I saw Bruno Mars at this venue and I was very impressed with the venue and concert. Due to the expensive price of the tickets I purchased seats in the upper level, but still had an amazing view (there isn't a bad seat in this venue). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered a drink prior to the show and it was very expensive, but thanks to my bartender Jenn (from Buffalo, New York) my drink was strong enough to be 2 - 3 drinks, she made an excellent pour/cocktail. This is a great venue to see a concert I highly recommend it.

The Usher Experience was an awesome show! The venue was clean and the staff was friendly. They got us in and out quickly. There’s not a bad seat in the house. We were in the upper level and still had a good view. Also, I love the leg room between you and the seat in front of you. People can walk by without having to climb over you!

Phenomenal Usher live concert. Great sound. Awesome show. The DJ prior to the show was also amazing. He played really good music. Really got us into the mood before the show started. The security was very annoying. We sat in the front rows. The security did not allow us the freedom to dance in front of our seats. Even when Usher did not step off the stage requiring security assurances. The lady security was standing right by our seat, with arms up, as if we were a threat to the show. In fact there was never a danger from our dancing in front of our own seats and really brought down the mood. The security team are taking measures they don't need to that are really taking away from the experience. Other than that, it's a solid concert hall with good music, and Usher is a great show. Would love to see it a second time, but unfortunately would not like to pay high dollar for an invassive security team. See last picture for security reference.

Went to see The Who here last night. Nice concert hall. Well organized entry and exit process. Plenty stairs and escalators to get around. Comfortable seating, with leg room. Great views from any location Good acoustics. Strangely... Long lines at all men's bathrooms, but not the women's?

This is a great place to see a concert. We saw The Who for their last show of their tour. Great facility and great sound. You don't want to be in a hurry because it will take you some time to park and to get inside to your seats. It's very busy in that area with the T Mobile Arena just across the street. You might want to pay for parking on line before you get there. We parked at MGM parking lot P. Parking cost $25. It's very exciting going to events here.

Came back to Vegas just to see Usher's My Way Residency and had a fantastic time!! Very fun, energetic show with a much more intimate setting than his Caesar's Palace show. The acoustics were great and no seat was a bad seat. He definitely brought the A all the way to LV!! I'm so glad that I got to see a living legend in the flesh again!! Go, if you haven't!!! You won't be disappointed!!

I attended the Usher concert at Dolby Live this past Friday and let's just say it was money well spent! I have been a longtime fan of Usher! It was exciting to attend his concert and he did not disappoint! Every song took me back down memory lane and I nearly died when Usher came into the crowd! The intimate theater made it feel like an evening alone with Usher! The singing and stage performances were such a vibe! It was really worth every minute of being serenaded by one of R&B's Legends!

Bruno Mars live performance was awesome. We were sitting up front and very close to the stage...about 7 or 8 rows in. Wow wow wow! Beautiful experience. Best live concert that I've ever attended. He sings and sounds just as good and even better than the record on the radio. Loved it 🎷🎵. The band was awesome as well and sounded really really good. We even got a seranade from his guitarist, his pianist and Bruno himself actually gave the band some rest time and took over his performance solo! He went over to the piano and bagan to play and sing some of his old, new and popular classics. The props and theatrics were also on point. We could feel the heat from the fire blasts that came every so often with the performance. The entire crowd was dancing and singing along with Bruno. He finished the show and actually came back for an encore ending.🎵🎵🎵. Awesome experience

This theater is incredible. The acoustics are amazing. I recommend flying out to see any show in this theater. I've only sat in the balcony but I can imagine that this place doesn't have a bad seat in it.

We saw Bruno Mars Silk Sonic at this Theater at Park MGM. I can't tell you enough how fantastic this show was! Bruno is such an entertainer! We had front row balcony seats and the view was good. The only thing I didn't like was our phones had to be kept in a lock case the whole time, wish I could have gotten some pics of my favorite entertainer. Bathrooms were so close to our seats.

Great place to see a concert, especially on the floor. Tickets are affordable for most shows, especially considering the intimacy of the smaller setting. Doesn't seem like there's a bad seat in the entire place.

Saw Eddie Vedder and Earthlings here, great venue next to NYNY, plenty of bars/restaurants nearby for pre and post concert drinks. It was easy to navigate the venue and staff were nice and helpful. Great place to see a concert!

Went to see the Jonas Brothers in concert. Best sounding concert I’ve ever been to, very impressed. Great layout, no bad view of the stage. There was even inside pyrotechnics! The drinks inside are expensive (as expected) BUT you can bring in your own booze (poured into plastic cups)!!!! Definitely recommend catching a show here (and hitting up the CVS for some drinks beforehand)!

This theatre was way bigger than I thought it would be. Saw Aerosmith and those guys are still rocking in their 70s! Fantastic show, theatre was easy to get in/out of, nonsmoking in the theatre and the casino, overall a great experience. If you've got a Nevada driver's license, don't forget to swipe it at the parking on your way out for 3 free hours!

The sound quality of the Dolby Live is insane (and loud). I wore earplugs and my ears were still ringing - which is perfect for a rock show. The venue is still somehow intimate but large enough for enough people to get in.

This was a special event for me and my bestie before we entered Dolby Live “Theatre.” As it was a bucket list item to be checked of fir the two us. Seeing Aerosmith in the new venue was a dream come true!! Usually after you wake up from the dream, you notice more of the details after awakening. There was a warm up show that entertained the fans to an artful history of the bands legacy. The prelude show filled the heart of rock n roll. I’m not quite sure how the upper section sat down for most of the show. I felt like a “virgin,” as I was driven into the magic of Steven Tyler’s raunchy moves! Yes, that’s coming from a straight male!😉😂 The magnificent sound of the music came to the ears as a symphony of notes. To see this band perform at the highest level, you can’t but, be amazed at energy put out by these band members considering their ages. I really don’t think that the place has a bad seat, considering you can enjoy the huge screen. Let’s thank all the other people that help put on an event like this on; ticket takers, security, bar service, ushers, to the stage hands. Thank you Cheryl and Aerosmith🎶😎😉🦵🤪

I went to see Aerosmith, which was awesome despite them being pensioners. Entrance to the facility was fast and well organised. You can get drinks and snacks from the concession stands before and during the performance. Be advised though that the stairs to get to the seats in the top tows are pretty steep.

Saw Eddie Vedder & the Earthlings. Nice venue with great sound. Concessions were typically expensive for these types of shows but at least the bartenders were heavy handed with their pour.

What an amazing concert venue at the most convenient location. There is not a bad seat in the house, and the acoustics are the best in a theatre that size. Feels like an intimite venue but fits a lot of people at the same time.

I couldn't give it 5 stars because sometimes you could hear the band more than the singers. The mic volume was too low. The seats have very little leg room and that is a pet peeve of mine. I hate having to get up each time someone wants to walk by. Other than that, easy access to event and Silk Sonic was an awesome energetic show. The attire was mixed (some people dressed casual and some went all out, so either way works).

Just attended the Aerosmith concert. This theater is the best! Seats in 101. Could not have been better. Seats close to the walk out looked like it would hurt your neck and on stage were not any better than floor! Great sound!! Every seat would be great here! Started out with the Dolby sound check!! Awesome!

I attended the Silk Sonic concert at Dolby Live, and this is a beautiful and intimate venue. No matter where one sits, you have a nice view of the stage and show. My seat was in the center and the last row up top, and I had a great idea. They also have screens. Dolby live is hands down my favorite venue to see concerts, especially since I do a residency, so there are no opening acts. You get straight to the headliner and get a substantial amount of songs and theatrics from the artists. Silk Sonic was one of the most outstanding performances I have seen in life; definitely, a must-see if you haven’t seen them live. Fun facts: All cell phones were secured in a locked bag so that I couldn't capture videos or photos of the show. When I entered the venue, rapper Kurupt stood outside with his back to me. I tapped him on the shoulder and said, “ What up, Kurupt” and gave him a first bump.

Usher concert was dope! The place is small but nice, top row seats if you stand you can see everything. I would suggest paying the extra for 200 level or lower.

Saturday (September 3, 2022) we had tickets in section 406; there was a bit rough party of 4 directly next to us, when half way through Usher one of the females was so inebriated that she fell into one of my daughters & threw up on her foot. The event staff at Dolby Live let me talk to the supervisor Tracy, who then coordinated with Damion and we got tickets for the next night, floor seats section 103A. This whole experience for me and my 3 daughters was stellar! This totally made our Vegas trip! The customer service was on point that night. Please tell them I said that. (Back to the incident, I think the girl with her group of friends was on more than alcohol. It was very scary) Thank you Tracy and Damion, you two were awesome!!!

Came to see the Jonas Brothers...great show of course but the Dolby Live is a great concert spot...we were in section 306 and the view was great. Can't wait for the next concert there.

Large beautiful venue. Unfortunately cannot give 5 stars because the staff was horribly lacking in instruction and direction. We had dash pass tickets for Aerosmith and were misdirected several times and didn't get to use the dash pass to get excellent spots for our on stage tickets

Wow. What a great venue! We saw Lady Gaga here and there isn’t a bad seat in the house. So much fun and the sound was great. Getting through security was fast and very organized. Cleanest restrooms I’ve ever used at a concert. After the show started the bar tending service got VERY slow and down to just one bartender. Get your drinks early. If in Vegas again, we would love to come to another show here.

Came to see the Lady GaGa Enigma Show! We got stage tickets and so when we had to go in at 7pm the park theater staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process! I loved that before the concert the Park MGM had a picture booth area where you can take a picture and save it for a memory! My husband and I now have a whimsical photograph! It was definitely an amazing experience!! It was cool big unique theater inside. I loved that the theater really clean and super nice. It’s amazing, all the special effects that this theater is capable of doing and is currently doing! I see why it’s the perfect place for Lady GaGas concert! I loved the amazing flames lighting displays that defiantly added to the experience! I thought it was really nice that they had a photo place as you go in to the concert so that after you have a cute memory! I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone to please go see the lady Gaga enigma show!

Saw Cher at the Park Theater in May of this year. The show was fantastic. The theater was very nice. Seats were comfortable, venue was clean, easy to navigate. Drink prices were very reasonable considering its an entertainment venue. The only confusing part was how to access the theater from the strip. There were some construction barriers up, and so the actual entrance wasn't clear. We ended up walking along the road to the entrance and kind of going in the back way to the casino, and then the theater. I imagine it will be easier to find the entrance once construction is finished. Otherwise, great venue!

WOW, what a show Aerosmith put on last night!! That was the best concert I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. They sound amazing and I felt like a teenager again!! So much passion and energy! Loved the Park Theater too! Not a bad seat in the place and the staff was so friendly.

Only one significant complaint about the place. The seats are WAY too small/tight in section 402! So much so that we didn’t feel comfortable with the idea of standing up to cheer on the band. However, the viewing angle was perfect. We could clearly see everything from our seats. Aerosmith put on a great show. Could have done without Viva Las Vegas. Their classic hit songs and a surprise Led Zeppelin cover were GREAT!

This was our first visit to this specific venue to see the Janet Jackson concert called Metamorphosis. Upon our arrival to the resort, we had to go through metal detector screening of our persons and items. We were quickly moved through this area and into the seating areas. We purchased seats in the 202 section, H and J. The theater itself was a very well set up and clean. it was interesting to me that I was able to set some things on the floor and not have to worry that I was setting it into somebody else's mess left behind on the floor. Yes it was clean. Just as I thought, Wow, there's no mess in this area, I saw a patron sitting in front of me spill his drink onto the seat to his left. All of the personnel encountered in this entire theater were professional, well dressed, and capable. The bathrooms were also well kept in appearance and clean and without a smell.

Great place to see a show. Seats are comfortable with a great view. Restrooms are really clean with no wait. Most impressive is no wait at the bar! The only downside is of course the Vegas process for drinks, but that's too be expected.

Beautiful theater. We were lucky to see Queen + Adam Lambert there. The hotel itself still under construction, but it definitely looks like it’s going to be a really good venue + hotel. Next time we’re in Vegas we will definitely stay there

Absolutely great venue! Our group was sitting in the balcony and it was still great seats. We could see everything! The only minus is that the seats are a little too close together. A little more room would have made it great, but if you're sitting while there's a great performer on stage, you're probably the real problem!

I attended the Jason Aldean concert. I chose a GA ticket and stood for 3+ hours. I'm glad I did because the seating is really far back from the stage. I was maybe 15 feet from the stage whereas the first row of seats off the floor was I'd guess 200+ feet away and started at least three times the cost for a GA ticket. Security needs to be posted near the floor or among the crowd. A pretty wicked fight broke out behind me and it took awhile for it to get stopped.

Saw Usher for opening night this past Friday. First time in this theater as well. The show was amazing and the theater had so many bells and whistles I was blown away. The sound was amazing and wasn't too loud. I would recommend Usher and I would love to see other residencies in this theater in the future. getting in only took five minutes and getting out of the theater took only five minutes as well.

Nice theater with a good view for every seat. I wondered how there were so many seats when I read about the theater online but then I sat in the tiny seats and realized how it was possible. Enjoyed the show but much prefer the Colosseum at Caesar’s.

Silk Sonic performed at this venue, it is awesome. Very intimate. Staff will not let you back in after shows are over. So purchase merchandise before you leave

I attended the Lady Gaga concert and it was just awesome!! I was in the general admission standing only section. Which for me was just awesome cause you are feet away from her and pics are just great.I would prefer this section than the seating ones. You'll be standing up anyways. I do recommend arriving before 5pm that's when they begin to let people form in line. Be prepared to stand a few hours until they start allowing people to go into the theater. The line starts to move around 7pm. You are allowed to drink while in the line and go to the RR as long as your back before 7. Everyone heads towards the middle front but the side section is just as great!

Great venue....the sound is awesome in this place and although I had very good seat near the stage, there didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. The staff was very helpful. My only concern is there was not enough bars and the little ones are pretty long but the drinks were very good.

I recently visited the theater. I believe it’s new. The staff were awesome. There’s a couple of floors, so you can use the elevator or escalators. The decor is nice. I believe the concert views should be awesome from the inside. They have a balcony, so you can see some nice Vegas views. If you’re hungry there’s concessions and a bar as well.

I was here on 2nd November for Enigma by Gaga and it was unforgettable!!! Fans have to queue inside a Slot Machine after 5PM (security will tell you to leave and come back later) are but if you are younger than 21, then you can’t stay there so you gotta be there at 5pm. It’s really nice and there’s a lot inside like Starbucks, ATMs, Gaga’s shop and so on

Nice new theater. The venue worked perfectly for our concert. The downside is you have to walk all the way through the casino which is under construction. If you get there late A line will form all the way through. For our show the only let general admission into the front

This was the perfect spot for the Silk Sonic Concert in Las Vegas. The venue is designed so that all seats have a decent view. It has 4 levels. It was easy to get find our seats. Although the seats were a little snug as I am a curvy woman, they are comfortable. Restrooms are nearby the entrances and alcoholic beverages are available for your enjoyment. The temperature was delightful, cool, and comfortable. If you have planned a concert at this venue, you will have a great time.

Walking distance from strip, doors opened early, souvenir lines long but they had lines roped off and much more organized than other venues so it moved quickly, drinks were good and seating tight but good views.

Great place, but GET THERE EARLY! They check everyone's bags and screen like in an airport, so it takes a while to get in. The sound is great, the restrooms are immaculate, the bars are not that expensive. The only downside is the seats are quite narrow and the drinks holders are not very deep, so lots of spilled drinks by knocking with elbows etc. Larger sized people may be uncomfortable. Park Theatre is opposite the MGM Grand and a 15 min walk down the strip from Paris. An easy pleasant walk in the eve and its the middle of August :-) Will definitely come here again.

Loved this venue to see a performance. Saw Lady Gaga, and the sound was amazing. Two entrances were available so entry was quick. Getting to and finding your seat was an ease with the help throughout the venue. If you get an aisle seat it would be best. If not you'll have to scoot sideways in a tight aisle to get in to your seat. The scenery coming to park mgm is memorable, it definitely gives you an experience when walking to the venue. Sound and screens inside the theater were crisp, it's a delight to attend here.

The park theater is an amazing place to see a show!!! The stage production is incredible, you truly get your money’s worth. It’s located close to the interstate so it’s easy to get in and out. On game days 🏒 (hockey) the area in front of tmobile and park transforms into party central. Definitely a great addition to the strip. …

While vacationing in Sin City and trying to keep cool in temperatures reaching more than 107°, had the opportunity to catch the Jonas Brothers' in concert at the Dolby Live Theater inside Park MGM. Die-hard fans were delighted to hear many of their hit songs and the show was AWESOME. Although I enjoyed the show, thank goodness I didn't have "hearing loss" after listening to all of those deafening screams for 90 minutes straight - LOL.

We stayed at the Monte Carlo/Park MGM for 311 day 2018 and our stay was very pleasant. The Staff at the show was extremely friendly and they wished all the fans a happy 311 day. The show was two nights so we got to experience what the Park Theater has to offer two times and after both nights my impression was that the venue itself was amazing. The sound was absolutely great and thats coming from a music producer, the staging was the perfect accent to the bands performance and added some mind blowing visuals throughout the set. The only issues I had with the Park theater were with the outrageous concession prices ($15 a drink) and the lack of available bathrooms which caused some pretty long lines at a sold out show. Overall I'd recommend the Park theater and the Mote Carlo/Park MGM to anyone interested in seeing a show there

The Park Theater was easy in and out. All was well organized, the staff very friendly and helpful. The acoustics in the room were excellent as well as the lighting. My granddaughter brought me to see "Il Volo" - these young men are terrific. We thoroughly enjoyed the show and highly recommend seeing them. Please invite them back next year. Thank you for such a nice venue.

There really isn't a bad seat in the house. You will have a fairly clear view of the stage from just about any seat. Acoustics are fantastic. Typical tourist taxed Food and Beverage costs, but that's normal. Employees are super courteous. We went for Silk Sonic (Bruno Mars/Anderson .Paak collab), and they definitely did not disappoint! No pictures due to they did restrict us from using our phones while inside for this particular show.

The venue, the seating, the sound , the lights are all amazing, but the mens bathroom situation? Are you even serious? I was sitting in 303, and for our whole area, 6 urinals, 4 stalls. The line took 20 min to get through the line. I recommend not drinking anything unless you want to miss your show.

I am of a mixed mind with this venue. The theater itself was good with clear sound and excellent viewing with the help of the large screens and Lady Gaga really puts on a riveting show. I do have take issue with how the house organized some of the lounge seating though. In making those seat available they placed railings on the backs of one row ofseats. This made the normally tight leg room for me in this type of theater from a mild annoyance to quite distracting from having an enjoyable evening.

The entire hotel/casino property is smoke-free! Staff is friendly & attentive. Seats were very comfortable. Huge stage & huge monitors. The theatre holds about 5000 and the furthest seat is only 150' from the stage. Food & binoculars are not allowed. One drinks is allowed, but not bottles or flasks, so you have to pour your drink into a cup. Large bags are not allowed. I highly recommend this venue!

Very difficult seeing some staff having to work outside, in the winter, even if it is warmer then usual, without appropriate jackets. All these concert goers, and alcoholics should go to rehab. You who don't wear masks in public should stay home to really avoid getting others sick.

Had the pleasure of seeing Bruno Mars from VIP seats. The venue is excellent, VIP or not. We went in early before the crowd and I took the time to look around. Very clean and well laid out. The venue is small enough that there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. No poles or obstructions. Nicely sloped stadium seating. During the concert however, it was clear that those seated at ground level were obligated to stand. The ground, while close to the stage, is not sloped, so if anyone in front of you stands with excitement, you have to stand. VIP was a fun treat, but very costly. A waitress will take your drink order. She didn't tell us a bottle of champagne was included (for the 4 of us to share) until she served the drinks we ordered. Good thing I was staying at the Monte Carlo and could walk to my room.

My first time in Vegas, and we had a great time! My wife and I saw the opening night of the Queen Residency on September 1st. To say that it was amazing was an understatement!!!! We sat front row, center of the balcony and we couldn't have been happier with our purchase. Nobody to worry about standing in front of us and we had great views of all of the band members.... even Roger behind his drum kit. We entered the theater via the Park Ave. entrance which was right across from where we were staying at NY,N.Y.. This was perfect, because after we went thru security, we only had to take an escalator up two levels and we were right in front of our section, 304. Restrooms were well placed and easily accessed. We did not have concessions. Nor did we buy any souvenirs.... their just too expensive. We will definitely go back.

This is an amazing venue! It's brand new and connected to the Monte Carlo Casino and Hotel. The Hotel rooms were great but the theater really made our trip! I was on the floor for general admission standing room. I moved all over the floor and everywhere was a great view and sound. It is such a perfect size. Judging by pictures from the seats, every seat in the theater provides an amazing view. Projector screens boarding the stage make for an amazing visual experience. Plenty of concessions so a short wait for drinks. Bars on either side of the floor. When you leave the theater, you don't even have to go outside, you can just go right into the casino or back to the rooms in the Monte Carlo. Will definitely be back.

What. A. Venue! I've seen two shows here now (Cher in 2018, and Janet Jackson in 2019) and it's become my favorite venue. The staff is absolutely incredible and there truly isn't a bad seat in the house. I've sat stage left for both shows, but I would suggest finding center seats to get the full glimpse of the show. I can't recommend this venue enough.

Nice venue. Was they to see Queen and sat in the upper deck! Seats were good and leg room was comfortable. Best sound at a concert I've ever heard, nice and clear, you could hear everything. I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. Queen had large HD video boards so you saw everything. A few minor issues on entry and exit with lines. Was not happy seeing them put scooters in the exit/entry areas for handicap viewing. This turned 2 lines for exit into 1. This was a fire trap in the making at least in the upper seating area. Always plan your exit in advance.

This venue is perfect the disabled. They have elevators to get to higher levels. Adequate seating for a wheelchair and companion seats. There is also a family restroom for those who need them. Bars with drinks and snacks are fully accessible. There is not a bad seat at all in this venue. Highly recommend watching concerts here. The entrance to The Park is from within the Casino. I've seen Bruno Mars and Ricky Martin and this place was amazing with no bad views. Check it out, tell them Heath sent you!!!

I loved the theater. Sound was good, small enough that there is not a bad seat in the place. I'm taking one star away because they confiscated my expensive stainless steel (empty) water bottle. Why? What harm could I possibly cause with an empty water bottle other than to save the earth from a little more plastic? They wouldn't hold it for me until after the concert, so I'm assuming it went into the garbage and to a landfill, which is exactly what I was trying to prevent by having it in the first place.

Saw Lady Gaga's Enigma (10/17/19) and had floor GA seats. Bob and Scott made this a memorable experience (aside from Lady Gaga's performance). Bob kept coming to check on us to make sure we were happy with our spot, our view, the show etc. Towards the end of the show, Scott gave us a souvenir to take home. The venue itself is small and intimate which I really liked. The sound quality was amazing! The view from our floor seats was top notch! Overall, this is a great venue and the staff is one of the major reasons I decided to write a review. Their praises deserve to be sung.

We saw Widespread Panic for their Halloween run and loved the venue so much. The modern feel of the venue was so different compared to most traditional theaters. Food and beverages were very expensive (Vegas for you), but they did provide water for free, which was a nice touch. The sound was absolutely amazing! The huge lighting display that goes from one side of the building to the other just blew my mind. I look forward to coming back 😃 if you find this review helpful please give it a like. 🎸🎵🎶🎸

Great place to see a show. Good sound, most seats are good, the venue is not that big. We sat on the right side on the stage, in the first level level above the floor, about 5 rows from the rail. We saw the Queen show on the second to the last night (9-21-2018). The line to get in was easy and it was quick to get through security. I would use the bars downstairs, it was not as crowded as the one upstairs. Exiting was fast out of several convenient exits. We stayed close by at the Elara, so we walked, no traffic issues. We walked to the tram at the Aria, which is connected to the Park. The tram took us to the Bellagio, walked to our hotel from there. Enjoyed it enough to look at tickets for the last night, but the tickets almost doubled, so we passed. Overall, great venue, great concert.

We saw Cher, the venue is grade A. You can get a cheap drink, take it to your seat and watch a great show. Cher was amazing. She rocks at any age. The seats are great, I'm tall and had lots of leg room.

Beautiful exterior. Fairly normal interior. I wad in section 302, and the seats were the older movie theater style. The cupholders are on the right side, and the seats are small (at least for a bigger guy like me) but the acoustics are great. I did like the fact they projected most of the concert up on the wall to both sides of the stage, since you could not really see our specific artist that well from our seats. Drinks and snacks are about average with strip prices. Just like everywhere else on the strip anymore, you have to pay to park... even self-parking, with no real locals relief.

I’ve been seeing live music my entire adult life, but never have I seen a better run venue than this new place in Vegas! It’s like an IMAX experience combined with the musical experience you would expect. Top of the mark in all ways! Can not say enough. As far as staff, I was treated so well but have memorized 3 names from the Widespread Panic run who really made me feel special and garnered honorable mentions. Jacqueline (short-haired British lady, goes by Jackie I believe) was absolutely wonderful to me, and made sure that my politeness, pleases, and thank yous were rewarded with exemplary service! She understand the way a good customer should be treated and what Keeps someone coming back. Her and the bartender Anoop ensured that I will CERTAINLY come back. I also wanted to mention the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which was amazing compared to any other venue I’ve seen this or any band in (i’ve Seen 250 Widespread Panic shows all over the country, so this is in comparison to LOTS of venues!). Roberto was one worker I saw in the men’s restrooms trying so hard to keep it clean well into the night when most venues would have given up. It was amazing! Thank you for a delightful weekend. I will be back and will share this experience with everyone. Please find these workers and reward them. They are the reason, as well as the technical aspects of the venue, that I will never say anything but the best things about your theater! Cheers!

Best lights show and audio I've seen before. The very odd thing is that if you're on the floor(GA) for a concert you go in through a separate entrance(no signs) and then there is only 1 bathroom for all those people. If they had more than 1 bathroom might give this place 5 stars but it really was an inconvenience

Enjoyed the show BUT...don't get the seats directly behind the couch seating. They keep a row of seats between the regylar seats and the booths and place a fencing behind the seat backs of the row in front of you, effectively giving you less footroom than an airplane. It was the MOST uncomfortable venue I have ever attended. People couldn't even walk sideways to pass to their seat. The whole row had to get up and walk into the isle.

Cher show was great - seats, not so much. I sat in Section 101, Row A, S3 ... BLOCKED by speaker. Luckily, no one was in S4, so I could switch and lean over - waaaay over. Thankfully, she performed at the very front of the stage (and of course would move to the side - which then the seats were great). However, when she was in the middle of the stage, or making her grand entrances, I could not see a thing - nor could the couple to my right. If you're spending $$$$ for front row, I'd advise against Section 102.

It's a new theater. Opened in December, 2017. Very nice theater, but the seats are small. Like being on an airplane, tight. The cup holders sit so far back, that your elbow hits it everytime you move. You would think if you are spending that much money, that you would make it comfortable for the people in the audience. I guess they are only concerned about the almighty dollar.

I just saw Kane Brown tonight at Park Theater. We had general admission seats as we were part of the rescheduled group from Mandalay Bay Beach. A month ago I hurt my ankle and am unable to stand . I emailed them and they stated they would make sure I had a folding chair along a wall as all ADA tickets were gone. When I got there not only did they accommodate me with a chair they set me up in the ADA section so that I could enjoy. They did not even hesitate. I was even able to elevate my leg. I don't always leave reviews but I feel they did an awesome thing for me and it is much appreciated. Thank you!

We saw Queen last night and it was incredible. What an incredible talent Adam Lambert has become and what can you say about Queen. Amazing. The Park Theater is awesome. The special lighting effects were phenomenal. The only negative was the whacko woman sitting behind and to the right of us. I was taking a few pictures and she hit me, not a tap, 3 times on the shoulder. I partially turned around and mouthed WTH. If she had done it one more time it was going to get ugly. That wasn't the end of it. She threw a drink cup at my daughter who was sitting next to me. It hit her in the head then bounced of and hit the lady in front of her. My daughter was ready to kick her **s. We were not doing anything but enjoying the concert and taking some pictures. I dont know WTH her problem was but she is damn lucky we didnt call security and file assault charges.

Saw CHER! The Park theater was great! First words out of Cher's mouth when she started the show was "Performing in Vegas is like being in Hell!" The audience laughs. Being a native Las Vegan I did not appreciate that remark whatsoever! She's performed here many times, especially at Caesars "The Colosseum" which is The Park theater's competition... I saw her in the late seventies when I was a kid. Vegas has helped her career continue at her 71 yrs of age, as well as many other artists. (makes me wonder why she still needs to perform) so I did not appreciate that remark, just makes you feel negative and sad at the start of the show with that kind of negative comment. Overall it was a good show, a lot of great memories if you were born in the sixties like myself and grew up with Sonny and Cher, And I attribute that to the park theater and the Monte Carlo

I am in an industry dealing with customers from near and far and I watch some staff lose the affection and excitement for others (mostly due to customers that feel they are owed everything for nothing) but one person in particular I want to say keep up the great personal service to is Shelby Lackman. And no she didn't offer me the sun to make me feel "taken care of" or prompt a good review, nor did I ask. But to all the inquiries I had to make a special night to our liking she made it on a personal note to make me feel valued and educated me as well as reached out beyond her department (which most do not do they just pass you along) to ensure my concerns were answered and alternate ideas were to a 5 star perfection. What an amazing member of your staff!

Saw Aerosmith on 4/20/2019. There is literally not a bad seat in the place with the way the viewing angles are as well as the superb sound system. However, with it's smaller seating capacity, expect to pay more.

Went to the Aerosmith concert and the band was absolutely great. The Park Theater was also good with plenty of parking ($20). My problem is with the sound system. They need a better sound system. I spent extra for on stage seats. I got there and was handed an ipod with earphones and was told I had to listen to the concert using the earphones because they had no speakers on stage, and all the speaker were off stage facing the crowd below and above. If I wanted to listen to Aerosmith on earphones, I could have stayed home and done it for free. The ipads we had to use to listen to the concert cut out 4 times and we had to mess around with it to get the signal back. Very annoying. I tried listening without the earphones and I couldn't even understand the lyrics. THEY NEED TO FIX THE SOUND SYSTEM. Drinks are 16 oz and 32 oz and are priced between $16-$30. Water, soda, ... Non-alcoholic stuff are $7-$9

The theathre is a bit on the small side but that is not a bad thing at all! Makes it so that every seat is close and you do not need binoculars to see like the huge arenas. I went for the Bruno Mars concert and was in section 302 which in other arenas would be a nosebleed vut we were so close it was awesome. Only thing is they do make you lock your phones up. Thats right you heard right. They give you a pouch called YONDR to put your phones or cameras or anything that records and they lock it and you are not able to ooen it unless at a designated area so if your absolutely addicted to your phone you will hate it. I found it enjoyable that i was watching the concert through my eyes instead of someones phone who wont stop recording like at other concerts.

We'll I have to be honest it was a nice theater. The Bruno Mars concert was alright considering I almost got thrown out for a unruly women claiming I pushed her for getting into my wifes face. The usher came between the upset concert goer and myself pushing her in the process. It was quickly settled settle after the security agent detail lead by Mr. Sims received the same story from other concert guest backing my account of events leading to the disturbances. Mr. Sims was extremely professional in getting both sides of the story and resolvingthe matter by escorting us to guest services which in turn allow us to relocate back into the concert closer to the stage. I would like to thank Security Agent Sims for investigating the matter before took action to escort me out the concert.
