Miss Eunice is the best! She is first class. The rides to and from the airport are frequent, the drivers are very nice and helpful, and the water at the exit is amazing. Would be nice if there were indicators telling drivers how many empty spaces there are on each floor when I drive through.

Very convenient to airport. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot due to all the construction delays on Century. I prefer this lot over most Century lots from other vendors. Also very close to the terminals so it is a short shuttle ride to the airport. I also like how the shuttles are frequent enough where I don't have to wait too long plus be overcrowded due to lack of frequent stops. With my AAA card, the parking is very affordable and worthwhile. Only small issue was when I got there on a Friday morning, the parking structure was very full and I was lucky to find a spot (a tight one) due to many cars taking up a few spots because they were oversized. I recommend a oversized charge for large trucks, etc.

The Parking Spot is great! Always my go to parking place when flying in and out of LAX. I’ll be honest - I usually always pick the cheapest option when it comes to something like parking, but paying a few extra bucks to park here or the Century location is worth it. The facility is clean, safe, provides free waters and bathrooms, and constantly has shuttles going back and forth from the airport. In my experience - gone are the days of waiting 30-60 minutes for a shuttle there/back. They are always no more than 5-10 minutes away. They also have a very generous rewards program as well that gives you free nights.

Easy online reservation, even got a AAA discount. Easy arrival, just scan the QR code emailed to you, and park wherever you like. Only a short walk to the shuttle pick up spot. Safe ride to the airport, driver was very polite. Our return and exit from the garage was easy as well.

This place gets minus one star for it's prices. That said, making a reservation and using AAA and member discounts can help with that! Mostly, I want to take time to mention how awesome Ernie Ana Analem were at both of the lax locations! I left the airport on my return flight and hopped into the first black polka dotted shuttle I could find, but ended up going to the Anaheim location rather than the century location, where my car actually was! The driver was really nice and gave me a ride to the correct location after I discovered my mistake. To make matters more complicated, my phone slipped out of my pocket in the shuttle and the staff was awesome about communicating with the drivers to have the phone passed off and driven back to the century location where it appeared in less than 20 minutes! The staff here really is great, and I really recommend using the app to book spots ahead and enjoying the service of this business!

We used the app to book our stay. It literally took us 15 minutes from the time we parked to to get to the airport! The shuttles are very frequent. The driver helped us with our bags. It was the same on our return. Great service!

Good place to park, good price, convenient, easy in and out, regular shuttles, safe and secure. Just be advised the shuttles run on the departure level, not arrivals. So you need to go to departure level to catch the shuttle back to the lot after you land ... No biggie, just be advised.

I was honestly worried after reading some reviews of the shuttle bus experiences but I used the Century location the day prior to go to a NFL game and had a good experience so I decided to give this place a shot. Arrived at 0400 and got on the shuttle within 5 minutes. When I arrived at LAX I was picked up within 10 minutes at terminal 1. Overall, it was a good experience with no issues.

We love using The Parking Spot whenever we travel. There are two locations at LAX. Century and Supelvada Blvd. The shuttles are little cute yellow busses with black spots, and you are able to see them coming from a distance. Be ready to hop on because they are on a tight schedule, and their dispatch center is in constant contact with their every move/where abouts. The Supelvada entry point was a little hard to find because several people are lined up at the In N Out drive thru, just drive around them so you don't miss your flight.

Good location. Quick shuttle to LAX. $38 for the day after AAA discount. However when you want to get picked up, you need to go to the top level (departures) not arrivals ( the shuttle on the App GPS was driving above me, and I didn't know, wasn't told where the pick up was). Just when you get your bags and walk out to the curb, go up one level.

Parking here is great! Super convenient location that is safe and secure, quick shuttles with friendly drivers. Only thing to note is that if you park on the rooftop, there is no elevator access, so you have to go down stairs one level or roll your luggage down the driveway ramp to get the elevator.

Shuttle was very convenient. I didn't even wait more than 2 minutes. Parking lot was clean, well maintenance, and well-lit (I felt safe when I arrived at night). Both departure and arrival shuttle drivers were very courteous, polite, and even helped me with my luggages. Cashier was friendly too. Great service! Follow instructions and you will have a pleasant experience. All drop off and pick ups are upstairs at departures. They are not allowed to pick you up downstairs at arrivals. Call them when you arrive to be picked up.

Easy service! I love booking online, using the app, and getting in and out quickly. I still think the parking is a little expensive compared to alternatives, but the convenience is worth it. The pick-up from the airport was fantastic! Being able to watch the shuttles in the app made it easy to plan my pick-up. I waited on the curb for less than 10 minutes.

This was the first time using the service. I had a returning flight late at night, so when I arrived, the attendant helped me find a spot on the main level. The shuttle was there and got to the airport in no time at all. Arriving late after delays, I was exhausted. I was so thrilled that when I walk out, the shuttle was there. Safe, easy access, easy payment. I departed super early and returned very late, and the garage was lit and safe with an employee presence. At most, I waited 15 mins for a shuttle. Only minor bummer is if you have heavy luggage, the last floor to get to the rooftop parking has no elevator access so you need to lug up a flight of stairs . Lastly, they have a cool AAA discount for members 👍🏼

Also signage could be improved where to wait once your flight has returned and you go up to departures and try to find "red shuttle" signs. This has been a good service for our parking instead of horrid Lot C!

I used my AAA membership discount and reserved my spot through The Parking Spot App. Finding the building was very easy and there was plenty of parking. After I dropped off my car, their shuttle took us straight to our gate at the airport. Upon return, their shuttle picked us up and took us back to the building. The shuttle drivers were very kind and even helped me with my suitcases. Very great experience. Did everything through the App.

Be sure to utilize your AAA discount if you have one! Also of note, if you pay in advance there is no refund, so be sure your travel plans are locked in place if you reserve before hand. A very easy, pleasant parking experience. If you use the app or website to make a reservation, you know all your costs up front. Arriving at the garage, I found the signage to be clear and easy to follow. Garage itself was immaculate. Plenty of staff to help direct you. If you enter and exit the garage by scanning a QR Code on your phone, entry and exit is really fast. Can't ask for more than that.

This is the first time I’ve left my car at the parking spot. It was great! I reserved my spot online, got my AAA discount, and scanned in using the app. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze. Definitely doing this again, it’s much cheaper than airport parking. I also noticed there’s a water refrigerator at the exit, although it’s closed right now because of COVID, I think it’s such a nice touch to offer water to your weary travelers. Hope they continue doing that post-covid!

The building was easy to find and park in (except for trying to navigate around the In 'n' Out line).Once we were parked, the waiting area was easy enough to find. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver was peppy and friendly. I used the restroom and it was clean. When we left our ticket wasn't working so we called the office from the kiosk. She rushed right over to help us and seemed happy about it. How nice!

Parking was plentiful, the structure was clean and inviting and the directional were signs easy to follow. The attendant was very helpful when I had a question on the bus's timing, and the shuttle driver was friendly and accommodating when I boarded. The trams drivers are not stopping at every pickup point. They’re drive by and slow down but don’t stop if you don’t hail them down. Parking spaces are nice sized. It would be a five star if they had more drivers to pick up and drop off.

I have used this service twice. During my first experience, I used the covered self-parking system. This was really about what you would expect from a parking lot. Finding a spot can become cumbersome if you are in a rush. The second time I used this service was when I used valet covered parking. The service was nice and quick and it is obviously preferred over any self park. When I arrived to pick up my car, there was no wait as it was already there for me. They provide water bottles which was a nice touch. The shuttles come by frequently and I have not had any problems.

Pros: I liked the price for covered parking. The shuttle ride was also very pleasant. The car wash service was very good. I was impressed in the thoroughness. Free water was also nice. Cons: I was a little disappointed after my interaction with the office. I could barely understand the lady and she had no ability to pull up my reservation with record number, required that I find my ticket. Also, they didn't want to bill it to my card I placed the reservation with and wanted me to pay at the window. I feel like, with valet, the car should be ready for me and the payment should just go on the credit card I used to place the reservation. It was more of a pain in the butt than it should of been. She also redid my checkout so I had to find my companies discount code on my own (something I already did in the reservation).

Dropping my car off at, The Parking Spot, is the way to go. Their location is just blocks away from the airport. They provide a free shuttle to and from your terminal. They make everything easy and stress free!! Provide them with your arrival time. They then have your car waiting for you, at the shuttle drop off spot. Your car will be in a very secured, covered parking structure. In the past i always had them wash my car. But this last time, it was raining, so i didn't. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PARKING LOT. Nobody likes the hassle of parking at the airport.

I recebtly flew out of LAX and accidently booked my parking at the Century City valet location. The staff onsite and on line could not have been more helpful kn correcting this. Its a little more expensive but I will also park here. The money is worth the time and effort. The busses are quick and always circling the airport. I didnt have more than a 5 minute wait for drop off or pick up. The drivers were great as well.

This was my first time leaving my car outside the airport. I was a little weary of the idea at first but was thoroughly surprised! The Parking Spot offered a great, safe spot for me to park my vehicle, was well lit and secure. I felt at ease leaving my car there for my trip. When I returned the next day via the airport I waited not more than 5 minutes for a shuttle that stops briefly at every terminal. I was surprised at how new and clean this particular shuttle was. The driver was friendly and professional. I began asking him how many shuttles the service ran and was astonished to find that at times they run as many as 13 shuttles simultaneously to just the Sepulveda location! 13 shuttles to travel the distance of just two miles. He explained that they never want you to have to wait long for a shuttle. Upon arriving at the self park garage I found my car just as I left it. I was given a 10% discount for being a AAA member and to top it all off they give out free bottled water which is exactly what I needed having just come back from traveling. It truly is the little things that make a business great and I would recommend The Parking Spot to anyone looking for a parking alternative. My total for 2 days parking was just $40. Cheers!

I didn't need to wait for the shuttle for more than a couple of minutes when I arrived back at the airport - so easy to see the Parking Spot shuttle thanks to the bright yellow color! Being an actual parking garage (and not just some strip of pavement under a bridge somewhere where cars are packed in like sardines), this place is clean, well lit, has well defined spaces, and the shuttle service was very quick. I really appreciated how simple it was to manage my booking and access my parking spot through their phone app. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. So in this case, I paid for - and received - a great experience. Would definitely use this facility next time I fly out of LAX.

For a couple years I was traveling every week for work and so was at this parking spot far too often. The staff is really friendly and get to know you pretty quickly, especially if you use valet. The shuttles are very good about getting you to the airport quickly and they always have free water on hand. My only gripe, and it is a fairly sizeable one is that the airport pickups are slow, if you don't call ahead to tell them what terminal you are at, it could take 20min or more before you will see the shuttle, this is particularly annoying when the Century City parking spot shuttle has passed you at least a dozen times in that 20min. They need to be better at running more pickup shuttles continuously.

My husband and I use the Parking Spot garage for parking our car whenever we fly out of LAX. We use to park at LAX Parking Lot C, but found our car very dirty when we returned, the wait time for shuttles was too long, and the shuttles were not comfortable. The Parking Spot offers indoor (we opt for the indoor) or outdoor roof top parking, they are timely and their shuttles are well maintained and comfortable. Since becoming members, we utilize the free reservations and coupons offered online. They have good deals with Valet and covered parking promotions. I enjoy the convenience and ease of the valet service. The option of having your car washed (additional cost) while you are traveling is is an added plus to their service. After the valet takes your car, there is usually a 10 minute wait for the shuttle to the airport. The shuttles are clean, spacious, and the drivers are helpful with luggage. Water bottles are provided for free. The shuttle drive to the airport (terminal 4) is about 15 minutes. To give yourself some peace of mind from the chaos that is LAX, I would give yourself around 30 minutes to get from the valet to the airport. The shuttles are a bright yellow with black spots. They are easy to see when exiting the terminal's departure level. The shuttles that take you back to your car come frequently. Final Thoughts: This is a good service and one that is worth the little extra cost for indoor parking, valet service, free water, nice shuttles, and pleasant drivers.

We use this place a lot. You can reserve a spot ahead of time. It is easy to get to & easy to use. The buses run every few minutes so waiting is minimal. Friendly, helpful people. If you choose uncovered parking, be aware that you will have to drag your luggage down 1 flight of stairs to the elevator though.

Pricey but good. Just remember to keep your ticket so you can get out although it's not required and the service desk is always helpful. Bus drivers are pretty good and friendly. Its my go to lot when Lot C is full but the price can be a lot for long or even short trips so just keep that in mind. The stairs are pretty dirty if you park on the roof. Birds tend to flock and nest in the stairs do it creates a lot of bird poop around that area. Other than that the bathrooms are clean and the parking structure is nice. It's right next to LAX as well which is convenient.

I had a day trip to Washington and back the same day. It was raining on my drive there and there was an accident 5 miles from the freeway. It delayed my arrival by 30 minutes. I had not used The Parking Spot before and was worried I’d miss my flight. I parked and the shuttle took me within 5 minutes. This was the first time I used this lot. I used the Sepulveda location. I booked an outside spot (which is the roof of the parking structure), online, prepaid it and got a barcode emailed to my phone. When I got there, I had the option to scan my barcode at the gate or "Take a ticket." I scanned the code, the gate lifted, I drove to the roof, parked and walked downstairs to catch the shuttle, that was already waiting. It took 3 minutes to get to the airport! Upon return, I found the shuttle stop easily and waited 7 minutes for the shuttle. Once I got to my car, I drove down, scanned the barcode on my phone again, the gate opened and I left! It was so great and convenient! No need to look for someone to pay, no need to take a ticket that you have to keep track of! My only complaint is that I would have liked to see a sign on each level of the parking structure that said "Shuttle to airport is on LEVEL 1." I assumed that's where it was but I literally had no idea. I will for sure park here again!

Excellent customer service! We had a late flight and Lyft didn’t work out. We called the parking spot to make sure they would be open and they also let us know that there was traffic near the garage. I love the convenience of using the Parking Spot when traveling out of LAX. Perhaps the best feature is the ability to reserve a parking spot on-line, so you don't have to worry about find a place. The rates are good and there are discounts for AAA members and other promotions too. The roof has the cheapest parking, but be warned, there's no elevator access, so if you have bags you have to take the stairs to the next level where you can access an elevator. Once parked, the shuttles run quickly to get you to your terminal. Recently they changed the way the shuttles run, and now all drop-offs and pick-ups are on the upper departure level.

Their shuttle bus schedule is a big fat question mark. Be certain you know which lot to go to. I use Sepulveda. Today at LAX Terminal 7 passes four going to the Century Lot. Today isn’t the first time. I have walked from LAX in the past just to avoid waiting and wondering if the right shuttle will show. It’s an option to avoid their ability to provide timely arrival transit. The scheduler needs to improve. Otherwise the employees are friendly and the lot is clean and has security available.

This used to be a great airport parking spot, but seems like the lower level is always closed, and shuttles don't seem as often as they used to-- the Century location will have 3 or 4 shuttles drive by for every 1 Sepulveda shuttle. That said the location is still great and the cold water is wonderful on hot days. Just harder to justify parking here when the Century location has so much better shuttle service.

I would like for Parking Spot to have the AAA discount you advertise included in your Parking Spot Club profile/account. It would make things much easier and quicker in the exit process. Otherwise, you cannot use the automated express check-out lane. In order to receive the AAA discount, you need to exit via the cashier’s lane and more importantly must remember to show the cashier your AAA card otherwise the AAA discount is not applied, despite being a Spot Club Member.

We were told to get to upper level to return to the Sepulveda Parking Spot location. However, when I called to make sure someone was still coming for us they failed to inform us to stand beneath the orange placquard shuttle pick up. I was passed two times by a driver from the Sepulveda. The third driver saw us frantically waving and came over to pick us up. He politely mentioned we needed to stand under the pick shuttle area orange sign. The associate at the office saw my coupon and mentioned he had a weekly coupon. It saved me $60. Called and was able to switch it over to the Sepulveda location by one of the employees who answered the phone. Called from Maui and gave them our parking spot number and ask them to check to make sure that the vehicle was locked. 10 minutes later we received a confirmation call from one of the employees stating that our vehicle was locked. From making the reservation to leaving at the end of our vacation, it was worth every penny we paid.

Always park at the Sepulveda location. Quick and easy to get in and out. Just starting using the VIP service recently and will continue to do so. It’s a couple more dollars a day but we’ll worth it. Driver scans your ticket when you get on the bus and when you get back to the garage your car is right there, waiting for you. All you have to do is pay and get in your car and leave. They even put cold waters in the car for the drive home.

I'd give a 5 star to the car wash crew. They are really really good. I've always done covered valet, it's hit or miss if my cars waiting for me on my arrived time. Both cashier ladies have been horrible to deal with. I cannot pay for the parking on my phone or when placing a reservation. When I do reserve a spot they don't even look at the reservation and ask for all the information all over again. I don't understand, the reservation says to show to valet attendant and has a QR code to scan but they don't use it. I have to repeat everything all over again.

Only two minor downsides, one is that there are no clear direction if you are the first-timer and your reservation doesn't mean guarantee parking spot as no one check your reservation. Anyone can pull in and park. Reservation is only good if you want to use coupon. Lot is almost full even on the roof. But other than that nothing to complaint. I would definitely park here again.

The shuttles when you land are hit or miss, I've had no wait and sometimes I've waited nearly an hour. Most of the time the shuttles arrive within 10-15 minutes.

i've been using the sepulveda parking spot location for many years. what i like about this service is that the shuttles are constantly coming to pick up people going to the airport or returning. if you park on the roof, it is a little cheaper but keep in mind that the elevator doesn't go to the roof. you will have to go up some stairs- no big deal unless you have a ton of luggage. i also used their app for the first time on my last trip and it was a nice alternative to pulling out my plastic aaa card.
