trying to accomplish the past 3 years at orange theory.
It’s a powerful 40 min workout, the perfect amount of time. The instructors are awesome and so supportive. They always welcome you as you enter the room and make you feel comfortable right off the bat.
Definitely worth your time to check out.. hopefully more locations open in the Denver area because it’s becoming quite the HIIT (literally and figuratively).

After a month of Fitwall I can officially say I’m in love! I enjoy the variety of the workouts every week and how you can taylor your workouts to you with all of the modifications the instructors offer, including adding weight and really pushing yourself. But my favorite part of all is that you get the amazing benefits of a group class while having a space entirely to yourself that includes your wall, straps, bands, mat, weights, etc. I love the instructors and I will keep coming back for more!

Fitwall is great! I did the 30 day weight loss challenge and the accountability and the support is fantastic. The diet plan is a bit extreme and I'd recommend also counting calories to make sure you get to 1000 calories every day. The instructors (Danny, Cealia, Maddie) are great and the workouts are fun and challenging. The one thing I really didn't like was the wall itself. I just don't trust my upper body enough to support myself and was always afraid of falling. I would still recommend Fitwall though, I went from 148 lbs to 137 lbs! It works!

I had taken some classes at the Speer location awhile back and always wanted to try one of the 30-day challenges. A few years and a few unwanted pounds later, I convinced my friend to sign up with me. We just finished about a week ago and both had amazing success. I lost 7.5 lbs and 5 inches and the 30 days flew by!
The workouts were definitely intense but are adaptable and go so fast. I love that you can get that much out of 40 minutes. ALL of the staff is amazing. They are friendly, kind, encouraging and fun.
The nutrition knowledge I gained as part of the challenge was really invaluable. The plan was sustainable, realistic and fulfilling. I hardly had cravings and felt full most of the time. I had fun trying the recipes and it challenged me to change some assumptions about my eating habits.
I felt empowered by the whole experience and was so happy with the results. I definitely plan to keep Fitwall as part of my regular routine.

I did the 30-day fat loss challenge and really enjoyed it. I lost 8 lbs and a pants size and felt amazing by the end. The classes were incredibly challenging, and although they got easier as I got stronger, they continue to challenge me as there's always a way to make it hard enough to keep progressing. I like that there's a different workout every day of the week with a specific focus (cardio/intervals/strength/recovery) and the whole routine changes after 3 weeks once you've mastered the classes. I only went to the Washington park location and it was super nice and clean, and the staff was very nice and friendly. My only issue with the place is there only being one shower, but that's pretty typical with small specialty gyms like this.

I have struggled to find the right workout for over two years and this gym makes me feel like a kid again! The music in class is fun and encourages my solo dancing dream. The exercises are rotated every 3 weeks so you don't get bored in a routine. The coaches are attractive, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's easy for them to accommodate injuries and give you alternate exercises because they know what they are doing! Did I mention it's only 40 minutes? Then post sweating your butt off, you get a cooled peppermint towel and time to stretch it out.
No other gym offers you a free trial week with no commitments and then furthers with a free month if you stay on track with their food regimen and lose 10lbs or 4 inches. I was hooked after one class. My clothes are feeling loose, my posture has improved, the scale shows significant weight loss, and I feel more energetic every day!

I did the 30 day body transformation challenge and loved it! The pace of the classes is fast, but with the individualized screens that show the exercises and the personal attention of the instructors, it was really easy to keep up! I loved that the exercises were so dynamic. The use of the wall (holding your body weight with your arms and legs) was really great. I've always had a really weak upper body and exclusively weight lifting hasn't been very effective, but I genuinely feel much stronger in my pecs and arms after this. I also loved that with every exercise, they focused a lot on good form and educating us on where we were supposed to feel the exercise. The environment (the music, the people, the space) is awesome and this had been the best group fitness class I've ever attended. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Working out was never my forte, especially with weights or high intensity interval style classes. At first I felt extremely intimidated, and pretty much died after my fist class. Fast forward a month and I feel so confident entering the Fitwall classes! Everyone at the gym, both instructors and members were so nice and welcoming.
I kept up with the work outs 3x a week and the diet plan for 30 days and lost 10.5lbs and 4in! Fitwall really works and I will continue doing my workouts at this gym!

Love this concept! You get a great workout in 40 minutes - no nonsense and you can push yourself as much or as little as you'd like. Workouts change every 3 weeks so you have 3 weeks to get stronger and then learn all new moves which keeps it interesting and your body developing. The team is friendly and helpful!
The fat loss challenge is a great way to get an intro to the location/team/workout and to get you on track for attending every week (one of the stipulations is that you attend class at least 3 times a week). It is a commitment for sure but totally doable!

I went for one month and felt success in the relationships I made there (so many awesome and consistent people) as well as in my body! I lost 7 inches (10 including chest) and couldn't be more satisfied.
The class designs made it very fun to go to class and it was only 40 minutes each class!! I find it hard to work out for an hour or more so this was nice because I knew I could end the class exhausted and sweaty in just 40 mins.

Started working out at fitwall as part of their 30 day challenge. I got weighed and measured, explained everything upfront, and started my journey. You have to go to at least 3 classes a week, and this schedule was good for me. Occasionally, I had to push my schedule or rush to class, but this accountability was helpful for my development. High intensity workouts were great to kick start my metabolism and muscles. I was so sore the first couple of weeks, and I enjoyed the feeling. I was already cyclic keto for almost 2 years, so I stuck to my diet adding in a few healthy carbs for energy before the workouts. The coaches/leaders were great, as I mostly had Bradee and Mike. They pushed us to explore harder weights or more reps from the time before. The wall aspect of the workouts is interesting. You end up working a lot of small muscles that you normally don't. Great place, A+.

I just finished my first month with Fitwall. Wow. What an amazing experience. From the first time in to every workout, every trainer was welcoming and supportive. I was not in the best of shape, so the 40 minutes were rough. However, I only had to “excuse myself” and throw up during my first workout. Each day of the week is a different focus. This way, you are sure to work every part of your body. Make sure you do the Sunday classes! It is 40 minutes of recovery that your body will love! Go ahead and give it a shot. I was able to lose about 10 pounds and 3 inches in this past month. If *I* can do it.....anyone can!!

Fitwall is unlike any workout I've ever done. It's only 40 minutes and I leave feeling stronger every time. Also, the workout is different every day of the week and changes monthly so you never get bored. Not only is the workout REALLY fun, but you get a lovely coconut water treat at the end which totally hits the spot! They music is fun and different with every workout. I love the tech aspect so you can visually see when you should be pushing harder. The staff is AWESOME and make an effort to remember your name and help modify the movements if you have any injuries. The facility is super sleek, fancy, and always clean! My monthly fitwall membership is totally worth it! Everyone should try it out because there is nothing like it in Denver.

This is a great gym and I recommend it. The 40 minutes a day workout is as complete as it can be... after four weeks, I feel stronger, more flexible, and I did lose a lot of fat. It is a different workout from anything I have done - and I have tried it all. I have a generally weak upper body and core, and this is by far the workout that made both of those areas work more - not just legs and booties, as most gyms are doing nowadays. The staff is small and friendly, they know you by name, giving the gym a welcoming, familiar feeling. The space is very clean, well-decorated and nice; you might find it small at first, but it never gets too crowded if you want to shower, for example. Again, it all helps with that familiar feeling. Last, but not least, the "bad" of this gym: know that you must sign-in for classes in advance, and if you work before/after business hours, it tends to get busy; if you schedule and don't show, there's a $10 fee. For me that turned out to be a positive, once I was forced to go to not lose money. If you are not a gym rat, that might be a pro for you as well. The price is high for unlimited workouts, but it's not terrible for a specialty gym in the Highlands area.

I highly recommend this workout and the friendly and encouraging staff. I did the 30 day challenge and loved that they included unlimited classes of around 40 mins (I did about 14 classes in 30 days), easy to follow meal plan and class schedule which made my great results a possibility. I lost several inches from my waist and hips which is exactly where I wanted it. I had not worked out in awhile due to an earlier injury and found the workouts could be modified and still be challenging. I also liked that the classes change every 2 weeks so you hit lots of muscle groups and there are recovery days. The staff were on top of keeping me accountable. I was in the process of moving to Denver and hope to continue when I am settled. Great experience and results!!

I had such a good experience doing the fat loss challenge with fitwall. I met my goals and feel like I've changed my diet for good, which is huge. The workouts were super challenging, but really effective in targeting the whole body. You can do anything for 40 minutes! (And if you can't, take a break.) Excellent mix of cardio and weight training to really feel that burn/salty sweat in your eyeballs. Positive, professional staff and clean, well-stocked facility too.

Of all the different classes you can take in Denver, Fitwall has by far been my favorite. Their weekly segments (2 days strength, 2 cardio, 2 mix and 1 stretch) gives you the flexibility to focus on what you want most. They mix the workouts up enough that you don't feel like you're doing the same thing but also have a chance to master the moves.
The stand out about Fitwall are the trainers. They call you by name, watch your form and offer corrections, always call out more/less challenging options for moves and keep you motivated all class.

My home workouts had gotten halfhearted and I needed somebody to push me for a while, so I signed up for a month-long challenge with Fitwall. The challenge requires you to lose 10 pounds in a month, but they admit that that’s difficult to achieve, particularly for women’s bodies. And they were right. I didn’t lose 10 pounds. I LOST TWELVE. And I genuinely enjoyed the entire month. The facilities are clean and cool, the coaches are friendly and attentive, and the workouts are always varied and intense. For those 40 minutes, you’re going hard, but the music and guidance from the coach and the TV screens keep you going. They offer constant modifications if you want to avoid high-impact moves or if you’re struggling, and it genuinely felt like a judgement-free zone. Zero body-shaming. And with the constantly changing routines and different daily emphasis through the week (strength, cardio, flexibility), you can do Fitwall for years and still be constantly honing your body without getting bored.

I love this place! I started working out at Fitwall 4 weeks ago and it's been a great experience. Every single couch is genuinely interested in your progress and want you to succeed at whatever goal you have set for yourself. I really like that your workout is personalized when you strap a monitor to your chest area and it tracks your progress. All of the trainers motivate, inspire, and encourage members like no other gym I have ever experienced! A little over a month ago I was eating poorly and not exercising consistently at all. Something popped up regarding a month-long fat loss challenge at Fitwall, and I decided to jump at the opportunity. With the program I received an easy-to-follow meal plan, exercise plan (minimum of three Fitwall classes per week), support of an online group, and constant support from the trainers, I was able to stay on track and I was able to lose 15 pounds, the right way, and inches off my stomach, arms, hips, and thighs. After my workout, (which by the way are only 40 minutes and get the job done!) I always feel refreshed, like all of the muscles in my whole body were targeted and in such a short time. The workout doesn't leave me super sore but I can definitely feel it in my muscles the days following.
The staff is very motivating, friendly, accommodating and professional, the space is beautiful and very clean. I will recommend this workout and specific location to anyone who is looking to be challenged.
Unfortunately I have suffered from numerous injuries in my life and these workouts started to take a toll on some of the injuries I have been working to correct. If you struggle with any sort of injury at all I recommend trying the class for a week before signing a contract. These workouts require a lot of pushing, pulling and jumping which can be harsh on injured ankles and shoulders (which are my main issues in my everyday life).

Fitwall has great, quick workouts that easily fit into a daily routine! I took four classes here and felt like I got a good workout in just 40 minutes. I would recommend it! The gym is clean and well-organized, with tons of different workout apparatuses at each station (that's why you have to sign up in advance for classes). The instructor leads you through a warmup and then workout that is all timed and pre-planned so you can follow along on TV screens.
My favorite parts:
- short but effective classes that get you sweating
- movements that you can make as hard as you want for your own fitness level
- easy, free parking
- fun music and energetic instructors to keep you motivated
My least favorite parts:
- classes were all pre-planned and pre-structured, so instructors could not make any changes of their own
- TV screens everywhere (that's a personal preference)
- Instructors rarely corrected your form, though there are mirrors everywhere to help see what you're doing.

I'm a former athlete in my 30's and have never been so sore, even better the 40 minute sessions are fun and always changing. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to complete the challenge as I'm not a big guy but I was able to lose the weight and inch requirements with going only 3 days a week and sticking to the meal plan.

I saw the Instagram ad and was referred my colleague about the 30 day challenge. Getting married in 3 months this is exactly what I needed! I worked out 17/30 days and followed the VERY easy meal “plan” (more like food knowledge of eat this much of this, don’t eat that) about 75% of the time. 30 days later I’m down 6 lbs and 1 inch! I’ve never lost 6 lbs in 30 days or worked out that much in a long time. I didn’t meet the 10 lbs or 3 inch goal to “win” the challenge, but I did win because I feel great, I’m stronger, I know I’ve gained muscle, toned up, and found a group workout class I actually want to go to. 40 minutes is the perfect amount of time because you are working hard the whole time. If anything is difficult it’ll be over in 30-60 seconds, so it’s more manageable to push through! I’d highly recommend doing the challenge. The coaches are great, you’re held accountable through Facebook posts, text check ins from the coaches, minimum 3 workouts a week, and if you cancel within 24 hrs there’s a $10 charge. Workouts change every day and every 3 weeks there’s a new block of workouts. I love this place and can’t wait to continue my workouts at the new Wash Park location!

Working out can be intimidating but FitWall makes exercise easy and fun. The coaches give great demonstrations and provide modifications any time you feel pain or discomfort while exercising. If you’re ever lost on what exercise to do or what’s coming up next, it’s easy to follow along with the iPad attached to the top of your wall.
I initially joined FitWall for the weight loss challenge. After losing 6 inches off my waist, continuing classes is a no brainer. I highly recommend FitWall to anyone who is looking for an extra push to get back to the gym.

Very different way to pack it all in in 40 minutes and feel great about it when you are done. I love it! The variety keeps you on your toes and the heart rate monitor assures that I don't slack. Hours are convenient, the parking is great. The coaches are engaging and fun. I am a busy person (who isn't?) and Fitwall, as crass as it sounds, lets me check my fitness goal off each day with out taking a big bite out of my day.

I joined 30 days fat loss challenge after I saw their ad at facebook. Before, I didn't go to gym for a long time. When I saw this ad, I thought it was a good birthday gift for myself this year, so I signed up without hesitation.
Before the start date, I took a before picture and the body test. My weight is low but my body fat is around 24%, which I want to lose at least %3.5. And Head couch Clifton Harski had an orientation on facebook, he explained the challenge, about what to do and the meal plan to follow, Q&A, which is quite useful!
Then I started my training. I went there around 4-5 times a week. They have a variety of sets for each day with fun music. The ratio of strength,cardio and flexibility is different. And the coaches there are awesome! Most of the classes I took were from Lindsay, Amy. They will correct my posture right away to make sure I am doing good. And I really love the atmosphere there! Everyone is so energetic and supportive!
After 2 weeks, there was a middle check. I lost around %3 body fat and 5lbs already!
This challenge is just the beginning. I will keep up with the training in the future!

Fitwall is a really great, effective, targeted workout. I love that it’s usually about 40-50min long, and I can pair it throughout the week with more cardio intensive workouts. If I could give more than 5 stars to Fitwall I would! I started the 30 day fat loss challenge with my mom and I didn't have high hopes honestly. I was worried I might not get my money back at the end of it because I thought it would be impossible for me to lose 10 pounds. Not because I didn't have the weight to lose but because I am a generally healthy eater anyways and I work out 5-6 times a week and had not been able to lose much weight for the past 6 months on my own. But my mom really wanted to jump start her weight loss journey and I wanted to support her so I joined. I was worried the challenge would feel scam-y so that they could keep your money no matter what. I was so wrong. From the very first day, you are supported by every member of the Fitwall team. You join a private FB group full of others on their 30 day fat loss journey, you get access to nutrition plans and recipes to make the journey as easy as possible, and you can ask questions whenever you need in person at the studio or text them to a Fitwall team member whenever they come up. My mom and I followed the meal plan very closely- shopping, menu planning and meal prepping together on Sundays. This made sticking to the nutrition plan easy as we had everything made or planned out so we didn't have to think about it each day. The lunches and dinners were easy to prepare and actually quite delicious. I am going to continue to follow the meal plan so I can keep on my fat loss journey. I lost 14 pounds in my 30 days and I feel great! Before, I was just always bloated no matter how much water I drank and this challenge helped me see that it didn't have to be like that. I never lost energy, I easily kept up my workout schedule and didn't feel the need to constantly snack or eat sugar. I cannot recommend Fitwall or the 30 day challenge enough! If you need a kickstart to fat loss ask Fitwall how to join a fat loss challenge! You can do it!

Did the 30 day challenge. Lost 11.5 lbs and a combined 4.5 inches in a month. The workouts are no joke, the dietary restrictions can be tough, but it definitely works! The coaches are great and keep you motivated even when you want to quit. I highly recommend giving fitwall a try!

I did their 4 week fitness challenge program and was super impressed! The workouts are great, I like how each day has a theme- toning, cardio, etc. Their nutrition knowledge is impressive. They gave us a meal plan that explained what each meal should contain, and then what categories each food fell into. Also documents that had recipe ideas etc. They did live video chats about current challenges which was great too. I lost 5 inches and couldnt believe it. Yay thank you for teaching me how to eat properly in my 30s! :)

I honestly can’t even express how much I love this place. I come from a fitness and rehab background and am super picky when it comes to HIIT style gyms and was blown away by Fitwall. The programming is so well rounded and thought through and it shows and is felt.
I am willing to bet no one ever gets injuries here but even on the other end finds their body feeling recovered from injuries they may have accumulated over years at other places.
Truly for people who want to get a great workout and stay healthy and safe while doing it.

I completed the 30 day challenge and really glad I did it! Although workouts were challenging and there was definitely a learning curve to feeling successful, it was a great way to get into shape and try a new workout routine. Luckily, I lost the weight/inches necessary for the challenge, but I wish there had been a half-way check-in to track my progress and see if I was doing everything correctly.

There's no better way to begin my day. A 40 minute workout that combines cardio, strength and flexibility. Before you know it, you're done and ready to take on the rest of your day! Training on the wall has really increased my upper body strength which has always been one of my weaker areas. The coaches are knowledgable, engaging and always take an interest in each student. Megan, the franchise owner, is a sweetheart. I love being greeted by my first name every time I walk in the door. The formats change each day of the week with all new exercises changing monthly. It gives me enough time to perfect the moves just before changing it up to keep my body guessing. This is a unique and wonderful addition to the Denver fitness scene, not to mention a great, close location for central and NW Denver residents!

I cannot say enough good about Fitwall. Fitwall is a really fun and engaging workout. There are two things that set Fitwall apart in my mind: lower impact workouts on "The Wall" and the "Train Smarter" philosphy.
I love working out on the wall, which is simply described as being like a stable ladder built specifically for these workouts. There's just something more fun about doing burpees when it involves jumping onto something.
I have never felt like it was too easy since there are always ways to make your workouts harder. Monday/Tuesday is strength-focused, Wednesday/Thursday is HIIT-focused, Friday/Saturday is cardio-focused, and Sunday is different every month. The workouts all focus on strength, flexibility, and cardio though.
The people who workout at Fitwall are all nice and non-judgmental. It is a very safe place to workout. All of the coaches are incredible too. They've all played a role in my pursuits of better health. I definitely recommend that if you're curious about the wall or Fitwall that you come in and try it.

I dropped into Fitwall to inquire about their 30-day challenge, as I was looking for someone to hold me accountable, as well as wanting to begin new healthy habits.
I am not a big fan of group exercise, but i fell in love with Fitwall on the very first day.
I imagine I was hooked even before my first class, as the owner, Megan, is kind and welcoming and the ladies who greet you at the front desk - Melay and Amrita - made me feel at home, instantly.

So upbeat, inspiring, and challenging.
I Love a good challenge and these coaches pushed (and still push) me in such a beautiful way.
The whole team also supports you along the way, with texts of encouragement and really... just to celebrate YOU for taking on such a feat while letting you know they’re there if you need them.
The nutrition plans are really helpful, as well, so if you do what is required, the RESULTS will be your gift.
I also gained some lessons in discipline, so this challenge didn’t just provide positive changes for the 30 days, but have helped me to make new positive changes for life!
And then.... there are the cold towels after the workout.

Really bummed because I was SO pumped about this place! I clicked on and responded to one of their fun ads on Facebook which markets the 30 day trial as “Free”, and so explicitly says “so what’s the catch? There is none! Come in and work hard...” That’s false. The catch is that there is a $200 deposit you have to put down to do the challenge, but because it’s “refundable/you can roll it over”, that’s how they justify advertising it as free. The gym is really pretty, their follow up system is great and the girl who did intake for me and a couple others was super friendly. However, if I had $200 to put down, I wouldn’t be drawn in so quickly to something marketed as totally free. Two other women also couldn’t participate because they thought the ad they saw was truthful. Those of us who don’t have much still really want to start the path to bettering ourselves, please consider either actually offering a FREE challenge, or change your marketing so it’s no longer dishonest.

I signed up for the 30 day challenge at fitwall after seeing an add on Instagram, and 6 months later I can honestly say it’s changed my life/relationship with working out - I love it there and how much my body has changed. It’s the strongest I have ever felt/been in my life. The best part is that the coaches truly become your friends - which is great, especially for the days you need that extra motivation.

SIgned up as part of a Facebook advertised 30 day fat loss challenge. Totally different than any other workout I’ve done. You’d have to check out YouTube videos to see what it’s about because when I tell people you workout on a wall or a ladder they look at me funny lol my results...I started 256.2 lbs at 6-1”...dropped 8.4lbs of fat, added 2 lbs of muscle while losing 10.5” (that’s tape measured from bicep, quad, stomach & chest) I Followed their diet plan 90% of the time.
The instructors were awesome with their energy. Loved their playlists too. You’ll feel like you’re gonna die, but you won’t and you’ll come back the next day ;)
The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because, they preach that it isn’t about what your scale is showing because you’re obviously adding muscle while losing all of that fat. BUT they don’t have a way to monitor that. I believe you need to see your body fat mass, etc. I had to go to a local vitamin shop to get that analysis done (before and after the challenge) on their inbody scale.
The bottom line is...it works. I recommend giving it a shot.

I have nothing but good things to say about Fitwall! The 40 minute workouts are very effective for whole body toning and muscle build. I completed the 30 day fat loss challenge--including the easy-to-follow meal plan (with great recipes!) and supplemented with a bit of my own cardio outside of the classes. Down 13.2 lbs and 10 inches in 30 days--it truly works and is sustainable beyond the 30 days if you are committed to it!
The coaches make it a priority to know your name and are friendly and full of energy at 6 am--that does not go unnoticed and is very appreciated. It is evident that a lot of time and thought is put into the workout planning to make sure they are producing results. Would recommend all around!
