The best parking place at LAX! I've been using the Parking Spot Century for the last two years after souring on some of the other LAX big parking names. I highly recommend using their app so you can reserve a place ahead of time and it makes payment, entry and exit as well as calling for a shuttle van after your flight a breeze. But I also never had trouble getting a space or a shuttle van without an app. The regularity and reliability of their shuttle van service to and from the garage is, in fact, one of the biggest reasons I've come to really depend on The Parking Spot Century. Whether it's at 5 am or midnight, departing or arriving, I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes for a shuttle. Plus all the employees and drivers are really friendly and helpful. And the rates are really reasonable. When you need to make a flight, you need someone you can count on. That's The Parking Spot Century.

I waited to long to reserve and so I had to reserve valet. But, in the end I was glad that I did. Every worker that I encountered were very nice and seemed to want to help. I splurged for the car wash and I was so glad that I did. They did an incredible job and it was so nice to come back to a clean car. It made the dredge of traveling a little brighter. The shuttles were easy to ... spot ;) And they were regular enough that I never had to wait very long.I really appreciated the great service during such a hectic holiday travel time.

Staff is amazing, service is great, always availability, and so convenient! The app has also gotten amazing. I rolled off my international flight and within minutes the app alerted me that the valet was retrieving my car and a bus was coming. Top notch. i purchased my parking pass the day before dropping my vehicle off and it's a pretty good price. i'm sure there are closer locations or better prices but the reason i purchased at this parking garage is because of the shuttle. they were quick getting us to the terminal and back to the parking garage as well. it does fill up quickly though so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time.

I can see how individual experiences can vary, but I had an excellent experience with this parking facility. Pickup location was easy to find and I found a shuttle within 3 minutes of waiting. Be sure to check the LAX traffic if departing. It took 45 minutes for the shuttle to drop us off at the terminal. Not any fault of The Parking Spot, but a very real situation.

The ease and convenience of using the valet option to park and pick up my car made the process of getting in and out of the airport such an easy one. In addition, the ability to have my car washed and detailed while I was away provided an added bonus. The level of care and customer service I received was top notch and I definitely plan to use this location again the next time I have to travel!

Fast and convenient Spacious and clean parking lot with indoor and outdoor spaces. The main advantage of this place is not in the garage itself, but in the shuttles. They are clean and most importantly regular. On my previous trip I used another parking lot and upon arrival I was waiting for the shuttle for about an hour, that day I counted that the yellow shuttles go more often than others.

If you are looking for a safe place to park while you travel this is the place. Super easy to find and get in and out of. Great employees that take you to and from the airport. Super easy and quick to get the shuttle to return to your vehicle. I use this place every time I travel.

We use the lot on Century regularly. We set our appointment online and use the 15% off with triple AAA discount. All pick ups and drop offs are on the upper departing level. We have waited less than ten minutes for a pick up shuttle. One time we accidentally took the Sepulveda shuttle and the driver had to drive us back to the Century lot which he did very graciously. We used the spot at least 15 times in the last year.

Excellent place. Lots of staff on site make you feel safe and support is always around. Free water at exists that's so considerable. Highly recommend this place especially if you are staying at Hilton LAX who charges $48 per day including tax.

I was travelling with my mother who is handicapped. The Parking Spot offers curbside drop-offs and pick-ups for those with disabilities or those travelling with those who are disabled. This service is absolutely appreciated. I feel the handicap are often overlooked and anything that facilitates everyday tasks for those with disabilities and their families is key. Frequent shuttles and you can reserve parking ahead of time. Definitely easier than using LAX parking and shuttles and around the same price. They don't pick up from the arrivals level at LAX so you do have to go upstairs to catch the shuttle when you return.

I pay a lot of $ and they are my preferred parking spot for LAX. During my last stay, I had an issue, and the front desk was not able to resolve it and basically said there was nothing they could do. The General Manager can to my aid and corrected my issue and refunded me for the extra days and I was able to use my points for my extended days. Thank You David

This is the ONLY place I use for LAX parking. Tried other services and I just got frustrated. You can reserve a spot here up to 12 hours prior I believe. You scan your code (photo included) and you're good to go. Shuttles come no more then 15-20 minutes and take you directly to your terminal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER SERVICES. Use The Parking Spot.

Our driver helped us onto the shuttle like they usually do. Our driver really went above and beyond when we realized (after he had dropped us off at our terminal) that we left our child’s car seat behind on the shuttle. I thought we may see it again if our driver put it in The Spot’s lost and found. But I had basically written it off as forever lost. We had some extra minutes before our flight left so I called The Spot to see what their lost and found process was. However, the customer service agent was able to coordinate a meeting between the driver and myself in order to hand off the car seat. When the TSA agent walked me to the 2nd floor shuttle area, our driver, T.A., WAS WAITING FOR ME WITH THE CAR SEAT!!! Amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the whole situation. The Spot is the best.

Its always packed specially going through the terminals very busy. LAX is ok and known for passing through. It is coordinated and have security everywhere but if you know how LAX is just gotta have a lot of patiences.

I've been parking here for so many years that I can easily give it a 5 star review. They have shuttles running around the clock and I only had to wait a few minutes for one to arrive after arriving around 2 AM. As long as you have the QR Code printed or on your phone, the process is very easy. In terms of pricing, it is obviously more than the LAX provided parking but I would say that it is more secure of a location so the price difference is somewhat justifiable. I have never had an issue with the company thus far and can easily recommend this place to anyone.

The app makes everything super easy. The staff is polite and professional. Love how when you're back at LAX their pick vans are so easy to 'spot'! And the best part, I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes to get picked up. Also, love the car wash option...nothing beats coming home after a productive but brutal business trip to a nice clean car.

Also, if I’m going to tip be aware many people don’t carry cash, this is 2022 not 2002. Add tipping to your app!!!

I love The Parking Spot. The garage is secure, clean, and super easy to access. Their shuttles run often and are staffed by friendly, professional drivers. I never have to wait long for a shuttle when I am flying or coming home. I often use their valet service which is only a couple of dollars more than covered parking. When I do, I often get a car wash. Their interior detail makes my car look like new inside and out, and when I arrive, it is waiting for me at the drop off point with a couple of bottles of fresh, cold water in the cupholders.

Everything about this place was so easy, especially if you download the app. I had never left my car for multiple days and was nervous in my search of where I’d leave my car. Read many reviews and The Parking Spot had the best reviews so I went with it. I downloaded the app and I reserved Covered Valet parking. Upon arrival parking instructions were clear and valets were very helpful. We were helped out of our car, waiting 5 mins for our shuttle and we were off. Our return was quick and easy, which is a must when traveling with children! When we arrived back at the parking garage our car was ready for us, our luggage was put in our car and we were greeted with cold water bottles. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at The Parking Spot will definitely be back!

Great service. We have forgotten computer bags and phones in the car and the staff has gotten them to us before our flight. I even forgot to leave my key one time - just had to wait for the next shuttle and sent the key back to the Parking Spot. Our car is washed, waiting for us when we got off the shuttle bus. Check in and check out are very easy if you are using the app.

Great place to safely park your car. And most importantly, they have a shuttle to the airport. That comes around rapidly, so you are not waiting long at all. To be dropped off at your correct place at LAX, or to be picked up. Staff members are very helpful and friendly.

Secure location.. AAA member's get 10% off total bill. Must provide membership upon payment. Avoid the over head sprinklers. They tend to leak and will stain your paint due to the heavy water. Parking spots are plenty spacious. Valet service available for a fee... Parking is charged per day... roof top is 17$ and self park is 21$ and valet is 25$. Car wash service also available for a fee.

This past time our car battery died - when asked, attendant brought battery charger and started it up without asking for anything from us (of course we tipped him for his kind service). No issues, no real problems. Used the phone app and QR Code for initial access and exit. Didn't take much time or effort for the system to read and process. Stay was prepaid online and, after several seconds to process, exit was easy. Shuttles were timely and the drivers were friendly. Despite the full shuttle and the early evening traffic, the driver that took us back to the parking garage was most entertaining. A good way to end the trip.

These guys are great Because of the reviews and their established reign i took a chance on them months ago and haven't trusted my car with any other company every since. The tiny issues that had come up were resolved immediately and professionally. The shuttles are just so clutch and I've never felt unsafe. They really give you you're money's worth. This place charges a premium compared to Wally Park. Prior to COVID, the service was more supreme. Today, i arrived at the facility and there was a ten minute wait for a shuttle to arrive. Understandable. However, when the shuttle did arrive, they pulled up and parked next to the middle point of the line and motioned for people to come aboard. No one respected the line and the few of us that had been waiting at first did not make the shuttle. 😡 To say i was infuriated is an understatement. Although there was another shuttle - the second driver walked off stating he could not assist us until the first shuttle was full. Even though it was more than apparent that the line was super long. Adding another 10 minutes to our wait before he finished chit chatting with the lady at the front desk and realized we needed service. Come on guys. We have flights to catch. Please act with a sense of urgency. *Review update.* Not only was my complaint immediately respected, but i was comp'd a few free parking days. The Parking Spot has incredible customer service that is attentive. I trust that they will be on top of service issues! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the parking spot on century!! It's much cleaner, and easier to navigate here, because it is located literally a few streets away off the 105 east and 105 west freeway! No loop confusion, from existing the airport. The shuttle does all the headache for you! I totally recommend this to everyone! Use your AAA discount online! There are many shuttles running at all times and we did not have to wait at all to be picked up or dropped of by a shuttle. Both of the shuttle drivers we had were very friendly. Parking was super easy, especially when paying ahead of time. All I had to do was scan my QR code to get in the structure and then scan it on my way out. I also saved at least $40 dollars by choosing to park here rather than at LAX parking. The structure was ~5 minutes from LAX via shuttle, so it's not like it made that much of a difference.I would highly recommend The Parking Spot to anyone traveling out of LAX!

Until this last trip we have always used the Parking Spot Sepulveda. But this time it was full so we tried the parking spot century. The nice thing about this location is it has valet service, whereas the Sepulveda location never restored valet since the pandemic. We really hate the new pickups on the upper level and are looking forward to LAX renovations to fix it. But all and all this is a perfect spot for parking.

The parking location on Century is very convenient and easy to find, and we rarely need to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. The Parking Spot is the most efficient off-site Airport parking I've ever had! The shuttles run continuously so there is never a wait to be taken to the airport or back to the parking structure. The drivers are kind and helpful. Even the female drivers helped me with my bag (which was quite heavy). I felt safe and well taken care of by all the attendants. I mistakenly got on the wrong shuttle from the airport and the driver nicely explained that he would return me to the airport and to look for the shuttle with the Century Location. He paused and pointed out the correct shuttle to be on. Then the driver called in my car to the valet and it was right there waiting for me when we arrived. They run an awesome service. I will never park my car with anyone else again.

Safe, convenient and easy to use. This was my first experience at the Parking Spot but it was amazing. They provided me with valet parking for no additional charge because I could not find parking and was in a rush to catch the shuttle. I appreciate that type of customer service because they didn’t have to do that for me but they went above and beyond to provide that type of customer service, which is hard to find now. I will it definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know who needs long term parking when flying out of LAX.

I’ve parked at different parking areas before catching a flight. I fly several times a year. I used this one and won’t switch again. I’ve used self park and valet. This last time I used valet and a car wash. 💦 Drop off was quick but it’s when I return that I’m really ready to get picked up. The shuttles are frequent and so easy to spot ( no pun intended). I went to the second level and walked to the red post and waited maybe 7 minutes. I saw the “Sepulveda” bus pass by. I read in the app that Century” knew I was waiting and would be there soon. 👍🏻 The driver Rolondo asked if I used valet, he hoisted my bag in, scanned my ticket and my car was first in the line ready for me! The complimentary water is nice and scanning the QR code to leave is easy. This is my go to now.

Everything!! I parked at the Century Blvd location. I reserved a spot in self park but it was full when I arrived so the guard sent me to valet. The valet helped me with my bag and made sure the shuttle did not leave without me. When I returned, the shuttle was there within a few minutes of my exit. The driver called ahead and my car was waiting when I arrived. When I tried to exit, the automated machine wanted to charge me extra for using valet and the customer service rep waived it because the lot was full. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to book since there are so many mixed reviews online but I'm so glad I did. Everything was completely easy and smooth. I booked everything online and downloaded the app as an extra way to keep organized. The drop off was a complete breeze. A shuttle was waiting for us the moment we stepped out of the elevator and dropped us off right outside of our terminal. Upon our return I used the app to get the shuttle to pick us up. The app is really great and shows you in live time where the shuttles are so you're not guessing how much longer it will be. You can literally follow the dots along the map as they move through the route. I will definitely be booking again. No more dealing with rideshare waiting times and outrageous price hikes during "Peak" hours.

Booked a reservation at the Parking Spot a week before a flight at LAX. Used the QR code in the App upon arrival and found a parking spot super easy. Shuttle bus was waiting and took us on our way to the terminal, about a 7 min ride (terminal 2). The driver was super nice. On the way back, I logged into the app and let Parking Spot know I was at the airport, it was a short wait for the shuttle. Highly recommend The Parking Spot for your parking needs at LAX.

I have parked my car at the Parking Spot for years and like the service and sense that my car is safe and will be waiting for me just as I left it when I return. A recent visit found me limping into the garage with a flat tire with little time to spare to catch my flight. The valet parking attendant told me not to worry, they would put the car safely away and I could deal with it on my return. I asked whether they could arrange to have the flat replaced with my spare tire and to add the cost to my bill. The attendant said he would try. When I returned, I was dreading that it might take me some time to sort out the problem. I was happily surprised to find my car waiting for me with the spare tire installed at no charge. I inquired about the replacement of the tire and was told the employees took it upon themselves to change it. It was a pleasure to leave a tip in appreciation and gratitude. A business that provides a reliable level of good service, yet can still surprise with exceptional assistance that goes above and beyond, will always have my patronage.

ito The ease of use for entry, payment, and exit via the app are why I stay with The parking spot. I also love the option for a car wash. My only complaint is when you do get a car wash you have to use the valet service, which obviously costs more than self park. So I'd like to see the extra valet fee waived when I get a car wash. Also, you never wait long for a shuttle.

I have been using The Parking Spot Century for 5 years now. I wouldn't consider parking elsewhere. Safe, convenient, & secure. Shuttles run regularly to LAX, never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a pick-up at the airport.

Used The Parking Spot for the first time in July. The app was so easy to use and the rate was great. When we arrived, we were a bit confused on where to go. We talked to Ernie at the site. She helped us find where to park AND ensured our reservation was taken care of. She even called me when we were waiting for the shuttle to confirm she had made the changes on our reservation and ensured we wouldn’t get charged extra. I've tried at least five other parking lots around the LAX area. The Parking Spot is definitely my favorite. The parking structure is well lit. Using the mobile app really made the check in/out a breeze. Shuttle pick up comes around so fast! I remember once time I missed a shuttle leaving LAX. It was less than 5 minutes later that another shuttle arrived. All of their drivers have been very friendly and helpful with our luggages.

Short review: excellent, safe and affordable service! Totally recommend it! Long review: this was the first time taking our car to this place. We travel quite often and finding a safe and good parking is sometimes difficult. We have used other places before but my favorite was all booked this time. So after a short review I chose the parking spot and reserved online for a covered valet parking. The drop off service was quick and easy. The shuttle was available within the next 5 minutes as well. For our return, we called the number on the card and the shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes (in heavy traffic). When we got to the parking place, our car was already waiting for us, the staff was very attentive and helped us put our luggage in the car. The payment was also very easy and fast. The facility is clean and well kept, the bathroom was clean and near the payment booth. Our car was just as we left it. As an extra detail, they gave us bottled water for our trip back! This has become my new favorite airport parking and we will be using their services again for sure!

Parking in LA is expensive. That's a given. LA can also be a callous place as far as service is concerned, having lived there many years, I've come to expect as much. So after my wife and I both convened at LAX, both coming in from separate long trips to return to our car and then drive 4 hours north, we were not expecting to be treated so kindly by the shuttle driver that would bring us back to the Century Blvd garage. I wish I had thought to ask his name. First, I saw the shuttle and waived. He saw me and pointed to where he was going to stop (which was about 50 yards from where we were). To my disbelief he graciously remained there as it took me about a minute to jog to his location (I thought for sure he'd stop and then press on before my wife caught up to me). He was so kind and thoughtful, he made sure he dropped us off close to where our car would be and then let us know how we could apply our AAA discount. It's the little things you know? So from that experience, we'd come back to The Parking Spot any time.

I used The Parking Spot LAX on Century December 8th-10th and had absolutely no problems. I made my reservations using their app, arrived and self-parked on the rooftop with ease. Got to the lower level and there was a shuttle bus already waiting and immediately took us to the airport. Once we arrived back I requested our shuttle, picked up our luggage and waited less than 5 minutes at the designated shuttle bus pickup spot. Once I seen the shuttle bus I waved it down due to the fact other shuttle buses besides The Parking Spot picks up in the exact same location. The driver that dropped us off at the airport was the same driver who picked us up. He greeted us and helped bring our luggage aboard. I definitely will be using their service again.

Definitely recommend. I like this parking service because you always see the shuttles at the airport so the wait time is minimal, versus some of the smaller lots that may not be able to provide as many shuttles so you end up waiting a very very long time. I think it is a little more expensive, but we’ll worth it, we waited all of 3 minutes before being picked up. The only confusion was going up to the 2nd floor for departures (the shuttle driver told us about this before we departed) and for the terminals undergoing construction. However, you can call and they will pick up the phone and answer all your questions. Our pick up driver Aletha was super duper kind, helpful and cheerful. Kind of the complete opposite that you encounter at airports especially TSA.she went above and beyond her call of duty. She answered so many random traveler’s questions and made sure we were on the right bus. Made a difficult travel day much better. Thank you!!

Parked my Nissan Armada there for 8 days and no problems with security there. Prepay is the best, AAA discount as well. No problem with parking and no problem with waiting for shuttles. They are constantly running. Did not wait at all for the shuttle when we parked. Waited about 10 minutes when we landed at LAX. Just follow the directions in the app when you land. Easy in and out with the app. We will park our car here again.

If you download the app you can preorder your parking and just scan the QR code and park. It’s got a bathroom and provides water when the pandemic isn’t happening. 'The Parking Spot' was very competitive compared to other lots, and a great deal when compared to hiring a shuttle service and all the positive aspects I have listed below: Very easy to use. The phone app makes check-in / check-out a snap. Clean, well lit covered parking structure made us feel safe. Close to the airport, but not so close as to be affected by traffic. Plenty of clean, easy to spot from a distance shuttle buses, "I don't think we had to wait longer than 10 minutes before our shuttle bus (Century lot) came by." Friendly, helpful shuttle bus drivers. We looked at hiring a shuttle bus to pick us up and drop us off at LAX for our trip to Seattle, but at $60 dollars a person (x4)... no thanks. 10 am traffic to LAX was lite, but I was still worried that I would not be able to find the lot, not so, painted bright yellow with big black dots you can tell right away where it was. Things went so smoothly using 'The Parking Spot' even my wife was impressed and that is saying something. Would I use 'The Parking Spot' again? "In a heart beat".

I was a first time user and everything was spelled out about what I needed to do for check in and check out. This was fantastic! The app was especially great for checking out (the exit procedures tab) since I had just traveled for 14 hours. Divers were polite and courteous, even at 4 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. The wait times for the shuttle were excellent. No more than 5-7 minutes on either side. It really does make it a wonderful experience to travel 14 hours, deplane, get luggage, and then wait only 5 minutes for a clean shuttle to pick you up from the island at LAX (as opposed to 30 minutes+). It may be pricier than other places, but you get what you pay for. In this case, it was clear instructions for check in and out, lots of covered parking, parking spaces large enough to accommodate large vehicles, professional staff, and clean shuttles that make the rounds within 5-10 minutes so you can getting moving with your day. I would recommend this service.

This experience could not have been any better! When I arrived on Friday morning there weren't any spots available in the section I made my reservation for, so I was upgraded to valet for no additional cost. Was so stoked! When I arrived back last night to LAX, the shuttle arrived within 45 seconds to pick me up. The only catch, which they don't tell you up front, is that the 2 free nights have to be used on your next visit. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5.

I like everything about The Parking Spot. Everything!!! I mean, I wouldn’t say No to cheaper prices.... The competition is a ride service, the airport or an indulgent friend. This is absolutely the most fantastic service when flying out of LAX. I am traveling in my car and had to take 3 days to go home. Didn’t know where to park and how to get to airport. Found The Parking Spot on the internet, made a reservation for valet parking, and went there not knowing what to expect. I pulled in, they took my car, offered their wash service, gave me a ticket, pointed 20 feet away to the shuttle and off I went. I was at the terminal in less than 3 minutes. But it’s the return that was even more phenomenal! I landed early in the morning ...walked out to the shuttle stop and no joke within 2 minutes the very identifiable shuttle picked me up. I gave the driver my valet ticket which he scanned. The Parking Spot is the greatest. We travel several times a year and always use them. The service is wonderful both in the shuttles, at the payment desk and in the back office. I recently left an item on the shuttle by mistake. I was sick about it. I called the office and the shuttle driver had already turned it in to lost and found. Since I live a long distance from LAX, driving back was not an appealing option. Ana in the office helped coordinate getting my item back by shipping it to me. That was definitely above and beyond. They have an app, and they have a 24-hr shuttle. This is as convenient as it gets. With LAX E Lot closed, this is a good alternative, and actually even better. If you need to extend beyond your reservation, you don't have to do anything. It's great!

The prices have really shot through the roof, which is a little disappointing as I've parked here for years. The support have always been very friendly and helpful when I need it. Having to make a reservation is an added complication in a hectic travel world. Someday I'll get used to it, or just fly out of San Diego. We had just passed through TSA screening when my wife found she left one of our carry-on bags on the Spot shuttle. Our flight was scheduled to board in 20 minutes. I immediately called your office and the associate said she would get it to the next driver going out and would call me when he was near my terminal. Sure enough, he got me the bag and I made it to the gate just as the flight was boarding. A family vacation saved! Much thanks go out to the staff and the great service. I travel out of LAX about once per month and park my car here every time. It's pretty simple. The place is clean, safe, convenient and the drivers are friendly. You can park on the roof at a discount which is what I usually do. I've never missed a flight since the vans leave every 5 minutes. You may find cheaper parking, but you can beat the over all experience at The Parking Spot.

Recent new Spot Club member here and had my first experience Dec 2020 at the Century location. I usually park at the Hilton, Westin, Marriott, but came across Parking Spot and decided to try them out. My first experience I opted for the rooftop but when I checked in one of the attendants said it was fine to park in one of the covered spots, which I did. When I returned I was surprised my parking fee was higher so I addressed this with David the manager at Century. He explained that his attendant was wrong for giving me that direction and said I have to park on the roof next time as there's another gate there. He was very accommodating and friendly and professional and was able to credit me my earlier rooftop estimate. I also like Parking Spot bc you can track with the mobile app the pickup vans at LAX, which I wasn't able to do with Hilton, Westin, Marriott. I'm a fan of Parking Spot and the Century and would recommend this location.

There's no question I would pay a little extra for the many shuttles they have and how they just streamline everything(dropping off, car wash even, and picking up)! The Parking Spot is the only place I park my car when going to LAX. The location on Century is so easy to access from the 405 FWY and their website is user friendly. They have a constant fleet of shuttles coming to pick you up after returning and are never overcrowded. Their drivers are safe and experienced. It is my opinion that this is the place to park when you go to Los Angeles airport. It is not the cheapest. It is however totally convenient. The entrance is on Century Boulevard and you can register with the parking spot and get a pass card. You pull in did you take your information and you get on a shuttle bus. That takes approximately 325 minutes. You take the shuttle bus to your gate and they give you a ticket you have the choice of parking on the roof doing self parking or valet parking. I always choose valet parking, it is only a dollar or two more and completely convenient. When you come back, you make sure you get on the right parking spot bus there is a Sepulveda one as well as the Century Boulevard one and you go back to the parking spot. If you have the liepard you will have already given the driver your ticket and your car will be waiting for you. By the way you do collect points if you go there a lot.

Simple and easy. We drove in, parked on the top, hopped on the waiting transportation and they dropped us off in front of our airlines. When we came back home, we went up to the departure deck and as we got there a transportation vehicle was just pulling up. We hopped in and were dropped off where are car was parked. Have been parking here for more than 4 years when traveling via LAX. Witnessed the shuttle bus upgrades a few years back, and more recently the pickup spot change to upper level. Parking at LAX is not great and many off airport options exist. The Parking Spot has two at Century and Sepulveda. They can sometimes fill up and during off hours you can wait for a shuttle bus pickup. The new Parking Spot app helps somewhat with bus location but GPS and data nearby major airports like LAX is spotty at best. Cost can be high at over 20 per night. Valet is only 1 dollar more per night typically. Free water is a nice touch. Wish the price was slightly lower and buses ran more frequently. Continuing legal conflicts with LAX will likely make future years interesting as parking situation changes and lawsuits go forward.

On a previous trip, I got on the Century bus instead of the Sepulveda bus and the driver took me to the Sepulveda location after he dropped everyone off at the Century location.
