I was skeptical about having to walk to the port from here but it wasn't bad at all. We parked on deck 3, took the elevator down to the ground level and walked for less than 5 minutes from the elevator to the cruise terminal escalator. Before parking at the deck we dropped off our checked luggage. And it wasn't too bad taking everything back. I'd use them again if I ever cruise from Tampa again.

Talk about great service! We prepaid parking for our cruise. The morning of, I got an email saying the terminal had changed and the closest parking address was given. We got there easy check in and the lot was so close to the ship we walked maybe 100 feet to the ship. No problems and our car was exactly where we left it when we got back. Great service all around!

I have parked here twice. Premium parking at an excellent price. It is safe and right across the street from the cruise terminal.

I used Park Connect when going on a previous cruise. Our parking location needed to be changed just prior to the sailing date. Park Connect had great communication with me for the reason of the change and exactly where the new parking location would be. For this reason, I have chosen to use Park Connect for our upcoming cruise.

My five stars are for people in the front office that I talk to about making a reservation they are very informant and very nice I do not use the parking till February 27th with our cruise on carnival after the cruise I'll give you a review on the parking experience have a nice day

We arrived August 5th in Tampa to park and had the most horrible experience with the parking facility next door the son was rude and respectful. I left only to meet a perfect representative of park connect named Felix he was so positive and humble I offered him a tip and he humbly refused . I was able to get him to accept water. Out the in the bleeding sun he was doing his job with a smile. Thank you Felix for your kind words, mannerism and customer service.

Perfect! Great price! Could not have been any easier! Covered parking in a very secure lot. Right across from the cruise ships. Easy process to leave. Nothing negative at all to note. Will always chose this option for now on.

Wow, that was easy! Best and cheapest way to park in Tampa and with covered parking! I’m not sure why everyone doesn’t park there........maybe it would get full and there would not be room left for me! The only issue is knowing where to go. There are no signs that I saw that said I was in the correct place, but my GPS took me directly there. The entrance is on the opposite side of the garage from NCL’s entrance.

No person working or help with luggage to port. Signs would be beneficial if no person to ask questions of. We thought there was a tram or shuttle to the port but not so. No way to exit out with our receipt of payment. Our ticket charged a different amount than we pre-paid. I doubt we will use this place again.

Price was right...easy in...some difficulty getting out....should be a better method than the present one...had to pull over and go into the office to get the girl to open the gate...maybe advising which pier the ship is leaving from would help too...

Quick and easy access. Was worried on calling to be able to leave, but instant answer when pushed call button and they opened gate immediately. Will use always when there.

GREAT place to park when going on a cruise!!! Saved over 50% to park in the SAME parking garage!!! I highly recommend to anyone going on a cruise!! No ubers or shuttles to worry about!!

Bru was there to answer all of our questions and assist us. Parking garage is right across from the port! Easy access, they do not move the vehicle while gone, and very affordable!

This lot is a right across from the Carnival port. Felix and Judy helped us with questions and concerns when we arrived. We will definitely us the lot again.
