Best workout place ever. I meet some wonderful people here. Tristin is the best. If I still lived in Cheyenne I would still be attending the 5:30 am classes. Price is just right for unlimited monthly classes.

Update December 2022: HIIT 30 continues to be the top gym in Cheyenne for a reason: the trainers truly care about all of their athletes. This gym is for every body at any fitness level. On top of the amazing trainers, the camaraderie of all its members truly make HIIT 30 a gem. Original review: I have never liked a gym, let alone loved a gym, before coming here. This gym is more than a gym, it's a supportive fitness family. The workouts are always different and fast-paced, The staff is knowledgeable and supportive and this gym is truly for people at any fitness level. They also offer nutrition support and InBody scans (body composition). I've been coming to this gym for 4.5 years and have never stuck with a gym before this. It's truly a welcoming place where you can come and get your workout in for the day, but also get support and help with any of your fitness goals.

The best gym environment in town. When you find a workout that you never want to miss, you’ve found the right one. Trainers that are knowledgeable and not afraid to push you hard, a no judgement environment and a good heart pumping workout everyday. As an added bonus, supporting a completely local, small business that gives back to the community makes me certain this is the best gym around. Everyone there (owners, trainers, and clients) cares about each other making it a very positive environment to focus on being the best version of yourself.

HIIT 30 has been great, been going there about 1.5 years and its been fun & challenging. I typically go to one of the early morning classes, which fit nicely into my schedule. The trainers are as involved as you want, always available for advice (training, nutrition, goals), even sometimes after-hours, but they're hands-off coaches if you don't need anything extra. We've also made good friends here, its an uplifting community & its done good things for us. If you're thinking about getting started, this place is worth the time & money!

I gave this gym a chance and I am so glad I did! I’ve never been one who like working out, but this gym has me actually excited to go every day. The staff, trainers, and the rest of the clients are so welcoming. The classes are challenging, fun, and always different! Since the classes are only 30 minutes, it’s easy to fit into most any schedule!

BEST Gym. BEST trainers. BEST clients. BEST place to be! I am very self conscious, especially about my physical abilities. I hadn’t really worked out before and hadn’t stepped foot into a gym in over 7 years when I started at HIIT 30. The encouragement from and to everyone who walks in those doors is amazing. Also amazing is their envolvement/outreach and support to the community as well as other small businesses. The atmosphere is comforting and inviting. The routines are ever changing/never boring and you will always get a quality workout. The trainers are caring, knowledgeable, keep you accountable, make the experience fun and entertaining, rarely a dull moment. Because this place is THE BEST, after not working out -ever really- and not stepping foot into a gym in 7 years... I have now been a member nearly 1 1/2 years. Fantastic place! Passionate and experienced trainers lead you through 30 minutes of varied cardio and strength training routines. I have been able to increase my flexibility, reduce my stress levels, and enjoy working out with the most amazing peeps. Working out 4-5 days with HIIT 30 has improved my running and I have lost inches everywhere. This is a great workout facility for all ages- even if you are over 60!

HIIT30 is the gym to be at in Cheyenne, WY. The ladies that run this place are absolutely amazing. They care about the client and work extra hard to make sure that everyone is being helped and pushed into better human beings. I have attended HIIT30 now for a year and a half and have NEVER had the same routine twice... they love their people and it’s like my home away from homes for my wife and I!!! I would recommend this gym above all else in Cheyenne!!!

H.I.I.T. 30 is unlike any other gym! Actually it isn’t a gym, it’s a family! When I started, I was worried about how I would feel working out next to everyone else who was “fit.” I couldn’t even sit up with my legs out in front of me without having to support myself, let alone do a sit up! So when I started, and found out it was okay to modify and that little milestones, like sitting up without support, were celebrated, I knew I was in the right place! Everyone is at their own place in their fitness journey and everyone truly supports each other! The workouts are one of a kind and I never get bored! More importantly, the trainers aren’t there to just train a class and go home, they know everyone by name and get to know you on a personal level. They are amazing and really, truly care about each and every client! Through the nutrition meetings, I have learned so much! It is also great accountability for me and I believe it truly is the key to my success! The trainers have helped me through so much since I started with them 2 years ago. They don’t just care that I show up to classes, but care about how things are going in my life outside of the gym as they know it all plays a part in my health, fitness and impacts my goals! Speaking of goals, they don’t let you forget yours! They know you may stumble but are there to help you get back on track! I honestly don’t know what my life would be like without this place and without these amazing trainers! I am not a member of this gym. I went to use the InBody scale. It was fast, easy, and no fuss. They didn’t try to pressure me to join the gym or anything…the front desk clerk didn’t appear to know how to translate the report, but she did tell me the InBody website might be able to help. All in all, I got what I needed and that makes me happy.

This is my happy place! I’ve been here since they opened their doors and we had the first class on cold concrete. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I love the trainers, they are so motivating and helpful. The classes are never boring and never the same. And the clients are the best! I can't say enough good things about HIIT30's workouts or the trainers. You will work, the trainers are committed to both your enjoyement and your success, and each class is like entering a family. In all honesty it's not just a gym for a workout it's a social commitment that helps lay a foundation towards your personal commitment and before you know it, you get more anxious by not going. Being a physical therapist for nearly 2 decades, I am always looking for the best match to keep people healthy and strong and this is it. Unlike other fitness gyms, you can't default to what you're comfortable doing and then wonder why you don't see the results, here you will get to that uncomfortable state and feel good about it. The trainers are personally committed to each client's success in the gym and make sure you know it and keep the workout in the slight uncomfortable zone and above all keep you accountable to reaching this slight uncomfortable zone. You can somewhat say HIIT 30 is like the drive thru of workouts in a good way, its fast, efficient, effective and the trainers keep you wanting more.

All I can say is wow!!! This place is amazing. No judgment, come as you are, high intense workout. The personal trainer Jack Hayes is beyond incredible. He takes the time to make sure everyone is on the same page with all the workouts. He has a lot of energy and motivates you to give it everything you have. It may only be 30 minutes, but that's all you need with this program.

First of all this place makes you feel like family. The trainers are all unique but push you to do your best and keep you motivated. They help with holding you accountable and also with diet education. They don't give up on you. It is 30 minutes of your day and you get in a brutal workout.
