With the exception that they don't cater to disabled individuals I guess you could say it's convenient however we couldn't find the elevator in the garage had to go up three flights of stairs to get to the street level where we could cross the street and go into convention center. I would much rather park at Palma to Oreo which is only one block away less hassle still have to walk but my disabled spots are there what a big loss for the City of Tampa Florida to not work with the disabled public

Pretty smooth. Went for Holiday Tampa Cosplay Convention. Used the park Mobile app to pay, $12 for the whole day. Did not notice any loiterers, but the carpark is open to just walk in. It's basically just an indoor version of all the usual Tampa street parking. If you're going to Con, get there on time or it fills up quick.
