Excellent gym with free weights, racks, kettlebells, and sleds for high intensity workouts that will utterly gas you, regardless of your fitness level. Josh (owner and trainer) is high energy and positive attitude all the time. He knows his stuff, is accommodating, and a lot of fun to be around and work out with! If you're looking for a gym with 24 hour access, great equipment, and awesome training, look no further.

Josh is THE MAN… such a welcoming guy and excited to help get ya fit. Whether you’re an athlete or just getting into fitness Josh will start with you at any level and help you reach your best self. P.S. the place is super clean, it’s nice to feel sanitary while you’re getting after it. 5 stars.
