Nathan HolthI used Parking Panda / Spot Hero to pay for parking online. There is a machine for paying onsite too. It is an older garage and if you look carefully during your visit near the stairs you can see the broken remains of an old step elevator where you would stand on a step and the conveyor would take you up to the next level.
