My first session at Vasta was amazing. I had two therapists who clearly detailed what we would be working on to counter issues stemming from some lower back problems. Includes various stretching exercises done daily at home. Better part of a month in and I look forward to every session, at the facility or when stretching at home. No prescriptions involved a big plus as well.

Very thorough diagnosis of the root cause of a hip pain brought on from my golf swing. Both hands-on treatment and recommended exercises and stretching program led to reduced discomfort. I wanted to wait until I was swinging a club again, but have done so now repeatedly without discomfort. That was the goal. Only reason for no 5th star was that I was referred to VASTA due to a golf swing therapist that I was counting on had moved on without my awareness. That said, Alex was great to work with, and the last strengthening exercise with a band twisted from the shoulder around the body to a weight stack really seems to have hit the nail on the head with my ability to swing without pain.

I’m super impressed with Vasta. They have treated both of my children and have gone above and beyond to get them where they need to be. My teens both felt very comfortable and supported throughout the process. The front desk staff are also awesome. They work with you on payment schedules and everything feels organized and transparent. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We’ve also felt very safe coming during the pandemic. I highly recommend this business.

I have been a client of VASTA for both personal training and physical therapy for many years. They now have massage therapy available. I have visited numerous spas for massages over the years. The massage therapist at VASTA, Kristin “Ginger” Camp, CMT, is one of the best. She is extremely personable so you immediately feel comfortable with her. She is extremely knowledgeable so I can tell her where my pain points and/or discomfort areas are, and she will work them all out. I feel so much better after the massage. My discomfort is gone and I feel extremely relaxed. The massage room is comfortable and relaxing; locker rooms have showers available; and the appointment times are convenient. I owe my speedy recovery from ACL reconstruction surgery to VASTA! The therapists are incredibly talented and knowledgeable, working to make sure I understood the importance of every exercise as well as what I could do outside of the sessions to help rebuild strength and regain range of motion. The best part of VASTA is how the staff is willing to go the extra mile - from Meg helping schedule appointments months in advance, to sending my orthopedic surgeon notes on my recovery before I went in for a post-surgery follow-up visit. I can't recommend this place enough!

I've been to VASTA over the last few years for help with my arm, hips, and upper hamstrings and they've been great! I've had the pleasure to work with Matt, Ryan, and now Neil, and they are all very pleasant to be around and obviously very good at what they do. All three of my injuries were healed and now when I get hurt I go to them before I go see a doctor. I would see an MD if it were extremely serious, of course, but for the most part I find it's not worth the time it takes to get an appointment when they're just going to send you to PT anyways. And the folks at VASTA are very good at diagnosing the problem. But besides their obvious professionalism and skill at their jobs, going to PT is time consuming, and you spend a whole lot of time chatting with the person you work with - all of them are great and pleasant to spend time with. Also, the new location is very attractive: it's a nice, modern well-lit space to spend some time in. And, they have someone there called Megamazing who lives up to her name - How could you not go there?

VASTA made rehabbing my hamstring pull a real pleasure. I worked with Matthew and found him to be a kind, professional, and super supportive guy. He not only gave me useful exercises to mend the issue, he's given me a range of movements and exercises to insure my hammy issues don't come back. I quickly realized that I enjoyed going in to VASTA. It's a really pleasant place to spend time. All the staff seem to enjoy their work, and the clients are clearly vibing off all that good energy. Most importantly, Matthew put together a plan that fixed my body and has left it in a better place than it was before I had my tear. Long story short, I can't recommend VASTA enough.

These guys are great. After years of trying to fix a faulty shoulder with other providers, these guys came through with expertise and a fun casual atmosphere. My toddler has tagged along and everyone is great with him. The recovery wasn't easy, and it took time (6 months), which they informed me it would. I'm headed back for another sports related chronic ailment soon. It's worth the investment of time, money, and effort. Thanks VASTA team!

I came to Jeff t VASTA with an aggravated knee injury resulting from remaining active with no ACL. Jeff helped assess the source of my discomfort and developed a protocol for me to stretch and strengthen the connecting tissues and muscles in a way that had be back on the slopes in only a couple weeks with continued improvement day to day and with every visit. VASTA facilities are well designed, comfortable, clean, and complete. Their staff is courteous, professional, and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend VASAT for rehab, PT, or personal training.

The trainers have a down to earth quality while simultaneously exuding a level of professionalism that is rare in the personal training industry. James did a great job at my initial consultation making me feel comfortable and explaining clearly what Vasta could do for my overall physical health. By the time my initial consultation was finished I happily signed up for a 24 session package. I have been training with Oliver and have been extremely satisfied with his professionalism, overall demeanor and my results. Oliver has a high attention to detail that he exhibits when he tells me, "when you first started you could only do 'x' amount of reps and look at you now." Oliver's encouragement always comes across as genuine and this pushes me to work harder. After meeting with him 3x a week for the first month I expressed my concern about an upcoming 2 week vacation and backsliding on my progress. I asked him if he could help assemble a workout I could do on vacation and his response was commensurate with the professionalism I have come to expect at Vasta. Oliver took me through a 12 stage workout which he filmed each of the movements then emailed me an excel spreadsheet with the names of each movement, the reps, the weights/bands required and a video link for each movement. When I returned from the 2 week vacation I was down over 2 lbs. This was the first time I have ever lost weight on a vacation and it was a direct result of Oliver taking the time to assemble a workout plan. I have been extremely satisfied with my overall experience and plan on committing to another 24 sessions when my current agreement expires.

I had been to a PT on a knee issue, and had a relapse. After working with VASTA, I realized I did not have a relapse, but rather the first PT prescribed a quick 'fix' without a long term plan. Thus, as I started to ramp back up my exercise PT solution #1 failed. Enter VASTA. Quickly many of the words and prescriptions from PT #1 were debunked as well as some of the 'results.' After 14 weeks I was amazed and happy. Words like: you should build up to running... Huh? I haven't run for 30 years due to a prior injury. Yup, you're ready to start running again! As a result, I no longer wear the knee brace I thought was a 'rest of my life' part of my day: like underwear. I enjoy pain free days at least 5 days a week, and the other 2 are because I'm pushing the strength training. I have a plan that I can actually fit into my life - so I do it. Net, net. they were/are great. Very smart and methodical. Their plans are based in the sciences and their education.
