He was able to get it working again and also took a look at my other openers and doors to make sure they were ready for winter. And even with the horrible weather taking place, it was done within 20-30 minutes. A cable at the side of my garage door broke due to rust. I was able to get an appointment for the next day; car was already outside. The service technician arrived within the window of the appointment time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Then he explained about the corrosive chemicals used by the city streets department to get rid of snow so I can check the way the snow melts off the car inside the garage. If I have problems in the future I will call Overhead Door!

I judge a company on how they right a wrong. Several months ago they replaced a door. Since then we had problems and called them out on numerous occasions. The problems remained unresolved. This week, following a length discussion with Daniel, the problems were attributed to a motor unsuited to the door. They replaced the motor with one better suited to the replacement door. All appears to be right now. They stood behind their product and made it right. That's five star performance in my book.

Easy phone call to set up the appointment, they were available the next day, fixed nicely, and even seemed to put the wagon back on its parking spot afterwards so I wouldn't run it over since it's hard to see the floor with an inclined driveway.

I have never had this happen before with any service. If you are sending a receipt great but most people need to know amount charged for budgeting. I did not like that. Our cable wore through, and the door was hung-up all wonky and cockeyed. We submitted a service request through the website, and Overhead Door Company called us at 8:00 the following morning. The estimator was courteous, and thorough to understand the extent of our needs. The technicians were prompt, and communicated the repairs to my wife, and let her know when they were finished with their work. Plan to call again when it is time to upgrade the existing door.

Overhead door has been coming to my house for about 30 years. I think the guy who first came probably retired now. They know what parts to being because it's all on file so everything is very fast. I just call the phone number on the door about ever 10 years so It's a good thing it's there because I forget the company and the phone number by about that time. Also the rates actually haven't changed much over the years so I know pretty much what it will cost before they even show up to change a spring. I can't say that about fixing my cars. To bad they don't work on cars. That would be helpful.

Very pleasant experience with Overhead Door! John Gross was the sales representative that we worked with and he made the process very easy! Mark and Mike (I believe that was their names) installed the garage doors for us yesterday and we are very pleased with how they came out. They were there at 8am and done at noon. One of the panels actually had a nice cut in it and they made sure to address that with us right away. They ordered a replacement panel and will change it out when it comes in. Overall great experience so far!

We’ve had Overhead Door doors/openers for over 10yrs and have had relatively little trouble. When there have been things (spring breaks, excessive noise, opener issue) they have been great about coming out right away (often same day) and getting the problem fixed, often for less cost than I had figured. Their crew is always happy to explain problem and answer questions and always seem to have a great attitude despite being fairly busy. Would highly recommend!

We had an interesting situation: living in an old house with a one piece wooden garage door that we had to open manually. They came and set up a new door and even added some of the necessary structure to the door frame to make it work. They even added a couple bolts onto our other door that were missing.
