Of all my 30 years of going to PT, Patricia Yoon is hands down the best Therapist I've had. Her positive attitude is reinforced by her respect toward listening to my concerns and her knowledge surpasses my expectations. She is focused on my treatment and continues to use her tools to stay on top of my therapy. If it doesn't work, just because it works on someone else or textbook schooling, then she stop and goes back to what works. She has the street smarts to understand personalized treatment is what is best for the patience. Her listening skills, education, and hands is for the patience, not to please herself, but to please the patience. I recommend any promotion, bonus, or pay raise that can be given out. Well Deserved!

I went to Southeast Wichita Novacare for PT on my wrist and hand. I saw Dr Cole Meyer,DPT. He was very thorough, compassionate,and caring with his Evaluation and my treatment. I was having quite a bit of pain and numbness in my hand, and after 1 session I was better. He has excellent teaching skills, gave me handouts for my exercises, observed me performing them, and made me feel confident I could do them on my own between treatment sessions. I would highly recommend Cole Meyer DPT for your therapy needs.

My physical therapist is the best one I have had. They do things to increase their knowledge. I had never heard of problems with nerves and nerve impingement before. My PT had had a seminar on that, and checked for those kinds of problems. My PT also had a good personality. He asked about how weekend was and plans for weekend, etc. All in all, I've been very pleased with my experience so far.

Patty has been great. She has patience when working with you as my husband is in quite a bit a pain in his left hip. He had his right hip replaced 3 weeks ago and waiting to get the left one done. Patty has really help him and gives him exercises to do on his own so he can get his strength back. He has not been able to stand on his own or walk since July. Patty is amazing.

After having Rotator Cuff/Bone Spur and Bicep muscle repair on both arms, I had the best rehab care here. In my year of rehab I was lucky enough to work with Patty (she was my main person), Cole, Jen, and Brad. All very professional and know exactly how to treat their clients. If one needed help, any of the others stepped in to help. Patty and Brad knew when I needed additional surgery to remove scar tissue and communicated with my Dr. They all cheered each of us on, and I’m so thankful for all the help and knowledge they pass on to us so that we recover fully. I’m very thankful and am back to my normal. If anyone asks, I will always recommend this group for rehab needs. 5 stars for sure!

The physical therapy that I have received from Brad and Jenn at Nova Care Southeast is beyond measure. They are both professionals in their field and make you feel so comfortable, when you’re having difficulty. Brad is a mastermind when it comes to knowing exactly how to help you. Really a challenging, and valuable experience. When I began my PT, I had a variety of issues that were compounding each other - including limited breathing capacity which over time resulted in lack of endurance, overall weakness, balance issues, and a lack of confidence. During my time with them, I worked with multiple therapists. Each was great in their own way and I learned from each of them. My program was increasingly challenging - as I got stronger, my therapy was adjusted to ensure I made continuous progress. They made a difference in my life and in my self confidence. But most of all, they cared about me and in my success.

Each and everyone of them listens to what I have to say and works with me on what is the best plan to take care of the issue I am there to resolve. She not only worked with me to get my mobility and strength back, but she constantly praised me for doing a good job. Patty provided a personal plan to restore my mobility due to hip replacement. Her innovative plan was outstanding, resulting in my mobility going from required use of a walker, to cane, to stepping of the curb with any though of falling. There equipment was top notch. I observed that all the physical therapist were continually cleaning the equipment. All pandemic protocols were followed. If a person requires physical therapy I recommended NovaCare Southeast.

My therapist, Brad, is focused on evaluating my injury and working on mutual goals of recovery with return of strength and mobility without pain. Everyone at Nova Care is professional and friendly. I highly recommend Nova Care, and my therapist in particular, for a patient-centered, caring approach to rehabilitation therapy. February 26, 2021 Brad Begnoche, my therapist, has guided me through a past shoulder injury and is currently directing my recovery from a right total hip arthroplasty and getting me ready for a left total hip arthroplasty. The fact that I am able to have these hip replacements back-to-back, six weeks apart, is primarily due to Brad's expertise in developing a plan of care for strengthening and flexibility that is challenging but appropriate for me. Brad focuses on my particular weaknesses and adapts the exercises I do to help me recover without pain. The atmosphere at NovaCare Southeast is not only friendly and encouraging but also a place of successful outcomes. In my opinion, every one there deserves a 5+ star rating!

My name is Rebecca Sayre. Don"t know why my husband's name showed up on this. Anyway, I love, love, love this place. This is my second time using them. Both times they have done a wonderful job in helping me. Patty has been very attentive and listens to the things I say about my body. Then she addresses these issues and does things to help them. I don't how long it's been since I have been able to do things, like stand in the kitchen for 5 minutes before I got pain in my back so bad I had to sit down. So many things I couldn't do anymore,like clean my house. Now i can walk, I can do things I haven't been able to do for I don't know how long. I can go up and down my porch steps without having to cling to something. I'm walking so well my husband said, "when did you get so fast". I am so thankful. Thank you Patty.

This is the second time I have had to have some physical therapy. I have had awesome service from the staff at both of the facilities that I have been to. I am not a person who likes to be touched and will wait until the last minute to complain of a problem to my physician. These therapists have made me feel comfortable and I feel so much better after my therapy day. I have been to the facility at Wesley Medical Arts Towers and Harry and Rock Road and I would recommend both of them. I'm writing this review as a way of saying thank you to NovaCare. I have spinal stenosis and sleep apnea , conditions that had been eating away at me since birth. I had gone to doctors and specialists who for years told me that my issues were in my head or that I was simply lazy. No one had ever taken me seriously till I came here. After coming here they connected me to a new family doctor and a sleep doctor that were able to identify that I was suffering from real ailments. Because of them I was able to get real tests and learn why I had been losing strength and energy over the years. I'm 25 years old, I walk with cane, and have trouble carrying large objects, I lost my job due to my condition, but before I met this place the best explanation my old doctors could give was that I drank too much soda. If I had never come here, that explanation would have been the only one I would have going through life. Because of NovaCare I know what's wrong with me, and I can finally work on fixing it.
