I love parking garages!!!! This one has relatively modern architecture and layout compared to others, with dual lane ramps to allow for efficient traffic in and out of the location. Height is relatively good, I drive a lifted truck and I fit just fine. It's spacious and roomy, and there's usually parking even during rushes. I love to park here and go to reading terminal and buy some really nice steaks for my family.

Felt safe. Its a block up from my hotel on Archer St. I paid for 4 days in advance as it was cheaper then valeting with my hotel. If you have a plastic view on your wallet or badge the reader can pick up the barcode through the film -trick saved me a lot of time to keep up with the ticket and keeping it straight. Parking during the week is cheaper but be careful to park in the red reserved spaces in the noon time if your only visiting the Terminal Market for the day; luckily located across the street from the garage.

Although it's a little pricey, it's in a great spot next to the Home2 Suites and Reading Terminal Market. If you're staying overnight, make sure you choose the "hotel with in/out privileges" option at the top when you get to the machines. You'll prepay but your ticket will have a barcode you can scan subsequent times you enter the garage. Ours was good until 4pm the day we checked out. You can enter the garage from Arch (via a ramp that crosses over Cuthbert), Cuthbert (often congested in the morning), or Filbert (great backup option if Cuthbert is gridlocked) streets. When you exit, you have options to do so onto 12th street or Filbert. If you have a hard time finding parking on the way up, you can take one of the cut-throughs to start heading down and likely find some other good options. There are some reserved spaces here and there, so watch the signs! I'm not a fan of some of the tight turns at some points in the garage, but I think this is typical of ones of this type. There are elevators on the 12th and 13th street sides of the garage. Stairs are available too, of course, although the stretch between the 2nd and ground floor feels really long. The whole thing is one way, but we encountered a driver with horrible skills going the wrong way while we were hunting for a spot. Although she got out of our way eventually it was both frustrating and comical to watch her attempts to back up without hitting us or any of the parked cars. Moral of the story: The garage is good but not all drivers are!

Great garage, good location for reading terminal, Marriott, Lowe's, Hard Rock, Field House and more. I am a monthly pass holder and the staff is always accommodating and friendly if I need any assistance. I would recommend this garage.

Easy in, easy out. If you go shopping at Reading Terminal Market, make sure to get your ticket validated, reduces the price of parking by quite a bit.

This is the only place I can park my Jeep downtown. Those of you with trucks and larger SUVs, this is the place. 6'10" clearance. I have a Jeep with a lift and 37" tires, including light bar. It fits with 3-4" of clearance.

Bloody expensive. Do Not take a large vehicle. The corners are very tight and so are the parking spaces. Nearest parking g fir Reading Terminal Market and very close for the Phila. Convention Center.

Clean well lit garage near city hall and convention center. A lot of homeless citizens nearby can be a challenge sometimes, but otherwise a nice spot to park.

Right across the street from the reading street market so it is super convenient. Make sure you bring your ticket with you to get it validated if you are going there to get the reduced parking rate.

Not bad. Extremely convenient to where we had to go everyday. It was literally right across the street. It saved us in heels. However I do not know what was paid for the whole day.

Thus garage is located next to Reading Terminal, the Marriott hotel and the Pennsylvania Convention Center. It is right in the middle of the action which explains why it is expensive to park here.
