I’ve been following Shine for several years most likely unknowingly doing and or teaching their choreography in a competitor’s class (many years ago) I recently subscribed to them as I no longer teach as life is just too crazy . I’ve done 3 classes since subscribing to online classes and am so impressed . A lot of women that teach dance fitness talk about being inclusive , loving , encouraging and kind … but they are not and trust me I’ve been a part of the industry for many years . I feel Shine actually walks the walk .. they are everything they claim to be and you can feel it in their classes . Body positive , health minded, challenging and fun. I love the energy style and the music . I love that there are different level of abilities to follow. As of now I’m very high impact but imagine that will start to change soon . Love what you guys have done over the years and fully support your vision ❤️ Thank you for giving me a workout when I can’t get to gym or just need to dance . So appreciative!! Summer

Kendall is a super fun instructor as is the entire instructor crew at SHiNE Dance Fitness. I love it so much that I became certified as a SHiNE Dance Fitness instructor a little over a year ago.

I LOVE Shine Dance Fitness, and this is coming from someone who dances poorly and loathes cardio with an intense passion. I used to dread working out, but I genuinely look forward to SHINE because nothing has ever made me burn more calories or transformed my confidence and self esteem. The playlists are phenomenal, and the dances are so much fun and so easy to learn. Normally, I cringe at encouragements from workout instructors mid-workout, but Kendall and the other instructors are so genuine that they make the experience even more enjoyable. Hands down, SHINE is the best place to work out because you will leave feeling accomplished, confident, beautiful, and so shiny!

Absolutely love Shine Dance Fitness!! I stumbled apon a free workout on YouTube during quarantine and loved the routines! I subscribed to the website to get access to all of the routines. All of the classes are super fun, easy to do and I get a great work out. Love that I can dance away 500+ calories in an hour and it doesn't feel like it. I appreciate the body positive talk. I look forward to every workout!

I stumbled across shine during first lock down here in the UK and I instantly loved it! It made me feel so much happier each morning and renewed my love for dance and fitness, something that I have longed to get back into properly since having my two children. I never thought I would love dance fitness as much as I love Shine! It's a great workout, super easy to follow, and there are frequently new routines and workouts so I don't get bored. I love their online classes. There are so many workouts available and it's cheaper than a gym membership!

Shine Dance Fitness is awesome. I have worked out many many years doing many different classes. Zumba was my favorite until my gym introduced Shine Dance Fitness. Wow! All time favorite! I never know if we are working out or just dancing around with so many fun gym friends. Unfortunately we just moved to Florida and had to leave my awesome group of Shine Friends ( Greenville Michigan, Erin) but I haven't given up. I have now subscribed to online classes on YouTube 😊 i thought I was lost until I subscribed. Thank you for your updates, new routines and special 30 and 60 minute routines. I will always recommend a new friend to try it out. I guarantee even if u dont like dancing much before , you will definitely fall in love with this new workout and you won't wanna go a day without it 😉

Enjoying Shine classes offered at my gym! Middle-aged lady finally meets a cardio class that she likes! The instructors are always very encouraging, showing modifications as needed so you can participate at your fitness level. You do you and have fun!

I needed to get back in an exercise routine and been looking for something that is my jam. I did cross tanning for a year and it just was not working great for me. I was a dancer many moons ago, when I found Shine I was excited to do something that in the dancing realm and not the traditional aerobics routine. These classes are awesome and I love how it has positive message and empowers women. I do look forward to eventually being able to take classes in person when the pandemic if over.

Shine Dance Fitness... can I say FUN, FUN, FUN and great workout! Love the music and love the different opportunities you have with taking class in person or online and they have a You Tube channel too. I have tried several dance fitness programs and this one is amazing! The choreography is fresh and fun but doable for someone who is new to dance aerobics. I love the music and always feel like I have had a solid workout. I would highly recommend!!

What an incredible dance cardio and fitness company! I happened upon them during quarantine in NYC and now, I cannot live without Shine On Demand. It is an amazing work out but also an amazing emotional support. It is fun, silly and no pressure to perform professionally while also motivational to push yourself and work hard. Sound and video streaming quality are top notch. They cracked the code! I listen with headphones on my iPad or stream through my Apple TV. All SUPER easy. I cannot say enough great things after trying MANY virtual and in-person dance classes over the years. Highly recommend Kendall’s class on your first visit, but all the instructors have their own style and energy.

SDF is truly the most fun you can have working out by yourself to a pre-recorded workout from the convenience and safety of home… I discovered SDF on YouTube at the start of the quarantine in late March, and it has become part of my daily routine ever since…I quickly upgraded my online membership to access every available class in their multi year deep archives...best $$ ever spent on both physical and mental wellness... It would’ve been so easy to have just curled up on the couch and waited for normalcy to come back, instead SDF has me dancing like a kid again… Kendall, Mel, Kara, Cathy, Jillian And all the other instructors have created such a warm and welcoming environment that makes you feel like you’re part of their adorable Idaho based studio… They’re genuine, authentic, inspirational, and deliver “reality fitness” like nothing I’ve found before (the bloopers just make it more fun!)... You’ll even get to know some of the regulars as they bring their own sass and spunk to the classes. SDF’s mantra is “you do you”, and they just allow and encourage you to be the very best version of yourself regardless of previous dance experience, age, size, clumsiness, etc… and since the routines are set to all the latest pop hits, you’ll find yourself holding back from busting out moves walking the dog, waiting in checkout lines, and especially driving in the car! Nice new way to mortify your children! I’m adding Idaho to my travel bucket list once this whole Covid thing goes away, to meet them in person and thank them for keeping me sane during this truly upside-down, crazy year…My husband and my teenaged kids are even more grateful than myself!
