The spring and one of the 2 cables broke on my 16 ft garage door first thing in the morning. I gave Pro Garage Doors a call and they said they would be out the next day to have someone look at it and get it fixed. That didn't happen. They showed up THE SAME DAY and even called ahead to let me know they would be able to make it that day as well. The 2 man crew showed up and in less than an hour they had it fixed and working again. They were very professional and just good guys. Reece and Mike did a great job. I would recommend Pro Garage Doors to anyone needing repairs or looking for a new garage door! Well done fellas!

The entire Pro garage door crew is amazing! I work with these guys on a daily basis with building and designing homes and they are rock stars! Dustin is a amazing owner and Aimee in the office always makes sure the orders are put in and arrive on time! From a personal experience my garage door spring broke in the morning and I could not get my car out. I called and they had Reece come out to my to fix my door within an hour! I would definitely recommend them! New update 2022 - My garage door would randomly keep opening without me ever hitting the button. They came out the very next day after a snowstorm on the coldest day of the year and replaced my opener. Everything works great! Super happy with them!

The wind storm in May that went through the Sioux Falls area caved in my garage door. I called Pro Garage Door the day after the storm and they said they can get someone out right away to fix my garage door. Mike S & Brad showed up on time and fixed my door very quickly and they were super nice. My wife and I ordered a door from Pro Garage Door with windows in the door. We were told there is a few weeks lead time and before that lead time was up we got a call and we set up our new door install. I was called the day of the install by Brad & Mike S to let me know they would be installing the new door. They installed the new door, they also educated me on helpful tips on how to maximize the longevity of my new door. Brad & Mike S are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Both Mike & Brad were out at my home mid afternoon this Friday. They both trouble shot my door and fixed the problem I had of a broken tension spring on my double door. Not only did they repair it but they used the proper springs as the previous setup had two different incorrect springs. Both these gentlemen did a outstanding job with not only the work but the customer service side of business helping me program remotes and a new key pad also. I would recommend them to everyone and I will definitely ask for them again in the future should I need anything else. Thanks guys!

My aging door was paper thin and had some rust on it. One day, when I tried to close it, it got half way down and buckled and destroyed itself. It was stuck half way open. I called Pro Garage Doors and they sent out a crew to come buy and get the door closed for me right away. They then took measurements for a replacement. I checked with several local vendors and they could not fix the door for months because of shortages caused by the Covid lock-downs. Everything was back ordered. They were able to custom order me a new double sided insulated door for a very competitive price at half the time of the other vendors I checked. They sent a two man instillation crew who removed my old hardware and door quickly and efficiently. They installed the new door in just a few hours and adjusted and tested it to make sure everything worked. It works perfectly and is so much better quality than the old one. The new door is much quieter and seals perfectly and looks great. Just a beautiful job all around. I couldn’t be happier.

I called another company first to repair my garage door. I was told the door couldn't be opened and the only way to fix it was to cut the door up and replace it for $1200 or so. I called Pro next, later in the day. He said it was too late that day to get someone out, but the next afternoon, he called to tell me the door was opened, repaired, and working properly. Total bill? $180. Can't say enough good things about this company. They will always be my first call in the future. Thanks for the great service!!

I've heard horror stories about some of the name brand garage door dealers in the area before. A fellow coworker had work done by Pro Garage Doors and sang their praises. So, when my spring broke on my garage door, I knew who I was calling right away. Dustin returned my call promptly and was very courteous. He told me he might be able to get to it that day. When I got home that night, my door had two new springs on it. The door has never functioned as smoothly and as quietly as it does now. Also, no mess from the service technicians. I'm a very picky person and always inspect any work that is performed for me. I'm the type of person that will open the hood or crawl under the vehicle to inspect the work that was done. I couldn't be happier with Dustin and his crew. I will most definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

It’s pretty simple why you should use Pro Garage Doors of Sioux Falls.... I called at 7:50am and they answered (opens at 8am) They were at my house by noon for an estimate. The wife said they were very nice and explained everything. Quote in hand by 3pm. 10/13/2020 Lone behold the cable broke the same night they gave me the estimate! 😂 rusty and brittle. Called this morning and they are on the way to repair and we ordered the new doors. You just don’t get this type of service anymore. They don’t get stagnant. Every customer is important to them. This is a great company. When I called in for my repair, I figured I'd need to wait a while. Their service technician was out within the hour to repair my door. It was fixed before my wife and kids even got home from school, and they were able to pull right in to the garage like nothing happened. Major points since it was freezing cold and windy that day! Excellent service. When had issues with Overhead Door Company not fixing my current problem with the door and telling me I needed to replace the motor and T-bar, I called for another estimate. Pro Garage Door came over and checked out the existing machinery and tested the photo eyes. Pro-Garage found the photo eyes needed to be replaced and did so. the pro-garage person reset all the remote devices, which had been disabled by the Overhear door person. The garage door works perfectly, even in the sun light.

Our garage door wasn't working after installing drywall in the ceiling and with a pending snow storm coming a non-working garage door with 3 kids is not an ideal situation. Feb 2023: Called Mike at Pro Garage Doors out to replace an opener, they were out the same day! Kyle installed and did a great job and was very friendly, will always recommend these guys!! They have done both doors now and an opener a couple of years ago, didn't hesitate for a second to call them.
