I’m so impressed by this place! They use walkie talkies to alert shuttles of when a customer arrives and someone came straight to my car to get me. Helped me with my bags and they give you a card with your space written on it. I was at the airport in less than 10 minutes and the staff were great. I’ve never had such a seamless time getting to the airport and this was my first time using a parking company outside the airport. Getting home was just as seamless and the driver back was just as friendly as the first. 10/10

The online reservation system was easy to use and the parking ticket going into my apple wallet made it one less thing to worry about. Getting in was easy, the shuttle was nice and clean and dropped us off right where we needed to go. I forgot my glasses and the driver was nice enough to turn around and let me get them out of the car. When we returned the shuttle was there waiting and took us right to our car. Our car was in one piece and hadn't been disturbed. Getting out was a breeze too. Will use this service again and recommend it to others.

Easy access and right off the interstate. Some drivers are more helpful than others, but I've never had any issues. Best advice: get the app, create an account, reserve in advance, earn points toward free parking. Unless something drastic changes, this will always be where I park when I have to fly.

This review is long overdue!!! I been using this services for some time now! First let me say that this was my first time EVER traveling with my elder mom & father early morning! This driver( Renarda) was so pleasant & helpful... She help me with both parents on the bus & also grab all our luggage out my trunk after getting my parents situated( which was very helpful). Now I've rode with this particular driver three times before and she is always pleasant and helpful.. She helped everyone that day( always) once she got us situated I apologized to everyone for the wait. Once we got to airport drop off she asked everyone to step down and proceeds to help with luggage( no one tip her😔) We were the last to get off because my parents move slow and elderly. I needed a wheelchair for my mother and had to find someone and just told driver to leave parents and luggage there. Didn't expect her to wait with them. I came back and she was standing with my parents so i gave her an additional tip because she went out her way & plus no one else gave her any tips for her exceptional service( I felt bad) so i blessed her for other guests as well😁 you definitely need more drivers passionate like this

PS 2 at Atlanta has been our go to covered parking facility for the past several years. The staff is always very friendly and professional! The shuttles are nearly “no wait” at this very busy airport! Even at 4AM in the morning (Atlanta) due to a Southwest delayed flight! On one trip I could not remember locking my car! I called them and asked them to confirm it was locked and they did, which gave me a peace of mind! Thank you PS2 for providing superb service to my family!

I had a great experience on my shuttle Ride at midnight. I believe our driver name was Marcellus. His bus smelled very clean, he was so kind and just happy, you can’t help but smile no matter how tired you are. To add to that he plays the smoothest jazz.

Easy to get to. Fast shuttle pick up directly at my car and free drop off at airport. When we got back, the shuttle was waiting for us and again dropped us off right at our car! We were gone 17 days and only got charged $8 a day for covered parking!!

What can I say. Parking was easy. I was picked up quickly. Smooth trip to the airport. Quick pickup when I landed. Both trips the driver was very helpful and welcoming. I came home from my trip and my phone didn't. The staff looked up my account since I didn't have my code. No problem. I can park in a covered area for about the same cost as parking outside at the airport and not having to hike to my truck. I'll be back.

I've used the Parking Spot 2 a number of times and never had any issues. It is just off the interstate and easier to get to than the other location. The shuttle to the domestic terminal is timely and I've never waited more than 5 minutes for mid-morning flights

I was leaving Atlanta for a couple days and I did not want to leave my car at a Marta parking station. The parking here is $8 - $9 per day for uncovered. This location is a few minutes away from the airport. Parking was tight here. The only pickup and drop off point is a Domestic Terminal LN1. The staff are fine and the experience wasn't bad but there has to be a better option.

Service was great! The only concern that we had was the luggage rolling down the hill. Our group had two bags that was missed being loaded due to this reason. Please let employees know to be aware of runaway luggage.

Getting picked up for departure was a little confusing, but pretty simple (just be visible and patient). Accidentally killed my battery over my absence, and they were helpful in jumping it. Did the online reservation process, no problems. Drivers were polite.

Was asking what time the bus was coming sfter I was told 3 minutes 3 minutes the first time waiting 15 minutes in the cold as bus one was here at 2 in the morning and I was rudely hung up on. I only chose this spot for SAG. Definitely didn’t expect to be hung up on just to get a time

Everything was very convenient and easy. I drove up, scanned my phone and before I could get my things out of my car, the shuttle was waiting for me. The drivers were polite and helpful. I was dropped off at the airline I was flying with. When I returned, I was easily able to locate the shuttle and was taken right to my car. Again everyone was polite and respectful. I will definitely be using them again. Much easier to drive and park there than to try to wrangle rides to and from the airport. They were very cost effective

This company and location are great. The price is low and the service is great. This is a cashless location and everything is so streamlined and easy. There are employees around to assist at all hours. They are constantly patrolling the lot to make sure no one is left behind, the shuttles are quick. It was raining and they moved so fast to get us and all our bags on the shuttle. This location is close to the expressway, food, and gas and only like a ten min drive to the airport. We love The Parking Spot!

This worked very well. First time I tried this. Very easy. Only 2 issues. 1 - When picked up driver had to make 3 loops around lot looking for people. Not efficient. 2 - On returning found that original driver recorded wrong slot number for my car. Fortunately it was in the adjacent row.

Just left this parking spot & highly recommend! When we arrived we were picked up quickly right at our car & when we arrived back to ATL there were 2 ‘Parking Spot 2’ vans waiting. We didn’t have to wait until the van was full & we were dropped off right at our car. After looking at reviews of other parking lots around I am glad we chose this one.

Every employee was kind and helpful. We accidentally left our diaper bag on the shuttle. Driver (Michael?) went out of his way to find us and make sure we got our bag before we left the lot and lost it forever. May be silly but it's a sentimental bag. Reasonable rates. I had a special situation (wife hurt knee on trip) requiring me and my wife to take an Uber from the Atlanta airport to the Parking Spot 2 lot. They allowed our Uber driver to enter the lot and take us right to our car.

Using The Parking Spot is super easy. The app is ideal for getting in and out of the lot. There's always a shuttle around. It takes maybe ten minutes between pulling into the parking lot and walking into the airport. It's all very easy, everyone is very friendly. Flying/going to the airport always makes me nervous about time, but using The Parking Spot never adds to my travel anxiety.

I was extremely nervous about off site parking but it was such an awesomely smooth experience. I parked for 4 days for a very reasonable price. I waited less than 5 minutes for a shuttle. When I parked my car...a shuttle pulled up to the spot and loaded my luggage. When I came back a shuttle was waiting at the airport and pulled me right back to my car and helped me put my luggage in the car. The drivers were TOP NOTCH and I would recommend to anyone!

The Parking Spot 2 is a clever concept I hadn't experienced before. Took the shuttle from the airport and was amazed at how far it was from the airport. We picked up our rented car and was out of there in no time. Returning the car was just as easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only con is trying to find a space for your car. The lot was packed!!

The only knock I could give them is the paper ticket system — but really, just don’t lose the ticket (or take a photo of it) and you’re good. The shuttles get to and from the airport really quickly too.

I love that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off directly at your car. I also have never used this service before so I was not sure where to get the shuttle when I arrived back at the airport, however, there were directions on the card given to me when I originally arrived. This made it easy to find where I should go to get on the shuttle back to the parking lot. My experience was great and I felt that the process was streamlined and made it very easy for a first-time user.

This location right here, though a little further from the airport, had the BEST customer service. Now the bus was hot as hell when you’re pulling luggage and carrying bags, but the drivers were on point…going to the airport and coming back. The Parking Spot 2 - Our car was parked in a gated secure location near the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. . It was convenient to get to from the interstate. I like the ease of reserving a spot and paying on my phone, and bringing up the app to get in the parking lot. The staff who transported us to and from the airport were friendly, loaded and unloaded our luggage. Although I couldn’t get the app to open when we came out of baggage claims, there was a bus there waiting to pick us up. When we left the parking lot, all we had to do was showtheQR code on my phone e and the gate arm opened for us to exit. We would definitely use The Parking Spot again.

My vehicle's battery died in Parking Spot 2 while I was on a 7 day visit to Miami. After waiting 2.5 hours for AAA to turn up, I told a Parking Spot driver of my plight. He sent someone who started my car, and as I was driving out with my family, the booth staff offered us bottled water, and commiserate with us. We were very appreciative.

When we got to our van, we discovered one of the kids hadn't shut the door well on the day of our departure and our battery was totally dead. Driver's pleasant. Right now in the morning they only have 2 Driver's to take you to airport and return from airport. They have long wait before leaving parking lot and airport trying to fill bus. It's a good distance from the airport. The bus is right there to take you to the airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of spots to choose from and I felt comfortable leaving my car there.

I love how easy the Parking Spot 2 makes traveling. This is the second time we have used them when flying out of Atlanta. The website is user-friendly making it easy to book reservations. They always send reminder emails about upcoming reservations and instructions on how to use their self-service when you arrive. They also always have discounts on their services. When I arrived at Parking Spot 2, the scanned code was easy to use, parking was readily available, and our driver was prompt. On the return, our driver knew when we would be arriving, so we had a van to ride back in as soon as we landed. Both drivers were friendly and helped with our bags. Our car was safe when we arrived back at the parking lot; no damage was seen. Upon leaving, employees were helpful at the check-out line to make sure we scanned out properly on the self-service machine. It is so nice that the Parking Spot 2 makes this part of the trip stress-free, especially when Atlanta is the busiest airport in the USA. We will use them any time we travel out of Atlanta!

A co-worker turned me on to the parking spot for the rewards and said that you could get covered parking for about the same price as the economy lot at the airport. The customer service is good too and willing to help if you made a reservation and the your charge doesn't come our correctly. If you have the printed reservation or the email they are customer focused. Also when doing your expenses you can log onto your account and access your past receipts, just in case you misplaced you other receipt or don't want to talk scan. The free drink home is also nice for the drive back.

This is where I park my vehicle all the time. Their shuttle services and drivers are very good. Last time, I had issue with my car. Mr. Kevin helped me park my car in the employee parking spot and then arranged the shuttle to pick me up to take to the airport. He also mentioned keeping an eye on my car. He was super fantastic! When I came back to pick up my car after the travel, I had to call AAA for help with car. The front office let me in and wait in cooler area rather than outside in hot weather. I wasn't flying out but instead was leaving my car there to jump in the car with some one else for a road trip. The staff was AMAZING. When I got there I had to wait in the office for my ride. The shuttle driver dropped me off at the office, took my bags out and placed them in the office. While I was waiting for my ride, they offered me a drink and were just overall friendly. My sister and 89 year old sweet mom were coming to pick me up at the Parking Spot 2, when arrived for a visit from Florida. My sister's fuel pump died as she pulled into her parking spot in the lot. The staff went way over and above to help us. The sent a driver to get my mom and sister out of the heat and bring into the cool of the office while we waited for the tow truck. The driver helped her off the bus and escorted her all the way inside making sure she was comfortable and cool. They gave us drinks and were so kind to us the two hours we had to sit there. When our tow truck finally came, they were wonderfully enough to help us get a Uber driver. Five stars is not nearly enough for the kind of service this wonderful staff gave us, on a day that could have been extremely stressful. This staff is definitely ANGELS IN DISGUISE.

Used my smartphone to enter the facility and quickly found a place to park; the shuttle was behind my car and waiting before I even got out the drivers seat. The driver loaded ours bag up and then went to pick another customer up before leaving with us. On arrival back to ATL at 2 in the morning, the shuttles were constantly coming back and forth, while communicating with each other when they were leaving the airport. The cashier was friendly and the free waters, sodas, lemonades and other drinks in the fridge by the exit were a welcome treat. Will use again.

Parking lot is in a great location, BUT management does need to be more aware of driver scheduling. It seems that every time I arrive early in the morning there is no shuttle to pick is up at the airport. Today 11/15/17 I arrived at the pickup location right after 6am, waited 10 minutes (it was cold) then called the office only to wait another 10 minutes. This has happened at least 4 times before in the morning this year. Please check on it!

We began using Parking Spot when it first opened. It was a very cold winter in the 1990's, our son was returning to CO, but just before the entrance, my husband began to have chest pains, I drove to Parking Spot and explained the problem. Our son was taken to the airport, we were not charged, and I got my husband to the hospital. Thankfully, it was an anxiety attack. The PS 2 in Atlanta never has a bus ready to pick you up. You stand there at the pick Up site and watch 5-6 PS1 buses come and go while waiting for the spot 2 buses. Same thing when you want to get picked up at your car. Waiting for buses and they never come or go up another lane and don’t pick you up. They need more drivers!!! Otherwise it’s a clean safe place to park the car.

When considering where to park at ATL, be aware of one item as it pertains to the Parking Spot #2 at Hartsfield. It is preferable (to me at least) because it's way out on Camp Creek, virtually on 285. Let them drive the length of CC Parkway, it doesn't cost you anything in time, or fuel, or frustration...plus, being on the correct side of CC, it is a very fast thing to get on 285 and get outta there when coming home (take a RIGHT out of their lot, then immediate LEFT to get on CC). What many may see as a disadvantage (being relatively far away from the airport) can actually be an advantage when seen from a different perspective.
