The trainers are so helpful, I see all kinds of fitness levels exercising and the trainers are so good with advanced to beginners. Exercise is a top priority in my life and where I choose to exercise is really important. Fortify Fitness has big windows with lots of natural light, yoga classes, great equipment and its very clean!!! I really enjoy the location of the gym, the Hula building is where its happening plus I can access the gym when its closed with my AP Pass. Jory Curran

I'm really enjoying working out at Fortify Fitness with the added bonus of having Lauren Miller as my trainer. She really works me hard but never outside my abilities and her attitude is firm but also fun and engaging and I always feel encouraged by her. It has been a long road towards fitness for me but I now feel like I am making real gains and am excited by my own progress. I am super grateful to have such a terrific trainer. Fortify is a beautiful space in a great setting with all the right equipment.

Working with her is great not only for her professionalism, but also her friendly and welcoming nature. If you are looking for a personal trainer that is kind, encouraging and knowledgeable then I would recommend Lauren hands down. If you have never worked with a personal trainer before either, she's great to start your health journey with.

Working with Lauren at Fortify Fitness is as challenging as it is fun. The space in the Hula building is clean, professional and friendly. Lauren pushes me hard and I find myself doing things I didn't think I was capable of....with a lot of laughter. I feel better in both mind and body after my workouts. It's an hour I look forward to every week, not just for the workout, but the comradery as well.

I have been working out with Peter for over 5 years. He pushes you to work hard within your limitations, he is very knowledgeable and can pin point potential muscle problems and recommends how to strengthen the area. His equipment is in excellent condition and is a lot of fun to train with.

I highly recommend Peter Milhouse and Fortify Fitness. I showed up at the gym overweight and out of shape with bad knees, no balance and not able to do a push-up. I could still stand to lose a few pounds but I’m in much better shape and I can do plenty of push-ups. Peter helped motivate me and keep me on track. Go see him!
