Easy to use. Finding the way out that isnt by machine and by person a little tricky. Don't forget to validate ur parking if doing anything UIC related.

I regular the hospital this structure is attached to and have to give a decent rating as I park here everytime I have an appointment. Trying to find street parking is nearly impossible especially if you are not a city driver or from this area. The one-way streets are enough hassle to deal with and can get u turned around very quickly. Two complaints.. they should put up more signs on surrounding streets as I have had my phone die and no navigation it's difficult to find...also when u get your ticket validated it only takes off a couple dollars and u still pay nearly full price. I think at least 50% discount would be a little more helpful especially for elderly that have to park closer to building and are on fixed incomes.

The entrance is a little hard to find. The first time I spent about 15 min trying to figure out how to get in and where to turn. Once in I was able to find parking easily and be able to get into the hospital bridge and walk to my appointment without getting stuck in the rain. Make sure you validate your parking when leaving the hospital.

The structure was in good condition. But didn't see cracks in the floors or walls. Signage was clear and easy to understand. Pricing was clearly visibly posted before you entered the structure, enabling you to make an informed decision on whether you wanted to park there. Parking is paid to a live attendant (which is increasingly rate in the Chicago area lots), which is nice if you encounter a problem or have a question.

Very much over priced, no shuttle from parking to hospital no Security from parking to hospital Bathrooms are in the waiting room which means no privacy and there's always a line to service a whole wing, I've been by here going on days with a family member and the only thing these people ordered my was ice and juice nurses and others entered the room and didn't even say who they were or what they were doing. Just the facts.

Validated parking from health care visit keeps the cost down. Enclosed walkway to facility on 3rd and 6th floors. Lighting on roof is LED upgraded; rest of structure needs to get out of the 1970s and upgrade to LED lighting
