I have been working with Roxanne to lose weight and improve my overall health. She has so much knowledge to share and is great at pinpointing each person's individual needs to help us reach our goals! The weight loss program includes nutrition, workouts and movement, better sleep habits, meditation and gratitude and more. I have seen more progress working with Roxanne than with other weight loss programs. It helps to have a combination of group and individual meetings to really hone in on what I need to be working on. It's great that the program teaches healthy habits you can sustain long-term. I'm so happy with how far I've come and can't wait to see where this journey takes me. What Roxanne and the Cheyenne Weight Loss Clinic has done for me has been great! I went into only focusing on weight loss and was so happy that I had great strides in my physical health but also in my mental health. This clinic isn't some fast fix, it really is focusing on a life style change, which is exactly what I needed.
Roxanne was very uplifting, but also held me accountable which ultimately is what I really needed. I highly recommend if looking to change your lifestyle change.

Roxanne at Cheyenne Weight Loss is amazing!!! I have been on a health/wellness journey for the last few years but needed that extra support, so I reached out to Roxanne and I was so happy I did! We set attainable goals, really concentrated on creating healthy lifestyle changes. I struggle with consistency and she's really helped me with finding out possible reasons why and super supportive. I participated in her 12 week program and lost around 15lbs some body fat and worked on keeping my muscle up. Overall I am down about 20lbs total and keeping it off for good! Definitely going to keep working with Roxanne!!

I did the un-dirty in 30 program, and this program is AWESOME! It gives you a clear understanding of why you are eating what you are eating, and what it does for your body. It helps you understand the affect clean food has on your body as fuel, and doesn't approach primal eating as a "diet" but as a lifestyle change. This program gives you fun and easy recipes to try (primal pizza bites!), and realistic challenges like "go for a walk today," or "read a book instead of watching tv tonight". This program is a series of daily challenges that are achievable and rewarding. Also, Roxanne is AMAZING. She is always available to answer questions, and she is very supportive and inspired me to stay on track. Cheyenne Weight Loss is a great way to meet your health and wellness goals.

I have had the opportunity to work with Cheyenne Weight Loss and have never been happier! I started because I had terrible pains going up and down stairs due to rapid weight gain and previous injuries. I worked with Cheyenne Weight Loss and was surprised at what was happening inside my body beside the outer weight gain. The education portion is sincerely most valuable, as I've learned not just what to include or avoid, but how food affects our bodies and can create positive or harmful reactions. This is top-notch, and you don't get this education elsewhere. The accountability has also been huge- I don't want to let the team down because they're invested in me just as much as I am! In about 11 weeks I dropped my cholesterol about 60 points, dropped my triglycerides over 50 points and lost 20 pounds. I also lost 10% of my body fat, and greatly improved my visceral fat. It was great! Not only that, I also learned a lot about the kinds of foods to eat to stay healthy. This plan is great for eating at home and very easy when eating out. Wonderful program! Every diet I tried in the past seemed to end with me heavier than before so I just quit trying to diet. This seemed different.. more of a life style change...so I tried it. And it is working for me. I am down 30+ lb so far and have more energy. I travel a lot so I made some adjustments like traveling with healthy snacks . Over the holidays I slowed my weight lose but I am still shedding the weight and feeling great energy. The focus is on body composition ,not just the scale. I am losing %body fat and building up %muscle. Also there are great on- line resources for new ideas for meals and for sharing ideas.
