I love CrossFit Cheyenne! The coaches are the best! They are supportive and knowledgable. They encourage you to do your best but also meet you where you are and scale the workouts according to your abilities. The community is friendly and inclusive. When I was new to the gym, the 9:30am class made me feel so welcome and included. Those girls have become some of my best friends. The gym itself is clean and organized. It's easy to find the equipment you need and I have seen how well everything gets cleaned and sanitized. The workouts are challenging, well planned and simple to scale to your ability. My husband, myself, and our 11 year old all attend classes here and we love it! Christi has built an amazing place to get together and get fit.

I’ve been here for about a year and a half and joining CrossFit Cheyenne was the best decision I have ever made. The coaches here are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and easily approachable when needed advice on workouts and movements. There are a lot of different time slots to join in throughout the day so it makes fitting it into your daily routine easy. Made some great friends/workout buddies here and I look forward to coming here each day after work. If you want a great workout and improvement in your health both physically and mentally, this is the place! Wouldn’t pick a better place than this!

We joined CFC a year and a half ago when we were tired of the same routine at our regular gym. It had been about a decade since I had done anything CrossFit related so I was nervous about my ability to keep up. Christi and her team are SO skilled at ensuring that all members have exactly what they need to get in a great workout regardless of ability level. The community of members are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure visitors feel welcomed. I cannot recommend CFC enough😊

When I decided to get back to the gym after having my babies, my friend introduced me to this spot. I had never done CrossFit before, but CFC was so welcoming! Christi and all the coaches are skilled and knowledgeable about their craft (especially when I need all the scaling!) Their programming is awesome and the people are even better! I'm so glad I made the jump, 10/10 would recommend!

I have been a member of CrossFit Cheyenne for two months now. I am very impressed with the quality of the daily workouts and the quality of the trainers at CrossFit Cheyenne. I have certain age and health related limitations, but that makes no difference to the trainers or classmates... The trainers just modify the workout for me to what I can handle. I knew something was different about this place when I was the very last guy around the corner from an outdoor run. I think it was my second or third workout. I was huffing and puffing and really hurting...BUT, everyone was outside in front of the gym cheering me on!.. How can you give up when that happens??

Highly recommend. The coaches are super helpful and knowledgeable. I bought the package of 3 private foundation classes even though I had some experience with crossfit. It was a game changer. The one on one time to refine proper technique and get those helpful 'pro tips' was so worth it. Everyone is super friendly. I also think it's worth mentioning that the gym and equipment are incredibly clean and they have really nice bathrooms.

The best Crossfit gym in town hands down. The community is friendly and welcoming, the trainers are amazing and are constantly taking classes to stay on top of their certifications to always be at their best for their athletes. The programming is exciting and challenging everyday and compliments all levels of fitness. I love everything about this box!

I have been crossfitting for 8 years. This is my fourth Crossfit gym. What makes this gym so special to me is the staff. They genuinely care and are there to help you achieve your fitness goals. I seldom hear or see injuries here, and I feel like that that is due to the staff constantly helping students with their form, and also suggesting movements that will prevent injury. The gym is always clean and staffed, great variety of equipment and the coaches are fantastic. Special thanks to Christi, Markum, Aimee, Shane, Alyssa, and the other staff. You guys rock!

6 out of 5 stars & 3 thumbs up. Not enough good things to say about CFC. Hands down the people here are what make it. There is no intimidation factor when you join this gym. Top notch trainers that encourage, scale, and lead you the whole way; from warm up, through the work out, and into the post work. The gym space is clean and tidy.

CrossFit cheyenne is a great place for longevity in CrossFit and community. The coaches demonstrate every movement no longer how much experience you have, and there is no judgement from anyone in regards to scaling. Coming from another gym where every day was PR day, and you had to work through the pain, this gym has been a blessing and I no longer suffer from Injuries. I’m happy to call this place home!

I have enjoyed my time here at CFC. Good coaches, good programming. The 5, 11 and 12 classes are the only ones I have gone to and enjoyed it. My wife has gone to the evening and afternoon classes which she has also enjoyed. Newbies should check for best time to come in. Also if you are thinking about, just do it. Just come in, you wont regret it.

I was making a cross country move and Cheyenne was one of my stops. Chose this box because they had a very convenient open-gym time and it was more than enough time I needed to workout. Not to mention they had a VERY fair drop in fee compared to the other boxes in town, so it was an almost a no brainer since I was going to drop in twice on my way in and out. Christi wasn’t able to be there when I dropped in but she made sure I was taken care of by her coaches (thanks Shayne, Amy and Bailey!!!!) and getting in touch with her was easy which I really appreciated. She has a top notch facility with equipment to match! Definitely a box I bookmarked if I ever make my way back through or get stationed in Cheyenne! Thank you again so much!

I've been coming to this facility for the past 3 weeks and I have to say I'm very impressed with it and the coaches abilities. I've tried the other crossfit gym in town and their coaching was very poor in comparison to these people. Very friendly coaches!
