Adamus MaximusClean parking garage. Located between Chase field and Talking stick Arena. Or as us who have been here a while Bank 1 ballpark and America West Arena. Great lighting and good police presence to keep an eye on your car and keep hoodlums at bay. Plenty of handicapped parking on every floor. Elevator along with stairs are available. At the basketball arena a separate stair set connects you from street level to second floor going over the street allowing you to bypass jaywalking. When I am near this location needing a parking space any time of day I choose this garage and recommend to others.

Dennis ThompsonGood place to park for both stadiums. The attendant was hard to understand when asked how to get to the handicapped parking. The 1st level handicapped parking is hard to find. Elevators are located in odd areas of the garage. Both caused additional walking.
Bill StarkThe garage layout was good, no fenderbenders despite the after concert rush. Getting in was tough due to the long traffic light on Jefferson but staff was at the gates getting folks in as quickly as possible.
Nancy WoolardVery convenient, clean and safe but it took us 45 minutes to exit after the Suns game. Probably will not park there again unless we’re early enough to be on a lower level.

Megan RemaiI park here every day because I work in tbe area. The greeters at the entrances are extremely friendly and helpful. Plus, there are police vehicles parked there ALL the times. It makes me feel safe and I think its highly unlikely that my vehicle will be messed with.
Jordana HighleyPretty typical parking garage. Parking spaces are larger in size which makes it great for getting littles in and out with much hassle. Exit lanes were a little on the smaller side though. I drive a fairly large vehicle and did get a little nervous on a turn or two while following the exit signs.
K HandleyConvenient location for the convention we were attending. Pretty affordable at 5 to 12 bucks for the day. Seems pretty safe. We haven't ever had or witnessed a break in or other situation. Only bummer is if you hit event traffic coming or going. Or I guess sometimes it fills up early and they won't let more in. But it can be reserved online AND there are other places nearby to park as well.
Soft TouchThis is a safe parking garage. Each level is very well cleaned and maintained. It cost $15 to park here for a couple hours but it’s worth it if your attending a venue at the talking stick resort arena. It’s directly across the street. There are elevators on each level that have good lighting and are handicap friendly. They have security guards and a single ATM machine on the first level. This is a big structure downtown so there are some amazing views of surrounding buildings. So go park here and have some fun knowing your vehicle is in safe hands.

Matthew WashingtonYou can prepay for event parking. Booms! And the police use the bottom floor for parking, so security is awesome. We use this garage for ALL events downtown. Just the best garage out there.

Anne WenkThe escalator is not currently working and the elevator is too small to try to take after the game. I have trouble walking let alone on stairs and there were many of us struggling with the stairs after the game.
