We realized our tire was leaking the day before our vacation. We asked Expressway to check it out and they checked in with me and got us a replacement tire before we got back. Thank you so much for the great service! We were able to enjoy our trip and not worry about having a flat on the way home. Communication was great. We can always count on Expressway. This is definitely the way to go! I've used the covered parking multiple times. I feel secure knowing my car (Gloria!) is safe. Upon return the shuttle driver was polite and sooo patient as I didn't know the exact place I parked. So nice and accommodating. I wouldn't even think of parking elsewhere. Cost effective too!

We arrived back home at midnight with more luggage than we started with. The driver who picked us up (a full van full of people) at midnight was enthusiastic and welcoming. He found our car even though I could not remember exactly where it was - couldn’t find the bar code or the reminder card. When we checked out the young man in the office was also amazingly cheerful and helpful at midnight. A nice experience. Thank you.

Makes taking a trip a lot easier. It’s easy and very convenient. When you enter someone is there waiting to take you to the airport and they help you with luggage. I feel like my car is safe there and I don’t have to worry about it. When your trip ends there is someone waiting yet again to take you to your car. The whole process is just easy and stress free.

Drivers are very helpful getting to and from the airport. As it turns out our flight was cancelled. When leaving the parking lot the cashier wouldn't let us pay since it was only 30 minutes since we parked. I'll definitely use Expressway again, but not the airline than cancelled us!!

Always use this location for long term parking because they have a covered garage and it is safe and secure, unlike the open long term lot. Shuttle buses are quick to find you and upon return they are always waiting. Prices are a little higher but the peace of mind is worth it!

Easy to reserve. The drivers are courteous and service is timely. I arrived late last night to my car and a tire was flat. The driver Luis brought his compressor over to air up the tire and get me on the road. He even offered to put on the spare! Fortunately that wasn't necessary and I made it home safely and repaired the slow leak this morning. Gracias Luis!! Eres un angel.

Parked uncovered. Arrived Sunday evening. Pickup very prompt, courteous and professional. Driver assisted with unloading golf bag, and waited until I was loaded into my car. Was so informative that I was given to ask him if he owned a piece of the business! Could not be better!

They took care of me, and it was honestly a great service. The price was affordable, my car was how I left it, 2 buses come to the airport in rotation so you aren't waiting long. The same two buses drive around the lot and scoop you up pretty fast, they knew I would be there at that time and they communicate so everything ran smooth. If I had a question about parking my car the bus drivers could rely my question and answer it right away.

This place has bargain price parking and I saved even more by making a reservation and signing-up for their free "club" thing on their website. I compared my receipt to receipts from the airports economy parking and I saved $24 at this place. Plus I didn't have to walk 1/2 a mile to the terminal since this place picked me up before I got out of my car. I stayed on their lot and it was not trouble finding a spot. The lighting could be brighter overall but I did see lots of CCTV cameras. When I was dropped off at 12:30 AM after returning back from the airport, I saw the shuttle driver jump the battery of a customer that was on the shuttle bus with me. I give this place 5 stars because it's way cheaper and way more convenient than the airports parking situation. Oh, I forgot. They take cash as a form of payment even at 12:30 AM so shedding that extra emergency vacation cash is helpful.

This place is always awesome but today Bryan went above and beyond his job description. He showed us great kindness when our car wouldn’t start. In 104 degree temperatures he loaded and unloaded our luggage, then came back twice to help us with our car issues. He kept a positive and kind attitude the entire time. From the online reservation process to departing at the end of our trip, parking here was a breeze! Expressway is super easy and convenient to use. They pick you up at your car and carry you to the front door of the airport. Faster than parking in any of the Airport lots. If you need service work done they have options for that as well. While you are on your trip you can have an oil change and get your car detailed.

This was my first time flying out of Little Rock. I will always park here!! When I first parked there as soon as I got out of my truck the shuttle driver was there. He got out and loaded my luggage for me and took me straight to the airport. When I got back into town the shuttle driver (Luis) was waiting outside of the airport and he took me straight to my truck. Both drivers were so friendly. I made sure tip them both. Being a female traveling alone...these drivers made me feel comfortable and right at home. I had no time to be afraid of being in the parking lot alone because he stayed until I got in my truck. We are chronically late for flights and still park at Expressway because it's faster than parking in the airport deck/lot and walking a mile. Sometimes I'll have my car detailed while I'm travelling. Really amazing service with quality, friendly, attentive, and personable staff. This was our first time flying out of Little Rock and my wife and I really had a great first impression using this service. We chose this to save some money and ended up liking not just the financial savings but the great service! I mean, these shuttle guys are terrific! So nice, so good to talk with, so attentive (they immediately seem to know when you're on the property and drive the shuttle right to you), helpful with the luggage, patient, kind, dedicated (they work early in the morning to late at night, plus there is staff at the garage 24/7, they said), and get you there on time! The shuttle for picking up inbound passengers seems to consistently be there. They seem quite dedicated. Such a good experience that we will recommend for others to use!

I want to express my profound gratitude to the shuttle driver who took me to my car Monday 6/21 about 11:30 pm after a long day of travel. I have learned his name is Luis Riveros. When he dropped me off at my car he waited to make sure I was safe, but my car was dead. He was kind enough to quickly drop off the others and come back to jump my battery and get me on my way. He was able to tell me why the battery had run down and died, what to do about it and show me how to get my suitcase out of the backseat with the electric door opener not working since putting it in the trunk was not an option. I am especially grateful as my wheelchair assist to my flight home went poorly, we arrived one hour later than the expected 10:20 pm, and I was returning from my first post-pandemic visit to my elderly mother and family there. I was road weary and ready to be home. The gentleman did me a great kindness. Luis exemplifies the level of service I know I can always count on from the Expressway team.

As an almost weekly traveler for several years now I have to say that I've come to absolutely love Expressway Parking. After using the Little Rock airport parking garages and carrying and dragging luggage a half mile to the gates, I appreciate being able pull into Expressway and having a shuttle driver pick me up at my vehicle, load my luggage and drop me off at the front door of the airport. And then upon my return, pick me up at the arrival gate and drop me off again at my vehicle. It's like my own personal shuttle service at my command. I never have to worry about the security during my travels either. The Expressway Rewards program is a great way to earn free parking using my business travel to earn free parking for vacations. Always great service, convenient, and the prices are comparable to the airport. (I believe we even paid less for the covered parking due to an online booking offer they were running). Our drivers (both times - leaving and arriving) were fantastic. Due to some bad weather and slower traffic, we were cutting it close on time to catch our flight....the driver got us to the airport quickly; and upon returning home, that driver was waiting for us. He also waited until we were actually in our car and ready to leave. They had a bucket of complimentary bottles of water on the shuttle van as well. Nice touch. We will use Expressway Airport Parking again.

Expressway parking is a terrific business that provides excellent service. I would never park anywhere else. First of all, you can reserve a spot in advance with no obligation. This entitles you to discounts and a reserved space. However, there is no need to do that as I have never had any problem driving in at any time and finding a convenient space, either in the deck or out on the lot. The main thing I like about Expressway parking is that my car is locked behind a secure fence. Unlike the parking lot at the airport, where anyone can walk up to your car. At Expressway the only people on that lot are fellow travelers who have parked their own cars. A shuttle bus picks you up right at your car. Most often, they are right there before you even get out. A friendly driver helps with your bags, and takes you straight to the front of the airport and drops you off at your airline's door. You end up walking about 1/10 the amount you would if you parked in the airport parking deck, and if it's raining or cold....no problem! It's the same way when you return from your trip. They pick you up and drop you right off next to your car, and they even help you load your suitcases. Finally Expressway is less expensive than the other parking at the airport. Better security, faster, more convenient, and less expensive: I'll never park anywhere else.

Expressway Park is my first choice of airport parking. Paramount is the safety issue. An efficient, cheerful driver picks me up immediately upon parking, helps me with the luggage and gets me to the airport in a timely fashion. Upon arrival from flight, I am picked up promptly without having to call for pickup. The driver cheerfully puts my luggage in the trunk and makes sure I'm safely in my car before driving on, sometimes to deliver others.

It costs less than parking at the airport and is just as fast because the driver comes to meet you as soon as they see you parking and takes you straight to the departure doors at the airport. You are greeted by someone cheerful and helpful when you are tired and just ready to get on the plane or go home. I feel that my car is more secure here as well. Wonderful Service! 1st) They have covered and uncovered parking. 2nd) The shuttle picks you up at your car. No walking across their lot to find the shuttle. They come to you, and the shuttle always seems to be there and ready to pick me up before I even get my bags out of the car! 3rd) They keep at least two shuttles running at all times, so their is always one in their lot and one at the terminal. This way when you return, you just step outside the terminal they they drive you all the way back to your car! (Yes the driver asks you where you are parked in their lot, and drives you all the way to your car, no walking) 4th) Checking in and out of the lot has been super easy for me! I've been using their phone app. I scan the bar code on my phone and away I go. No lines to wait in, and if I need a receipt for an expense report it comes in my email. 4) Their pricing is very reasonable. Even if their server took longer, I would still park here for the price! Summery: great people, fast service, no walking, wonderful price. Got my business every time I travel from here on out.

Excellent experience! I made reservations online thru their app and received one free day (out of 6), the price was way better than airport parking and way easier. The shuttle was waiting for us as we exited our car and was right in front of the airport when we walked out the door with our bags. Paid with my credit card on the way out of the lot and we were on our way home. My only suggestion to anyone using tis service is to remember where you parked. There's a place to put your location in the app but since the shuttle picked us up so quickly I forgot to put my location in it. Not a big deal but none of the people in the shuttle seemed to remember where they parked either. Other than that everything was perfect and I will definitely be using Expressway Airport Parking again.

We have been using Expressway Parking for several years and couldn't be more satisfied. The van comes right to your car to load your luggage, and the shuttle is right there at the airport within a few minutes of the arrival of your flight to take you to your car. You don't need to call for the shuttle. No more dragging your luggage across the parking lots or garages. This is definitely door-to-door service, and safe and secure parking.

It is as though I have my own private bus... The prices are good, and the option for service is excellent. I scheduled to have my brakes redone during a recent trip because I had bought the care used and put over 30000 miles on it. I got a call that my brakes were fine, and when I picked up my care my bill was $120 less than originally quoted. Good job!

I have parked at Expressway Airport Parking for years. I will never park on site at the airport again. I know my car is safe locked behind the gates with security cameras. The shuttle drivers are very friendly. They are quick and are usually at my car before I turn it off. When I return, rarely do I wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle to come around. Most times, the shuttle is parked at baggage claim waiting for the customers. Two thumbs up.

If you have not parked here yet, you should give them a try. I travel every week for work and tried Expressway a few years ago when the airport was doing work in the parking deck. I thought it would take longer to park here and ride the shuttle, but it’s actually faster than walking from the airport deck. My wife feels it’s safer because they drop you off near the door. My batter was dead last week and the driver helped me start my car. They always have cold water and a paper for me in the shuttle. If that’s not enough, it costs less than the airport and you can earn rewards for a car wash or oil changes.

Since you never know AR weather, we always choose covered parking. The shutter bus is always immediately there to pick us up and our luggage. After very short trip to terminal,,we are dropped off right before ticketing. Great service and price is less than the airport deck.

The most convenient parking at Little Rock National Airport. Ourbound, you park, I prefer the covered deck especially in winter, they pick you up at your car. They load your bag from car to shuttle. They drop you at the front door. Inbound, pickup is just outside the baggage claim. You may have to wait a couple of minutes, but not long. Driver loads bags unto shuttle and delivers you to your car. They load bags into your car. Convenient, secure. Cameras watch the deck.

My sister dropped off the car in the most visible spot possible a few days before we arrived. We were picked up by a very personable driver a few minutes after we got our bags. I travel 9-10 times a year for my job, Expressway Parking saves me time and money every time I travel. I know I can park in a safe covered parking cheaper than I can park at the airport. When I get home from a trip it is nice to be able to take a few steps out the door of the airport and hop on their bus and get dropped off right at my car. Easy, no hassle. Before "the corona" I was a frequent user of EP. I I don't think I've ever had to wait more than a minute for one of the van drivers to pick me up. The drivers are courteous and helpful. From experience, I know that using EP is more economical, safer, quicker and easier than using the airport parking lot. Use EP once, and you'll never go back to airport parking lots.

I came out of the airport to a STORM. The driver pulled up but refused to help with anyone's bags. He never spoke to any of us so we finally all just told him where we were parked as he pulled into the facility since he was not asking... He also never moved from his seat to assist anyone in getting their bags to get off the bus while storming. I realize this may be a courtesy and not a requirement but his manor was rude as well. I have never experienced a driver with that nature on this staff before. Much older men than him, ALWAYS get my bag from the vehicle and put it back in my vehicle upon my return. I hope I do not have him as my driver again.

BY FAR the best value in parking at LIT, with a level of service that exceeds the more expensive airport parking. Expressway may be slightly farther away than the official airport parking lot, but it is so much more convenient. When you pull into a spot on their lot a van is RIGHT THERE to get you and your bags- and they drive you to the front door of the airport. No walking in the rain, no schlepping your bags across a hot/cold parking lot, and at a price that is quite a bit cheaper. ( they even offer bottles of water and the morning paper in the van for you) And when you return, the van is always outside the airport door ready to take you to your specific car. Also, as you stay there if you sign up with them, you accrue free days. ( making it even cheaper) I travel almost every week and have been parking at Expressway for years. I won’t park anywhere else.

I love the service from each driver. I use to park here every day til I registered for offer of the 5days and 13th day hslf off or free. I contacted the manager. She ARGUED with me and was very rude when I advised her that I did not receive the free 5th day. Nor the half off on the 13th reservation. She asked for my email, gave it to her. She "did her little research" and told me she could only see 1 reservation that I made. I then said well I can bring you the emails that were sent from the reservations. She declined then said it's ONLY if you stay in the parking lot or garage for 5 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. I then stated NO WHERE on the buses nor on the website does it say CONSECUTIVE Day. I really think if thats the case the signs need to be modified to state that. I just started parking at peanut parking lot. I like the owner Drew he has always went out of his way even when I had services completed on my vehicle.
