My first time parking here was slick and easy so far. I purchased online a week ahead and printed the admission paper with the barcode. Upon arrival, scanned the barcode, drove in, parked, walked to the front, pushed the page button and less than 10 minutes later the shuttle bus picked me up. It seems the return will be just as easy.

We got to the lot about 2 hours before the previously scheduled time, but it didn't matter. There was ample parking available, .. called for a pickup and they arrived within 5 minutes. The driver was very courteous and truly deserved a tip! Upon our arrival 6 days later, (20 minutes late) we called for a pickup at Terminal 4 at arrival to bagage claim. We arrived at the Courtesy 7 pickup point and a driver was there within 5 minutes. This driver was so very patient with the folks who had forgotten where they had parked, but once he figured it all out he took us safely to Sundance. We scanned our paper, and we were on our way. The price to park was much less expensive than the East Economy lot where we have parked previously. THUMBS UP!!!!

Affordable parking with a convenient shuttle. Plan for the shuttle to take 10-15 minutes to arrive just in case. The parking lot does not indicate this, but NO IN AND OUT PRIVILEGES. Make sure you can make a second booking if your flight gets cancelled, because you won’t be able to return once you’ve left, even if it’s before your reservation is over. This can be a problem when there is a reservation blackout due to the holidays and your flight gets cancelled.

Took a 14 day trip to Michigan from Phoenix airport. The Parking lot looked secure and the shuttle came in under 10min. No complaints there. The driver asked what airline we were using (American airlines) and took us right to the entrance for American airlines checkin. When we arrived back we went to the designated location for pickup at PHX and called the automated phone number and a shuttle came a few minutes later. There was a little confusion if we where getting on the right shuttle because it didn't say Sundance on the side but we asked the driver and it cleared up the confusion. All and all it's great, CHEAP, Parking. 5 stars

We parked here for 8 days and were very happy with the service. After I'd made my reservation, I later needed to extend the amount of days, which I wasn't able to find how to do it on their website. I called, and their customer service person was extremely helpful, and even called me back to confirm the extension. They really need to have a sign showing drop-off and pickup procedures, so here are a couple hot tips. Make darn sure you have your QR code with you, upon entering their lot. When you drive in, you'll see a rather large, decrepit, abandoned building which faces the main street--that's where the van will pick up you and your luggage. Drop off your luggage there first, go park, and then walk back to the front of the decrepit building. There'll be a buzzer you push, where you'll talk to an attendant who will summon your van. It came quickly. Ask the driver for the airport pickup instruction card for when you return. We had Marcus as our pickup driver--he was very courteous, carried our stuff, and entertained us during the ride to the airport. 5-stars for Marcus!! Follow the easy instruction card for when you get back. We lucked out, in that there was a van already parked near Door 7. (If not, you just call for a pickup). We had Nate the driver who was as personable as Marcus. Very friendly and helpful, and similarly loaded and unloaded our luggage. Getting out of the lot was a bit more challenging. Van will drop you off where it picked you up in front of the decrepit building. Again, leave you luggage there and go get your car. On the backside of said decrepit building is another scanner for exit (only). Be sure you drive to that scanner, and then scan your QR code in the scanner. I stayed extra days, so it correctly calculated what I owed. There's a credit card machine next to the scanner, and everything worked fine. After that, the gate magically opened and we were on our way. I didn't mean to make this review sound complicated; it really is easy if you do things right. And just remember--I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed.

Some people have left some odd reviews for this place. I've used them a few times and never had a problem. They are close to the airport, offer a free shuttle, and are much cheaper than parking at the airport. They are also somewhat small. That's a big bonus. Some of the other park and fly places are huge and a nightmare when trying to find your car in the heat.

Outside parking that's relatively safe and a ride to the airport upon request. Our car's two week stay wasn't bad and the cost was reasonable.

I used a third party to book this facility. The process is simple. You get into the lot by scanning your receipt. Park where there is an open spot. When leaving scan the receipt and pay any remaining balance and go. Also, if the lot is full you can use the larger sister lot 0.5 mile away.

Had my SUV parked at the Sundance lot for two weeks it was secured and kept safely. The customer service is excellent. The shuttles are well maintained and very clean. All the staff I interacted with were friendly. The shuttle drivers will help you with your bags. The shuttles also run 24/7 and free which is nice. The only thing you need to do is call them for pick up. The lobby stays open until 1 am at Sundance. So if you have any Groupon deals be sure to get them to match your rate before leaving. My experience was really good and will be using this company for my future parking needs when I go out of town again.

I prepaid to leave my car here and it was very easy and convenient the shuttle was prompt but did have to make a few stops but i always give myself plenty of time and when i picked up my car it was easy but for some reason there machine made me pay an extra 20 cents which is not bad but i was back earlier than i prepaid for so i should not of owed any money and is why i am leaving three stars! Update used them again and everything was great got me to the airport on time and once i got back only had to wait a couple minutes.

For discount airport parking this turned out to be a pretty good deal. It's a little ways away from the airport so plan your time accordingly. There is a free shuttle service which is easy. The parking was a little tight when we arrived so please park carefully. The shuttle got us to exactly where we needed to be and we only waited a few minutes for them upon our return. The staff at Sundance was helpful, courteous and professional. One time we arrived and the sign said the lot was full, after speaking with the staff we were quickly and efficiently directed to a lot down the street who honored our reservation and pricing.

Inexpensive and convenient. Dropped off the vehicle at about 5am. Had printed out our online reservation, so just scanned it to get into the lot. Parked and called the shuttle, which arrived within 5 minutes to take us to the airport. When we got back, called the shuttle and by the time we walked to the pick-up spot it was waiting for us. Our battery had died when we were gone. Went to the office and were provided a portable battery with cables to use to jump the vehicle. Very helpful. The vehicle was undisturbed while we were gone - there were even a few spider webs between our vehicle and the one next to it. Will use again.

Best rates in town, hands down! Now, if you have early morning travel, and the shuttle doesn't come, and you have to keep pushing the button to speak with someone, all they say is: the shuttle should be coming shortly, in which, the 6 of us waited 45 min for a shuttle. It's almost better to fork up the money, to get better shuttle service.

Price was good and service great. Shuttle wait was less than 5 minutes each way. Found out our ticket didn't print the bar code when we got back. Our driver Philip called and made sure someone was there to fix the problem before we left the airport. When we arrived the problem was taken care of and we were on our way. Great service. We will use them again.

Parked my car here for a 3 day trip. I was able to book a reservation on line. Parking was straight forward, and the shuttle to/from the Sky Harbor airport was quick. I'll use this parking lot again. Oh by the way, the price was very reasonable compared to other lots.

Prices are best in town with complimentary shuttle still included. JC was very prompt to pick us up from the Sundance lot, which was perfect as it was a fairly hot evening. He delivered us directly to our proper drop-off even with the limited information we could recall of our flight. JC demonstrated safe driving and courteous demeanor. More drivers like JC!

Good parking lot with awesome customer service. I forgot my wallet in parking lot and just realized after the shuttle dropped off me at airport. I called them back and the front desk helped me with a pick up and drop off from and to airport again. Thanks again to Sundance Airport Parking.

Lot and building are old and run down. Shuttle service was good to the airport but on the way back was a problem as this is not their primary lot.i actually had to switch shuttles in the sky harbor parking lot. Not the best experience. I will not use this lot again.
