Reviews of The Sheldon

The Sheldon is a long-established part of the Grant Center Arts District. Consisting of a small hall and an art museum, the Sheldon is a destination for many St. Louisans. The concert hall is preserved elegantly in time, and make sure you check out the stained glass windows! The art museum rosters exhibits from a variety of mediums, and since it's free, it's always worth checking out what's new!

Very nice venue. Not a bad seat on the house. Visit the art gallery or have a drink at the bar.

Great medium-sized venue. Paula Poundstone was well worth the somewhat tight seating.

Saw the Dean Christopher's Tribute to Dean Martin. It was great. I don't think you could have a bad seat in the theater. We went to the coffee concert where you have coffee and donuts before the show. It was a lot of fun. On leaving the 6 of us purchased tickets for a December coffee concert.

Acoustically wonderful. Gorgeous theater and lobby. Bathrooms are a bit out of the way. Didn't like that the bar wasn't open during the latter half of the show.
Cynthia Head
Nice place for a smaller venue. My major complaint is that the balcony has NO handrails and the steps are steep. It's an accident waiting to happen!
Annette Bridges
I always enjoy concerts at the Sheldon. There is never a bad seat. The Baylor Project was the perfect group for the venue.
