Absolutely fantastic service. Marc was very friendly and professional. He measured a large custom vanity mirror for us and installed it the same day a few hours later. It looks outstanding and his price was very competitive. He even offered to help carry the quartz countertop when the counter installer hurt his back. Can highly recommend if you need mirror, glass or shower doors. Very, very impressed with this excellent service.

Our previous shower door was installed improperly and I was worried the tile was damaged permitly. Urban city glass was about to replace the shower door with a beautiful custom fit door that looked wonderful, didn’t leek water and was properly installed to handle the weight of such a big door. My husband and I have contracted with Adil many times for shower glass enclosures in our primary residence as well as rental properties. Most recently, we called on Adil again for a shower enclosure, a frosted glass "barn-style" door to a bathroom for a rental property and to replace the glass in two picture windows and two glass table tops for a solid wood desk and console in our home. The service was quick and professional as always, and the price reasonable. We feel like the quality of product that we receive is as good if not much better than any product that we could receive elsewhere. f there were more possible stars, I'd give them. Adil took a beloved mirror from above an antique dresser (the mirror was broken) and replaced it, explaining the delicate nature of cutting glass for a piece like that. He could not have been more kind, more efficient and with such attention to detail. Really can't say enough, highly recommend (and already have to my brother/neighbors & friends) -- and will definitely seek out their services again, for something bigger scale next time! Just TOPS

The main positives: 1) Adil came out the same day we contacted him for a quote. 2) He worked with us to find the best solution for our needs. I called Urban City Glass on Saturday afternoon to schedule for a mirror cutting and Adil came to my home on Sunday afternoon. The mirror I bought was 60 inches long and my wall is 59 inches, with that being said he did a FANTASTIC job with cutting the mirror on site. He went above and beyond by putting it up for me as well, which was definitely FAR more work than I had hired him for. I HIGHLY recommend Adil and will be hiring him again for my next project! He looked at what needed to be done to correct the terrible work done by the developers of The Columbia Residences, explained to us what needed to be done to correct the glass safety issues and why. First of all, if I could give Adil 10 stars I would. Without getting into all of the details, he came to my home and confirmed that my shower doors were installed properly and spent time trying to determine where my issue was coming from. This is a case where Adil could have easily talked down my original contractor and installation but he was HONEST and could find nothing wrong with the install. Excellent experience with Adil and his assistant Carlos. PLUMB, LEVEL, & CAREFUL. I was in desperate need of an installation for a Home Depot glass door I had ordered. Adil answered right away, was responsive via text, and mentioned that he could help cut the door to size in the event that I had accidentally measured improperly for the space, which sometimes happens with homeowners. His pricing for custom fabrication and installation was comparable to the price of my Home Depot door with installation only. I would be happy to have Adil do the whole thing next time. I would give 10 stars if I could. Urban City (the owner, Adil) came out to my house to look at a tricky Mirror project, knowing it may not be worth the effort and/or may not be possible to fix. And that if he could even fix it, I might not hire him. Three other companies I had called said they were not interested. Adil came up with a creative solution, and then quickly procured the new glass and fixed the issue. It looks perfect now. And the price was completely reasonable. I was completely thrilled with this glass company. I received high quality glass mirrors with beveled edges. This was a special order and I have to admit I was nervous about what they would look like in the end. They were perfect and the thickness Adil recommended also perfect. I transported the mirrors from Washington DC to Mozambique and couldn’t believe they made it the whole way (4 legs of flight)! This is a testament to the owner who placed corked squares (that were easily removable) attention to detail and then I wrapped them in bubble wrap to make the trip. I had the "pleasure" of getting some glass work done by Urban City Glass last week, and my impression was WOW. I have been a home owner for 20+ years and literally have weekly work done by various contractors and service providers - including glass work in the past. What was different this time? When the owner Adil showed up it was just an awesome experience from beginning to end. To start, I was difficult right out of the gate and wanted the glass work done THAT DAY. I got an appointment within 90 mins max. I was told the glass would take 2 days. Instead, the following morning (a Saturday) before 10am a text arrived to my surprise that my glass work was ready and he could install within 30 minutes if I was available - heck yes. What also struck me the most about this job was that although it was just a piece of glass, he treated the job with such professionalism and concern right from the onset. He wanted it perfect. He measured (meticulously and several times) - I knew it was going to be a perfect fit for my piece right then. When he arrived to install (did I mention it was less than 24 hours later?) he took such care to make sure it was perfect, spotless and I was totally satisfied. Payment was easy and seemed secondary to providing a perfect product for him. A true artist. I can not recommend Adil and the folks at Urban City Glass enough. Do not hesitate to put your trust and money in their hands. I am now walking through my house "looking" for additional work for them - including a new spa, their work is awesome. Thanks guys.

We have a soaking tub/shower with frameless glass doors that were poorly installed by our developer. There was a lot of mold between the glass and tub. The lower hinge on my Kohler pivot frameless glass door was broken. I ordered the parts from Kohler and then searched for a professional who could replace the hinge. Five glass companies told me they didn't do that, two bathroom handymen who initially thought they could do the job from photos I sent decided that they were not qualified once they arrived at my home and took a look at the door. I was so happy when Adil from Urban City Glass arrived at my home. I could tell immediately that he knew exactly what to do . . . and he replaced the hinge! He was able to design a custom setup that would work for my two baths, which both has space restrictions. The installation took place 9 days later, in line with his estimate for install.
