I had a wonderful experience using this parking facility. It was so smooth and easy. I booked/paid ahead of time. I was able to make adjustments to my reservation (extending my reservation time) the day before -which was easy and convenient. When we arrived, the shuttle was waiting and the driver had loaded my luggage onto the shuttle before I even locked up my car. On the return trip, pick up was fast and easy -they provide you with a card detailing instructions on where to meet the shuttle and the app allows you to call the shuttle to pick you up. As we checked out, we had access to free bottles of cold water -very needed after traveling all day. Great experience. Highly recommend and will use again.

Good covered parking. 2 stars less for two big reasons. First is price. Unless you have a corporate discount this place is far too expensive. Second is for shuttle frequency. Yes it’s quick when you first drop off your car, but getting picked up at the airport is a different story. Often times you will see multiple Parking Spot 2 shuttles before seeing a Parking Spot 1. They need way more shuttles. Especially at night.

The Parking Spot really works out very well every time we park at the airport. We are able to reserve, pay, and arrange for pickup on the app. They pick you up and drop you off right at your car. We have used them many times and I've never experienced any delays. Highly recommended!

Easy to book, convenient location, and they have plenty of vans to get you to and from your terminal in timely fashion. Drivers are courteous and safe. Vans are comfortable. Easy to make reservations. Attendant let's you know where to park (Covered is the only way to go!!) and the shuttle bus is soon picking you and your luggage up to transfer to the airport. Paying ahead of time very convenient and saves some $.. Being a member gets you points to use toward free days. Checking out is easy with QR Code. Have use The Parking Spot many times at LAX and PHX Sky Harbor Airport. Wouldn't park anywhere else. Staff has always been wonderful, especially twice when we called saying we'd be a couple of days more due to airline problems.

Great spot in a good location. The shuttle picked me up from my car and dropped me off back at my car spot. They provide a little slip of paper with your parking spot on it to hand to the driver upon your return and free water bottles as you leave. Drivers were very hospitable. Loved this experience and would use Parking Spot again. Great service for a great price!

I am a believer now. Using The Parking Spot 1 at (PHX Airport) Washington was a great experience. Someone at the booth when entering and exiting. Someone waiting to pick up me and my bag at my vehicle. And catching a bus at the airport to take me back to my vehicle. No problems. No stress. I will certainly be doing it again--personally as well as on business trips.

This was the first time parking at the Phoenix location of the Parking Spot. Check in using the QR code on my phone was quick and easy. I enjoyed a nice discount due to my employer and shuttle ride was fast. Upon return we were dropped off at our car and enjoyed a cold bottle of water after paying at the gate to leave. Will definitely use again when traveling out of PHX!

I park here over 200 days per year and could not feel better about this place! The shuttles are always super fast and the drivers are incredibly professional. I made a mistake with a reservation and the manager was beyond helpful to correct it. The facility is very secure and this will always be my first choice in parking when flying out of the PHX airport!

I may wait a few minutes at the airport when going back to pick up my car, but it's never been too long to complain. I will continue to park my vehicle here.

They take the stress out of airport parking. The app is wonderful and so easy to use. Easily make a reservation, check-in by scanning a barcode, if you have a saved method of payment, you can grab your complimentary bottle of water, and simply scan and leave. They email you the receipt. Shuttles and drivers are great. The app even shows you where the pick-up spots are, live updates of where the shuttles are, and even notifies the shuttle if your location finds you in one of those pick-up areas. Price is very reasonable for safe, covered parking :)

terminal 3 was under construction when I was parked and picked up by the driver. He suggested me to go to terminal 4 instead and take sky train to terminal 3 which saves a lot of time. Very thoughtful and friendly staff!

First time using The Parking Spot for our spring break trip, and it was flawlessly easy and tons cheaper than parking on site at Sky Harbor. The covered lot was well lit and secure. We reserved our spot ahead of time and received a QR code that granted us access to the lot. An attendant directed us to a spot, despite our arrival at 10 pm for a red eye flight. The shuttle was fast and the driver was polite. It was maybe a 5 minute trip from the lot to the curb of terminal 4. Upon our return, we just had to exit to the north side of the terminal and the shuttle was waiting to take us back to the lot. We will be using the Parking Spot from now on. Highly recommend.

I had forgotten to take my travel documents our of our car and remembered just before we left the lot. The other passengers and the driver of the shuttle were very understanding and allowed the driver to take us back to our car. They even waited for me to look for the documents. I used this parking service for the first time just recently. The app made it simple to reserve my spot and the staff made it easy to enter and guided me where to park. Their airport shuttle was there almost before I got out of my car! Easy peasy. But even better, my car had starting issues when I got back from my trip and the staff went out of their way to help me - even volunteering their mechanic to see if he could help. I ultimately had to get a tow truck to take it to the dealership and they were accommodating with that as well. The Parking Spot 1 is my new place to leave my car when I fly out of Sky Harbor!

What can I say? My car was there when I got back just like I left it! Pick-up and drop off service was good, etc. If you have a coupon or reservation, be sure to put it in the ticket machine when you drive into the parking lot. Makes the whole thing a lot easier. As I arrived there was a friendly employee to greet me and help me scan my reservation. He told me exactly how to get to my row, where there was another employee to guide me to my covered parking space. A shuttle was already waiting in the row for the arrivals to board, and the driver kindly loaded my luggage. It was a short trip to the airport, where the driver placed my luggage on the sidewalk, and I walked right in to check-in. Upon my return, I only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The driver again loaded my luggage onto the shuttle and placed it in my car when we returned to The Parking Spot. The service is so fast, secure, reliable and inexpensive, why would you choose any other way to get to the airport?

App calling the shuttle was great as it showed your on a map where to meet and you can see in real time where the shuttle is. Also drop off was right at your parking spot. Military discounts available and cheap prices for how close to the airport it is. Super easy and convenient, this location is secure (24hr gate guard) and worth every penny. Almost every space has covered parking which is great during the summer so you don’t return to a hot car. The shuttle runs 24/7 from this location (not like the parking spot #2)

A great website where I made my reservation for my trip. Down loaded the app so all I had to do was scan the icon and in we went. The driver helped us find a spot for our truck and loaded our bags on the transport bus......he gave us a handy card with our parking space noted and a few minutes later we were at the airport. Upon our return we were quickly picked up at the terminal and delivered right to our vehicle....we pulled up to the exit and the attendant quickly scanned our code again and thanked us.....we were out quickly and on our way home. The location is great (easy to get to and from). The shuttles are always ready to take you to the airport and are the most frequent buses to pick you up. Never have to call and the bus shows up in minutes. I like their cell phone app that is ready to display your ticket when you arrive and depart the parking area. Parking Spot 1 is a completely roofed large parking garage.I travel a lot and I've used many of the other airport parking services. This one is by far the best for me!

Since I found The Parking Spot 1 I haven’t even thought about parking anywhere else. The service is great from the bus pulling up almost before you get out of your car, they put your bags on & off and all the drivers are very nice & helpful! They circle the airport frequently, I think I have only waited over 5 minutes a couple of times! Leaving their complex is always pleasant and will give you a cold bottle of water which I really appreciate. There is always a coupon available online to reduce your cost!

Parking with the Parking Spot was easy and economical. It was also a very safe location, proven by the fact that we got back after a week and found that I had left the window down in my car! All the personal articles in the car were there, along with some extra dust from a windstorm a couple of days previously. The shuttle arrived within a couple of minutes after parking, the driver was friendly and courteous, got our luggage loaded, and got us to the terminal quickly. When we left the lot, the attendant handed us bottles of water for the drive home! We will definitely park there again.

I absolutely LOVE the Parking Spot. I park at #1 which is all covered. I could not be happier with the service and pricing. I park once a week so it saves me a lot of money each trip. Each employee I come into contact with whether at the entrance gate or the drivers, are all friendly and courteous. The service is very prompt. I park my car, they pick me up, put my luggage on the shuttle, give me a card to remind of the spot I parked it and drop me off at the curb of the airport. When I come home, the shuttle is not long away. I may wait 5 minutes, but rarely more. They take me directly to my car and load it for me. There is even an app now so you can log in your spot # and see exactly where the shuttles are on a map. It's fantastic. If you are a card member, you accumulate points to receive occasional free days. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Finding the Parking Spot only 15 minutes from the airport on their shuttle makes leaving the car at the airport an easy and pleasant experience. We easily made reservations ahead of time. Drove in found a great spot to park. The bus was right there to take us to the airport. Upon arriving again at home we saw a bus outside and hopped on. We however, didn't notice that we hopped on the wrong Parking Spot bus. The driver was super nice though and took us to Parking Spot one and dropped us off. Great experience and we will always use this place whenever we fly.

We started using them because they had covered parking. I like having the card to make a reservation. We never have to wait that long after we arrive and get our luggage. They even put our luggage in the car for us! This last time, we got to the car and our battery was dead! We were lucky that they had a charger and got us on way.

The covered parking area is large and is very nice. The lot is fully enclosed by a fence that gives it a great sense is security. I was impressed when the shuttle driver pulled the shuttle up to my vehicle before I had finished grading all of my luggage. He helped me load my stuff and I didn't have to walk anywhere to locate the shuttle. The ride was quick and uneventful, which is perfect. Upon my return, I retreived my vehicle and proceeded to the exit. The cashier was so friendly and offered me a cold bottle of water. This was unexpected and something that I was very grateful for because it was well over 100°F at that time of day.

The Parking Spot is so convenient and priced right. I love knowing that my vehicle is safe while I’m away. I don’t have to drag my luggage any farther than the curb of the airport. As soon as I pull into the lot and park, the bus driver is there at my vehicle ready to load my luggage and drive me to the airport. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. This company is the BEST I have experienced! Covered parking there is so simple. Best if you make a reservation online. When you arrive, just present your reservation to the attendant and you will be given a "SPOT" number. You also get a free newspaper and a bottle of water for you and your passengers. We always use the Parking Spot when flying out of Sky Harbor Airport. They always pick you up within a couple of minutes within arriving at the Parking Spot, take your luggage, and deliver you to your terminal quickly. When you depart the airport, within five minutes, one of their vans picks you up and takes you directly to where your car is parked. We have never had a problem nor do we expect to. Believe me, they have this down pat and best of all, it is very economical to park your car here. They also have discounts for AAA members saving you even more. Well they are a little expensive so make sure you have coupon to help with the sticker shock when you leave after being parked for a week. But hey, at least it is covered parking at this location so you cannot complain to much. They will give you a new paper upon entering if you want it and cold water when you leave. Although the bus service is awesome when you arrive and you get to the airport within about 10 mins of you parking your car, when you are leaving the airport is another story. But it is not all bad, it just takes a bit longer as you must wait to make sure you get on the right bus since there are a few locations. All in all, not bad, not bad at all. Definitely check them out as I have been using them for years!

Check In: Security has always been a concern of mine as a frequent woman traveling along. Upon checkin someone is always there to assist and direct you to the proper location for immediate pickup. The bus is always waiting on the aisle for assistance with your bags and again immediate pickup. Airport Return: I always call the attendant so they now i a awaiting bus services so by the time I arrive outside they are there or my wait time is never over 5 minutes. Check Out: it’s a easy process however sometimes it does take longer than other or what I would expect because it’s always only one attendant working. Oh and I absolutely love the water coolers there for the customers convenience.

Three stars as they provide good service but.... I had a cancelled flight and had to fly out the next day and they charged me almost $7 for this pleasure, so minus one star for that ... They stopped going to terminal 2 randomly so now you have to call and it takes longer to be picked up. Along with that when they drop you off at terminal 2 you are the absolute last to get off the bus, so allocate at least another 5 minutes for this. Minus another star. Do yourself a favor and use airport parking.

The Parking Spot employees are the best. Once when I was having trouble locating the spare key under the fender a shuttle driver noticed and brought me a flashlight and helped find the key holder. But the last experience was truly amazing. My husband could not find the car keys as he was packing to return to PHX. Finally he gave up and hoped that he had merely left them behind in the car. Luckily the Parking Spot has references for locksmiths and he wouldn't have to struggle with that part. But lo and behold when he got to the car there were the keys in an envelope on the windshield. They must've dropped out of his pocket in the shuttle and the driver was caring and astute enough to track down the car. Truly way-above-the-norm service and greatly appreciated.

For the price you think they would have better customer service but they do not. Had a reservation for my spot, added a car wash, which I'd never done before, and they never cleaned my vehicle. Was told I HAD to park in the truck parking ad my truck is big and lifted. So parked it, went on my business trip, came back and my vehicle wasn't cleaned. Stated this when I was checking out and they said, "Oh you have to tell us you paid for your vehicle being washed." Really? I have a reservation so why am I telling you what's on the reservation? What is the point of it then? Woman in the check out was super passive aggressive. Another time, they only had one check out lane after 4th of July so waiting 45 minutes to leave and same woman from previous had her 10ish year old son working. Ridiculous!

Nice friendly service update: Have been parking here for 2 months, as the overpriced Crowne Plaza down the street was WAY overcharging for monthly parking. I'd finally had it with them jacking their rates up, and up, and up. This past trip, I decided to also give their car wash/detail a try. I've been using Francis and Sons on 7th street and Indianola and they had just detailed my car 2 months ago and it SUCKED (so goodbye to them as well). I was not expecting to see my car the way I did when I picked it up this morning. 7 year old car - looks BRAND NEW! Robert is rightfully very proud of the work he and his team do. He walked me all around the car - even pointing out the things he'd cleaned/polished/vacuumed that I had no idea was needed. It was an EXCEPTIONAL job and I *highly* recommend getting work done there while you're out of town. So simple to do as well, and you don't have to sit around for hours at a car wash place if no one is available to pick you up. Just - poof - you come home to a GREAT car detail!

Unfortunately, we returned to Terminal 3 which is under construction. Our institutions were to call and let them know when we arrived as there isn't a shuttle stop right now. When we called, the phone would ring 20 times and then time out. I called eight times. Then we found a number for Parking Spot 2 and called them. Turned out the PS1 telephone system wasn't working. This is not a Valet parking, but don't worry for walking long. 1. On the way to go, they guide you the aisle where the shuttle bus waiting. You can get on the bus just behind you. 2. On the way back, the bus will come to your car, referring the ticket of the spot where you parked, handed by the bus driver at #1. You are in front of your car when getting off the bus. Points: No walk, no search (when return), keep your key (not valet)
