Staff is friendly, gym is nice, and equipment is great. Would be a lot better if it was cleaned though. Floors, locker rooms, and mirrors are usually always pretty filthy. Would be happy to change to 5 stars if they would clean the facility.

Getting back into working out. Mid morning has been a great time to do so while the gym is not over crowded. Staff os friendly, the place is clean & the machines are in good condition.

Love this gym! Super clean, friendly staff, plenty of exercise equipment to choose from and lots of room so you don't have to invade strangers bubbles while waiting your turn. Spacious locker rooms with clean bathrooms and showers. I have had a few different gym memberships with different companies and I would say hands down PF is my favorite by far.

Cleanest PF I’ve been to and I’ve likely been to more than 25. I am a truck driver so I get around. Was there from midnight-2am. I think the employees name is Mekiah. (spelling, sorry) that was working. Awesome guy and very helpful. This guy was cleaning nonstop, the entire time I was there. He probably worked harder than I did and I was lifting. Nice place, thanks!

Great clean and diverse gym! You get more for your buck here. I'm paying 10 dollars a month. I don't get the tanning bed or massage perks that's a little more a month. Also personal training is free with a membership. Great locker room. No pool. But I LOVE this gym.

Spread out. Multiple of every machine means you can get on a machine usually right away. The parking lot is well lit as well.

If I could give this planet fitness extra stars, I would. It’s very clean and everything works as it should. The showers have hot water and ample hooks for towels and a shower shelf for toiletries. The machines are well maintained and there is overall balance & thought into separation of spaces. Also, staff is friendly. Great job!

Thank you Billings Planet Fitness for being everything the Rapid City location is not! This place is huge, clean, well air conditioned and the staff were present and friendly. Locker rooms are big and showers were clean and hot! I was able to have a great workout with space to myself and then a great shower. Even the location is great, near other shopping. Amazing. 🙂

A great environment to get in shape. The only thing that's lacking is more water fountains. Black card prices are a bit steep. But the staff is friendly and polite.

Nice location, but they should make it accessible for truck drivers too, the sign says no trucks or trailers while there was plenty of space!

New to this gym. Great equipment, great staff, the only thing that is missing, that I miss, is a free 45 lb bar that you can load. All of the 45 lb bars are in racks, so you can do squats, lifts, presses and always be protected without a spotter, but there is no way to do a clean and jerk, etc. So, it all depends what you're looking for.

The hybrid tanning beds that include red light therapy are amazing, the machines are good quality and plentiful, the staff is always friendly, the whole place is clean and spacious, and you can't beat the price.

Definitely prefer West End to the Heights location. The staff always greets me even if I don't look too enthused to be there. Equipment is clean, enough space so you don't feel crowded too. I will add I have NOT once seen something out if the ordinary in the year I've been a member... kinda bummed!😅

The Black membership is the way to go because you can access the hydro massage beds and tanning beds. The staff are always pleasant and helpful if you have any questions or issues. The bathroom has lockers to secure your belongings. For less than $25 a month for the black membership it is worth it.

Really good place for what you pay. Even when the parking lot is packed there is plenty of room on anything you need inside. Staff seems helpful to everyone that had questions, always showing new people how to use stuff or what they should be starting on. If your unsure about a gym I'd definitely try this place. Eveything is new and stuff is clean. It's really cheap too...

I used to work out at asteroid fitness, things flew by. Moon fitness was too much exposer. Now planet fitness I just didn't want be an alien, but I would orbit more often.

My biggest complaint is the weekend hours. Closing at 7pm doesn't make sense, if anything the weekend should be 24hrs. That and at times there's not enough room to use the free weigh or the hi-lo stations. at $16 its the cheapest gym in Billings by $40. Just kinda wish they had more options.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because, and I don't know if it's COVID related, there was no trainer present and there would not be. I have several chronic pain ailments, so starting a workout needs to be very low-impact for me, a trained professional would be able to help me with this. Other than that, the place was clean, the attendants were cordial and welcoming. I will definitely be back to try the remaining services offered that I didn't get to try today.

The best thing about Planet Fitness is the price. At $22.99 per month for black card, it is the cheapest gym in Billings. The machines are good quality and if a machine breaks, it is usually fixed in a week or two. The hydro massage chairs/beds, tanning beds/booths, and massage chairs are a good perk especially after a grueling gym session. The locker rooms are also some of the best in Billings, because the showers are individual stalls rather than a big communal room and the locker rooms also have individual changing stalls, which is nice. Now, this gym has a lot of machines, both cardio and weight. It does have dumbbells and benches, but not a lot of them. The gym also does not offer locker rentals.
