I recently used memorial airport parking and wanted to share my opinion. From the initial phone call to when I picked up my car after my trip, everything was beyond outstanding. Super easy to get your car parked as well as the shuttle from the parking lot to the airport. I had an early morning pick up at the airport 12:15 AM and they were very accommodating about picking me up and dropping me off. The young man that drove us was very cordial and engaging and accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a parking spot off-site from the airport. Mike

I have been using Memorial Airport Parking for almost a year now. Every-time I make a reservation, it’s an easy and clear process. If I ever do have any questions, there staff is quick to answer the phone and ensures all my needs are met. Their customer service is amazing. All of there staff is friendly, prompt, and accommodating. There has been times when returning to Florida where I’ve gotten lost and didn’t know how to get to their pickup location. When I called them for help, they’ve directed me or would simply find where I was and make the whole situation way less stressful. I’ve recommended them to lots of family and friends and everyone has been pleased with their service. I will continue to use Memorial Airport Parking for every trip I take from the Tampa International Airport.

Excellent service! We recently left our car with Memorial for a 12 day trip. We opted to prepay the very reasonable Valet package. When we arrived we were immediately placed in the shuttle while our bags & mobility scooter were loaded into the shuttle by their very friendly & professional staff. The return was nearly as prompt! Because of the handy location of their facility we were on 589 headed home in a blink. We are very pleased & will recommend them to all!

Used this great company to park our car from 12/23 till 1/30. We love the new valet service and it's worth the few extra bucks. We had to extend our trip by two days because of the Southwest fiasco and they did not charge us for the extra days. This was the second time we used Memorial and it is the only place we will park our car when going to the airport!

Best company to book your parking with! I dropped my car off at 10am and the shuttle was there right away to take me to the airport. When I landed, the same thing. The shuttle service was very efficient. I am planning another trip thanksgiving week and will be reserving my parking with them again.

I’ve used Memorial Parking several times now and never have any issues, but this time I really wanted to commemorate the staff for doing a wonderful job and going above and beyond. I lost my apple AirPods and eyeglasses on the shuttle as I was being dropped off at the airport. Didn’t realize I lost it until I got on the plane. I called them and they already found it before I even called. They kept it safe for me and it was returned when I came back from vacation. Thank you for being an honest business. My experience with Memorial was flawless. The minute I arrived I was taken to the airport. I was sure my car was safe with them. When I returned I was pick up with almost no wait. Left on emergency flight, most convenient thing to do is drive yourself to airport leave your car and get it right back when landing . Found it last minute and will definitely recommend! You pay for your days upfront or leave card on file and they'll charge by day, you follow them to one of their lots , lock up your car and they drive you right up to the airport ! When landing you call them and itll take you longer to get to pickup spot then them calling to tell you they are waiting on you . They are quick ! Also I'm pretty positive no one is as close and quick with better pricing!

The moment I arrived to the location the attendant was very helpful and professional , he explained to me about the ticket straight forward information....Where I parked my car , the driver helped me with my luggage , very polite driver also professional as well. NO 24 HOUR HR SHUTTLE! we had serious delays and arrived back at the airport at 1 AM. Texted per instructions and called office. NO communication they close between 1 -4 AM. Finally figured it out by viewing hours online. 😡😡😡😡 Then told by shuttle driver we could have ubered or taken a taxi since they don't lock the gates! The reservation and airport drop off went fine.

My wife and I have been using Memorial Parking at Tampa Airport on a regular bases since 2016. In all that time, we have never had a problem. The shuttle pick up at the lot and at the airport have always been timely and the drivers have always been professional and friendly.

Bottom line, these guys ROCK! My wife and I arrived at 0445 hours and they were apparently waiting for us. The girl at the gate simply directed us tp follow the shuttle to our parking spot, then the driver loaded our bags and headed directly to the airport. Upon return, we only waited a couple of minutes before the shuttle arrived. The driver, Harley, was very patient while I helped a fellow disable veteran into his vehicle. We won't park anywhere else!

This is the first time my wife and I used this parking service. We are so used to other airports up north that have multiple off site parking options. When faced with having to find a good reasonably priced alternative to the expensive Long term and the overly FULL (ie. you can't park here) Economy parking at Tampa International Airport, we were delighted to find and use MAP. From arrival to final return we found them professional and pleasant to deal with. Real people answering the phone who we could understand with friendly and helpful service. Only slight issue, but not worth dropping a star rating, was at the end of the trip the directions were a bit confusing. So if you read this and use this service, which I hope you do, when you get off the train at the rental car center, go right and then turn right to go to the "Local Buses" on Level 1. The van picks you up just outside the doors in front of the Local Buses. The van can not park there only pick you up if you are there and ready, so plan/call accordingly. We will definitely use them again next time we fly out of TPA. Kudos MAP.

I really like this service. I’ve used them for years. Very affordable and I have never had an issue. Plan accordingly to wait a few minutes for the shuttle, and they’ll drop you off at the terminal in front of your airline of choice. When you get back, you go to the meeting spot, THEN call them, and they arrive a little while later with your car pulled up and ready to go at the lot (valet option). Simple process really. The drivers have always been great, so I’m a repeat customer.

Overall my experience was good. I booked my reservation the night before via the website. It was reasonably priced for a 5 day, 4 night park. The check in and the shuttle to the airport were pretty quick and easy. The drivers and crew from the parking lot were all friendly and courteous. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because pick up was not the same as check in. Myself and another group called for the shuttle and had to wait longer than expected. Shuttles from other services came around twice before we were picked up. Despite the pick up, I would try this company again and recommend it. :D

We used them for the first time and they were amazing. It was the cheapest we found for long-term parking and they have a shuttle to and from the airport. The parking lot was also well-lit, fully fenced, and only about 10 minutes away from the Tampa Airport. The service is also impeccable with all the employees being friendly and helping us with putting the luggage into the van. When we accidentally locked our keys in the car while loading our luggage into our car, they went above and beyond to help us. We completely recommend this airport parking service and plan on using them again next time.

This is my regular airport parking service. Not only to they offer very competitive rates they are the best in customer service. The drivers are most helpful, friendly and professional found in any company. The true test came during one ride to the airport where I had left my phone in the shuttle. Obviously, I was lost without my phone. This said, after frantically explaining my situation to someone; I borrowed their phone, called Memorial Parking who contacted their driver and he looped around and delivered my phone. There are no words that fully describe how glad I was and why I will always use Memorial Parking.

Alvin was great! Very friendly and polite. Living in the Tampa/st Pete area Ubers can be a hassle especially in the morning or around surging time. Save yourself the hassle and pay to park here with their complimentary shuttle service that is quick and efficient. It’s also incredibly cheap compared to parking at the airport. Definitely recommend, I will never not park my car here every time I go to the airport.

The process was very smooth and easy. Onky $40 to park for 4 days. They give you the option to leave your keys with them or take them with you, which I like as well. I love the fact that the shuttle to the airport and back is included in the price. We were able to get a ride in the airport right away, and only had to wait about 10 mins to get a ride back. Overall, this was a quick and efficient process and I will forsure be using them in the future as well as recommending them to others!

We have been using Memorial Parking on 6010 West Chelsea St in Tampa for at least six months now. It is easy to get to and from the airport and the price is reasonable. Service has always been good and the shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. Always make sure you plan enough time in case only one shuttle driver is available. Aside from that I would highly recommend them.

I flew to Dallas, Texas with my daughter (8 months pregnant) & my 2 yr old grandson on Tuesday, 2/1/22 with an expected return flight on Thursday, 2/3. The “shuttle guy” was very personable and also reminded both myself and daughter about things we didn’t want to forget to bring (ie. cell phone, car keys etc!). Much appreciated reminders!! Pursuant to arriving in Texas, Winter Storm Landon hit Texas!! Consequently, my return flight was cancelled with no immediate flight options presented by the carrier. With this uncertainty, I called the staff at Memorial Parking about what to do! The gentleman I spoke with (Angel) was very understanding and assured me that my car would be fine whenever I was able to return to Florida and explained to me how things would be handled at that time! This company is awesome! Not only are they very close to the airport and a quick turnaround, but they really go above and beyond. My daughter was travelling and got stuck at the airport with a small child, and her phone had stopped working due to a carrier issue and she could only connect via wifi inside the terminal. They went out of their way to find her at the airport, texted me pictures of the pickup area to message to her via messenger, and kept me in the loop when they picked her up and got her to the lot, and lent her a phone to use so she could get directions to where she was going. This is a safe place to leave your car and then even offer you a very cheap upgrade valet for you yo park it and have it ready for you (pulled forward and waiting) to get in and get out fast.

I have used Memorial for years and have never had a problem. Making a reservation is very easy; setting up an account is very easy also. I have to drive from Citrus County down 589 and exiting the Parkway and getting to Memorial is very easy and close to the Parkway. The staff is always pleasant; Memorial is very close to the airport; getting there is fast and easy and pickup on return is easy. I highly recommend Memorial Airport Parking.

WE drop off our car on March 20 and they quickly loaded our baggage and drove us to the terminal. Also on our return at 8Pm on the 27th we called them after we received our luggage and they arrived to pick us up as we reached the pick up area. Our car was waiting for us and they help us with our luggage . All went perfectly. We are always a repeat customer because of the great service .

Highly recommend. Great location. Tip for travelers who are following the instructions on your claim ticket for pick up but you don't have a checked bag: Don't go downstairs to Baggage Claim. You'll end up back upstairs to take the train to the pick up sight.

When I returned, the driver asked if I called ahead and then did so for me so my car would be ready for me. All that and I saved money parking here instead of the airport long term or economy lots. Very easy and convenient drop-off, the ability to prepay online and book online, and they have always had my car ready when I come back in to pick up. You will have to wait for a driver once you arrive, as I suggest calling once you have taken the train back to the pickup. I would continue to use the service as it is by far more economical than parking at the airport. I highly recommend them!

They unloaded my bags from my car to their shuttle and then loaded them back into my cart upon our return. We only had to wait about two minutes to be picked up when we returned. I was flying out of Tampa in the morning and my sister was flying into Tampa in the evening. My parents are older so we didn't want them to have to drive at 5 o'clock in the morning and then again at 10 o'clock at night. I dropped my mom's car in the morning and gave them the keys. A very nice man drove me to the airport. Then I took a picture of the ticket and sent it to my sister so when she arrived, she could pick up the car and drive it back to my parent's house. Exceptional customer service!!!!! I had to cancel my prepaid parking reservation due to car breakdown. I called Memorial Parking and it took no more than 1 minute to execute the transaction on the phone. I got the refund in my credit card the next day. One minute!!! I stated my name and within 10 seconds the person on the phone said "I see your reservation here, I will submit a credit of $31.20 immediately to your card ending in 4231, is that correct?" Now, I never have had a refund of any kind go that quickly and smoothly. The best. I have used the service 2 months ago and every part of that experience was first rate. A very happy customer!!!

This was very convenient to use. Reserve online at least 3 hours before your flight. Show up to the lot at least 2 hours before your flight. They take you from parking lot to the doorstep of the airport. Fantastic mask wearing, vehicle sanitizing, and social distancing to ensure the health and safety of their customers. I have used this lot for the last 5 years. The shuttle is quick about 5 minutes to the airport. Getting picked up by the shuttle is easy, once I get my bag I click on the message from them this alerts the staff to get my car ready and also sends for the shuttle. By the time i get to the pickup spot the shuttle is either there or will be there in a few minutes and when I arrive at the lot my car is ready and waiting. I just booked for my next trip.

The van transportation was efficient and very timely. Our plane didn't land in Tampa until 12:30 AM but still we had no problem in calling and getting the van pick-up promptly. I will say off the bat, the customer service and the attitude of the employees is worthy of 5 stars. However, if you are in a hurry to get to and from the airport this is not the place for you. Luckily I got there roughly 20-30 minutes before I wanted to be at the airport and good thing because once I checked in, myself and two other cars waited about 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. Then upon my arrival I called as I was heading to the pick up area thinking I'd give myself time for them to come and they told me to call back when I was there. So I did, and another 20 minutes later they arrived. I know its crazy times, and I don't know if they were understaffed that day or what, but when you're done traveling you just want to be home and waiting outside in the Tampa summer heat for 20 minutes was less than ideal. Again, great customer service and great people, but I did a lot of waiting, so just be prepared!

It is only about a 10-12 minute ride from Memorial Parking to the airport, without traffic or other delays. Service was generally good with the exception of the fact that they only run ONE van, even during peak Saturday hours. When we arrived and went to the pick up area, the shuttle was full and it took 25 minutes for them to make the round trip back. They need a second shuttle/driver during peak hours, or at least need to purchase a van with a larger seating and luggage capacity. All it took was 2 large golf bags to use 1/4 of the available luggage capacity. For the extra $3 per day, I will now use the airport economy parking, which is $10 per day, and the tram drops you right at the lot, so no shuttle required.

Quick and easy. The drivers are incredible. They load and unload your bags for you. My car was right up fro t and ready to go when I arrived after my 3 week vacation. Not a spec of damage and likely cleaner than when we left. The price is also amazing -- less than half the airport parking prices. The only issue is they now have to drop you off on the far side of the airport in the remote drop-off area. It's a bit of a walk to check in, but the nice thing is there are no crowds there.

Parking at this lot has always been a breeze, the lot is about 2.5 miles from the airport, there is alway's a shuttle sitting in the lot to take you to the airport. Rates are extremely reasonable compared to the on-site airport lots and my car wasn't in any way damaged or anything upon pick up. My return flight was delayed and I arrived a few hours later than I had initially quoted on the booking online app, and at 1am, there was still someone there who was able to pick me up with the shuttle and take me back to the lot. Shuttles are usually there when I arrive, sometimes you'll have to wait up 10 mins at most but they've been pretty good about it. Just a heads up, it takes a bit of time transitioning from shuttle and navigating through the airport (average of 30 mins to get to the check in area) so just make sure you plan ahead.

I rarely give a lengthy review for a product or business but I must praise Memorial Airport Parking based on my experience. First, it is easy to find and is especially convenient for anyone using the Suncoast/Veterans parkway. Dropped car off very early morn and was shuttled to airport within minutes. Second, two weeks later, was picked up at airport just outside of baggage claim within minutes of calling them. Lastly, my car battery had died and they had to jump start it, which they did promptly and without complaint. (what a hassle it would have been if I had parked in the airport parking garage). They also washed my car of bird droppings that had happened while parked there. Great customer service. Not to mention their good parking rate. Try them out; I know I won't go anywhere else.

Used this lot for several years. Economical parking. Allow yourself an extra 20 - 30 minutes because they only run 1 van and if you arrive right after the van has left you have to wait for round trip return depending on traffic. Also since the new rental car center has opened Memorial is the only company that uses a drop off and pick up at that remote location. There is no security there and late at night or very early in the morning there at homeless people sleeping on the benches there. I was picked up there around 11:45 pm after having to wait about 25 minutes with a homeless person sleeping on the bench. There is next to no traffic there. As a female I did not feel safe. I have been dropped off and picked up at that location 3 times in the last couple of months and have NEVER seen another company use the rental car remote location. Also if you have several pieces of luggage be aware that you will need to maneuver an elevator to get to the train level, ride the train to the main terminal. Not sure will continue to use this remote parking facility because of the remote drop off location.

Great daily rates. The valet service is a nice perk (cheaper than self-parking too!). The shuttle drivers and staff are friendly and helpful. Wait times are generally short for pick-up and drop-off. The car's waiting for you when you return!

I've only used this parking lot once. I did some research on other parking lots but this one had pretty good reviews. I liked that I could pay in full online. I've used another parking lot near Orlando Intl airport and they require a deposit and then you pay in full, but at this place efficiency was excellent! Since I paid in full all I did when I got there was drop my keys off, got my tag and less than 10 mins we were off to the airport. After my trip I called them to pick me up - I waited probably 10-12 mins for the shuttle. As soon as we got back to the lot my car was waiting, I got in and left. If you're looking for quick and efficient this is the place to use.

I've used Memorial 4-5 times in the last 12 months. In most instances, I've been very happy. Two days ago, on our return to Tampa, we had to wait 28 minutes for pick-up at 9AM (prime time). Memorial was only using one of several available vans. Since the van had just left the pick up area with another passenger, we had to wait for the driver to complete his airport pick-up circuit, return to Memorial and then drive back to our pick-up area. I asked that a manager call me to discuss the situation; 48 hours later, I have not received a call. Because of prior positive experiences, I might use them again; however, I'm looking for alternatives.

Tampa is the closest airport that offers decent flight options to meet our needs. Knowing that on-airport parking is expensive, we searched for off-airport sites and are very pleased we found Memorial. We have now used them 3 times and will be parking there next week for our next air travel. The service has always been friendly, the wait going to the airport is almost non-existent and the wait to be picked up upon return has never been more than 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend Memorial.

My husband was hesitant to park 'off site' at TPA, but I convinced him. Everything went very smoothly and we arrived at TPA about 20 minutes after we pulled into the parking lot. We arrived late at night and the van to pick us up was there within about 15 minutes of calling them and our vehicle was ready for us to go. Just found out that they even have a new 'loyalty' program and booked for a trip next week. Husband was very pleased with their service and we would have used Memorial even without the new loyalty program! Great job!

During the Thanksgiving holiday I flew from Tampa to Indianapolis and left my car with Memorial Parking, my husband set this service up for me. It was easy to find as I was coming from Bradenton. Pulled into the lot and was immediately greeted by an attendant who directed me where to park. I took my luggage to the kiosk, presented my printed reservation and was told I needed to leave my keys which I was unprepared to do. I, did ,however leave the keys with concerns that I was in hopes my Mercedes would be well taken care of, I was assured it would be. I was immediately taken to the airport and dropped off.It was pointed out to me where I should be when I needed to be picked up on my return trip. Upon arriving back to Tampa I called the number on my ticket and I was promptly picked up in about 7 minutes.Arriving at the lot my car was ready with the keys in the front seat all ready to go. Car was in perfect condition, service was personable and fast. Have already booked for my Christmas holdiay. Rates were a little more but am OK with it. I think this is a great place to park when flying out of Tampa. They are friendly, help with luggage, the car is waiting for you when you return. The vans are clean and in good operating order. Its a great price and you can't beat it. The new Tampa Airport drop off/pickup was a little confusing the first time since they drop you at the remote location. You get on a monorail to the main terminal. So when you return, call when you get on the monorail and they will be there when you get off. This new drop off is true for all remote parking companies.

after my trip I had trouble with my car. Couldn't get it started. These gentlemen went way out of their way to help me get it started but it wouldn't hold a charge . So they help me get the car to a shop around the corner that they knew and bring me back to their place so I can wait for a ride. The shop they took me to was right around the corner , they called me within an hour and said they got my car running in the young man took me back to the shop to get my car. I will always use Memorial Airport parking from now on these guys were awesome, and I was traveling by myself but I didn't feel alone or scared, thank you to the two young men that helped me. I've had better experiences at other airports, but for TPA, this is a winner. Their location seems strange and sketchy but is actually located in a VERY ideal place. Even during craaazzzyyy rush hour traffic, and us being quite late because of said traffic, the shuttle had us on the road and to the terminal in less than 15 mins after arriving. The ride to the airport takes only five minutes, if that. Returning was an easy phone call and the shuttle was there in no time. They had the car pulled up and staged for us to hop right in when we got back (even at 1:00 am as it was!) Most staff was very friendly. Return shuttle driver was a bit stressed out, which made him a bit short, but not unfriendly, per se.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical with leaving my car anywhere but at the airport parking. The guys at Memorial Airport Parking were really good about everything through the whole process. Specifically the gentleman Luis (that picked me up from the airport) was very polite and had great customer service. This has now become my solution for parking when having to travel via TPA!

We normally use Memorial Airport parking when flying out of TPA and have always been happy with the fast and friendly service. They are less expensive than parking at the extended term airport lot and as long as the shuttle doesn't wait around for many others is just as fast.

I could not get them to come pick me up when I returned from my trip. I had gotten up at 4:00 AM to fly from Spokane to Tampa, because I wanted to miss the Tampa area rush hour. I landed at 3:55 called them at 4:10 PM after picking up my luggage, which they said to do. The attendant finally answered the phone on my 4th try (called every 5 minutes), said the driver would arrive within 15 minutes, well to make a long story short it took him over an hour to arrive. I finally drove out to Memorial's parking lot at 5:45 PM right into the middle of Tampa rush hour for a long slow trip home. They only have ONE driver and Apparently ONE lot attendant. I will pay more next time and not park with Memorial!

We parked here for the first time and it was super easy, connivence, affordable and the staff was nice. The only down side the walk from the terminal to the pick up but that a airport policy and depending on who you fly it could be closer. They drop you right off in front of your check in for departure and help with bags and all. Over all I will and have booked again.

This is our go-to for Tampa airport parking every time. If you dont want to put your friends out for those nerve wracking departures with TSA you cant go wrong. Inexpensive easy online booking, gated facility, timely shuttles, Very courteous drivers. These are outdoor un-covered fenced lots for your vehicle with a covered seating area of benches to wait for your shuttle. We have been using these facilities for 4 years now and highly recommend Memorial Airport Parking.

Parking at Memorial is the best deal going !! Parking here is so easy ,pay in advance,drop ur car off ,wait no longer than fifteen minutes & the van drops U at the airport in ten minutes ! Returning is just as easy & ur auto is waiting for U when U return .No looking for ur car at the airport @ 1:00 in the morning !! Great !!

Have parked here a number of times and service to & from airport was excellent Last year we had a problem with clutch on our Honda Civic just as we got to the lot. Attendants helped push the car into the lot & had their mechanic check it out while we were gone. Upon arriving back car was ready to go. Apparently something minor had happened , was fixed & there was no charge .
