Can pre-purchase discounted rate on parking app (can't recall which at the moment). $20 rather than the $46 on site. The staff is definitely not friendly and did try to charge me the full price when I picked up my car, but I of course had my receipt on my phone and they corrected it. I have an electric car and they fully charged it while they had it which was fantastic.

You know when you’re having a crazy day and someone just absolutely makes your day and you know people are good at heart?! The attendant who checked me in yesterday (bald super sweet Spanish man but I didn’t get his name sadly) was so wonderful in honoring the 11 AM special given I had waited in line for about 20 minutes to enter the garage and finally made it at around 1102. It made me smile amongst the chaos in the world and Chinatown midday!! :) thank you to that man. I didn’t give it five stars because it is very very chaotic and jams up traffic at that time given so many people are trying to get in at the same time. Also it took about 30 minutes to get my car around 3pm as well. Thank god I wasn’t in too much of a rush.

It was a great stay overall. The cars were handled pretty fast, the staff is okay. I did not receive any damage to my car but I'm sure minor mistakes will happen from time to time. The thing I did not like is that I don't like how they did not post their prices anywhere. The only way was to find out online or ask them after you enter. I looked online.

Classic spot, amazing early bird prices for the lower east side. Everyone is always mad nice. Was a regular for a while, but I moved into Brooklyn and got rid of my car

Great staff here. These guys are quick. Rates are standard NYC parking rates but find them cheaper than garages closer to City Hall and the Federal buildings.

IT'S FUNNY HOW SOME PEOPLE COULD WRITTE WHATHEVER THEY WANT...IS JUST WHAT YOU SAID IT HAPPEND AND WHAT REALLY HAPPEND. I WORK AT A PARKING LOT FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM... YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT THERE IS A LOT OF HAPPY COSTUMERS... AS YOU CAN SEE, ONLY ONE BAD REVIEW DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING... YOU SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS AND NOT TRY TO ACCUSED OTHERS.

However, it faces Mo Street, and the streets are too narrow, making it inconvenient for vehicles to enter and exit. Pedestrians pass the entrance of this parking lot and walk. Also very inconvenient. (Original) 这个NYC Parking经营了大概都有40年的时间了，服务一般，近警察局，安全，但面临勿街，而勿街街道太隘，令到车辆出入不方便，行人经过此停车场门口，行走也很不方便。
