Very convenient and easy. Near everything and cheap. Covered garage or outdoor parking. Spaces are a little tight but for 10 bucks all day vs. a parking ticket from a expired meter… weight your options. Will go there again.

Price is the best in Center City. Every night from 5pm and weekends is just $7. No time counter. There are enough lots so no problem. But when I tried to use in Saturday and maybe a Car show was in the city, the gate was closed due to no space to park.

Best parking option in Philly city center. It's the cheapest and most convenient. $10/day during weekend and it is walking distance from City Hall and most downtown attractions. Much better than paying 40+ or 50+ in other garages. Plenty of spaces to park.

Wow, I got $7 parking over the weekend. This is completely covered parking and in a great location. It is just outside of 676. Highly recommend it.

Great prices relative to other parking garages in Philly. Not too far from Center City and public transit to get to where you need to go. Early bird specials during the week can cover you for the whole workday for $15. Has minimal outside parking but plenty of parking in the garage structure itself. Close access to Route 695 for easy commute.

Low price! We parked on a Sunday for about 4 hours and paid only $9. Cheaper than all other garages in the vicinity. Highly recommended parking your car here if you're at Philly!

This garage is well maintained, in a super-convenient location, and the price can't be beat! The low price for evening and weekend parking is amazing. It's a short walk to City Hall and getting into and out of the garage is a breeze. We direct all our friends to park here when visiting Philly, and even those who are afraid to drive in the city have no issues with this garage as it's located directly off of the expressway (Vine St/676). Zero "city driving" is required to access this garage. Also, it's a great spot to park when staying at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown; it's directly across the street, and significantly less expensive than Sheraton parking on weekends.

Park here because it is close to work. Place got better when they fixed the elevators. They both work now. Not sure why people work there, they have automated machines that they tell you to pay at. But for some reason there are several people behind the glass wall now, that I'm not sure what they do.

All I gotta say $7.00 a vehicle at night and weekends!!! And 3 blocks from William Penn (City Hall)!!! I've parked in Center city not even 4 blocks away and it was $7.00 for 20 minutes or $32.00 + for the night even on the weekends or on the Street and gotten a $300.00+ ticket! ! I think we have all did that and I don't need to say anything else except it's where I always park at night and on the weekends! ;)

Amazing prices, great easy location for walking to center city. Best price if you park after 5pm or on the weekends. The night manager is super helpful and found my receipt when i lost my paid ticket.

My husband and I were constantly going to Hannamam Hospital and always had trouble finding parking. They have a flat rate of $5's after 5pm. The service was outstanding! Our truck was too big to fit in the front entrance and the attendants were always kind enough to open the side and go as far as to move the orange cons and let us park.. they would not take any tips from us and we were going there for 6-9 mnths. Great people, helpful and always curious! 5 stars from me!

This place is convenient but it's difficult to find parking here most days. Also, last year the elevator was broken for a long time and there was no discount. Cheaper than a lot of places in this area but still expensive $16-18 for a work day.

Between the best rates in the city, great service, a quick payment process, this is simply the best paid parking you can find in Philadelphia. When not using street parking, I'll occasionally park my car here overnight and on weekends. I always feel as though my car is safe. Additionally, there's no better option when it snows; the PPA has a $5 snow emergency deal that can't be beat.

Good cheap and it’s a really good place to take pictures on the top and there is little bit confusing ways but you will figure it out or ask someone.I’m not lying there is consign ways in there to get up and stuff. So you should go there if you are visiting that place for a bit but not too long.

I wasn't at the garage, I pass it while walking during work. I do see that it's very popular and honestly haven't heard anything bad. But I recently saw the SLF (spotted latern fly) over there, & it was on the wall opposite the garage, overtop the highway.

Best kept secret in Philly. $7 all day on the weekends. The lot is nice, it has indoor and outdoor spots, is is a short walk to about everything, and it is easy to get to.

I love this parking garage. It's central to everything, just two blocks from city hall, five block from the Franklin Institute and Reading Terminal Market, and best of all it's just $7 for all day on the weekends.
