I absolutely love this studio! The instructors are incredible (shoutout to Megan, the GM :)) and really make you feel like you belong, but also deliver a great workout. I cant say enough about the instructors—the quality of the classes they provide is why, when i moved here and had a choice of barre studios, i chose PB. It’s a great place for me to leave the world behind for 50 minutes. Plus it’s just FUN! Being surrounded by other women, listening to pop music (that’s pretty clean!), and having events like themed classes and pop-ups. Gosh, this is all getting me excited about my class tonight :)

Awesome community of people here. Love the variety of classes offered here and the inclusivity of both the members and the staff. Always some kind of membership or store merch deal going, and I love their seasonal challenges where you can compete against others and yourself for prizes. So glad I found this community of fabulous people.

I have been attending Pure Barre classes in Columbia, SC since 2017 and I absolutely love the technique! I love that there are multiple class formats so that you don't get bored and your muscles are always challenged. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, it's a family of people who share the interest of encouraging and empowering you to be the best you can be. I always leave class with positive energy and feeling great! The classes are hard, but what you receive physically and mentally make it all worth it!

I can’t say enough good things about the Pure Barre Columbia family! I started taking classes a month ago and was absolutely terrified. I could not have been more wrong. I walked out of my first class completely addicted. It was challenging, but it was even more empowering. The staff is so uplifting and encouraging, as well as all the members. This truly is a family of like minded individuals who show up for themselves every day. This is the first time in my life I have ever looked forward to working out! There are 3 different class types that are all easy on my joints and give each one of my muscles a killer work out (even muscles I didn’t know I had!). But even if you just stick with one class style, the class flow is different each time and you can be sure you will still get a great workout in. I’m so grateful I found Pure Barre and gave it a shot!

I've taken barre classes before, but Pure Barre goes above and beyond expectations. The studio is beautiful (reminds me of a boutique) and the instructors are knowledgeable, communicate the work out clearly, remember our names and correct form & technique. I feel muscles working I didn't know I had! The classes are expensive, but it's justified by the high-quality, effectiveness and overall positive experience.

I took my first Pure Barre class back in March and LOVED it. However, I didn't feel like I could commit to a package due to my busy schedule. And boy was that a mistake! I recently decided to try it again and bought the $99 Intro package which includes unlimited classes for a month and it as been the BEST decision yet! I'm on week two and I'm addicted to the workouts! I've already started thinking about what package I plan on purchasing next. The staff has been incredibly welcoming towards me and I feel as if I'm apart of a team every time I show up for class. The workouts are difficult and I have to modify some of the moves, but the instructor does a great job of walking around the room and demonstrating how to properly execute each move. All I can say is, DON'T WAIT. I have already noticed a difference in my energy level on a day-to-day basis and I've started craving healthier food options as well. Pure Barre is a must if you're even considering it! And don't let the first class scare you because you will get stronger ;)

Pure Barre is such an asset to the Columbia fitness community. The studio and team are so warm and inviting, whether it’s your first class or 500th. I love that the teachers are focused on providing instruction, gentle encouragement and proper form - which is essential to executing the small and intense isometric movements (not to mention they all have extremely soothing voices on the microphone). Pure Barre is a consistently challenging and mindful workout and I love that I feel stronger, less stressed and my energy level increases after every class. I am so grateful for Addie and her amazing team! When you choose Pure Barre, you are supporting not only a locally owned and operated business, but a group of women who are actively making a difference in our community inside the studio and out in the world.

I have been taking Pure Barre for more than two years and continue to love it. Each class is difficult and different. Despite its difficulty, it is a low impact workout perfect for all ages and all fitness levels. This morning, I took Meg’s 75-minute lower-body intensive and was challenged in tremendous ways. The most effective workout in town. I can't imagine not doing Pure Barre. It has become a part of my life and has made me stronger and healthier than ever. It is an investment but the results speak for themselves. You get what you pay for! The studio is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

I started Pure Barre 4 weeks ago and I love it! I’ve struggled to find a workout that consistently keeps me motivated and excited to go, but this is it! I can feel myself getting stronger and more toned with every class and have definitely felt and seen a difference in how my clothes fit. The moves can be intimidating for first timers, but the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help all skill levels. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They were determined to take care of a slightly complicated billing situation for me and insisted I not wait around while they figured it out. They followed up with an email about an hour later and had it resolved. Won’t be going any where else to lift, tone and burn any time soon!

My favorite barre workout by far. Pure Barre COLA has a great community feel and the owner and instructors are all supportive and knowledgeable. I’ve been doing PB for five years now and it’s still challleging during every class. You won’t be disappointed!

On my first class, one of the owners (Addie) was the instructor. She took the extra time before to explain the flow of class and the lingo. Pure Barre is always changing and it's always a challenge. Whereas going to the gym or running can get monotonous, Pure Barre never is. I'm addicted!
