My first time working with a process server service and so happy I chose Clearview! Josh and his team not only got the job done, but went above and beyond to make sure all legal steps were taken and included proper documentation. They helped me confirm the correct address to which we were serving, and returned to serve until successful. In addition, Josh also supplied me with legal documentation regarding the successful service process, and helped me file it with the courts correctly. I also appreciate Josh’s prompt communication via email and text! Highly recommend!

This service was fantastic! I had a defendant that was doing his best to be evasive and hard to find. When located, he was further away making it more diffucult to serve him, but Clearview got him served in time! Anyone going through the stress of the process knows how many varibles there are and Clearveiw made a stressful process a significantly less stressful one. It's often the difficulty of these things that makes people not even want to try and hold people accountable and file in the first place, but thanks to Clearview I feel people in the area have the resources to hold eachother accountable and that is very important to me. I hope to never need the service again, but if I do, I won't need to look elsewhere because I know they wil do it and do it proffesionally. ~N.K.

I found this company through Google. Josh far exceeded my expectations. I had him run a skip trace and do personal service for a federal subpoena. He served the subpoena in a timely manner and notified me promptly when the subpoena was served. His prices are quite reasonable. This is the best service! Don’t waste your time and money with those big online process service companies. I tried them to serve documents at an apartment and at a place of work and it didn’t work out despite paying them for the service. All I got was a proof of nonservice which I didn’t need because I had to serve him in person to allow the judge to make a decision on all the issues I was filing for. Clearview got the job done professionally and expeditiously! I even got a photo with coordinates of the person and a date and time stamp! Wonderful job!

I needed some court documents served in Seattle (I am from out of town.) After checking around I decided to use Clearview Legal Services. The price and the service was GREAT!! I got the papers to Joshua a bit before noon on a Friday, and fully did not expect this to be done until at least Monday. I was completely surprised a couple hours later when he sent a text saying it was done! WOW that put my mind at ease!I I was able to enjoy the rest of a sunny Friday afternoon sitting on a dock and fishing with a friend!!

Wow, these guys were soooo awesome. This was my 3rd time having to serve papers and it is a very difficult moment to prepare for. Clearview went far above and beyond in customer service and competency. It was over so quick. My case was tricky due to limited technology on my end and ability to make contact with the Respondent but Clearview made it so easy when other process servers would not. I wouldn't look anywhere else if you need one, seriously.

I hired Clearview to serve unruly tenants that have a history of bullying and harassment. I've never gone through an eviction process, let alone been the evictor and was really nervous about it. But Clearview were so professional and knowledgeable I was instantly at ease. They went above and beyond to make sure the tenants were served, waiting several hours to serve and then waiting a bit afterwards to make sure everything was calm. They even offered to file all the documentation- Amazing! Clearview cares about what they do, making difficult situations easier. The best part? Okay, I didn’t know how to go about locating someone who had rented a place from me and now owned me money and had moved away to the Washington area ; all I had was a phone number and I felt lost. I needed to locate the guy to be able to sue for the money he owed. I contacted Clearview P.I. and told him my story - He was patient and I was assured he could locate the most current information available on the person with what is called a Skip Trace – I ordered the Skip Trace and in less than 24 hours, I knew where the scoundrel could be found and served. I then was able to file the lawsuit and get him SERVED! This was the best experience – Clearview P.I. not only served the papers but made me feel confident and at ease through the entire process. If you need to locate and serve someone, I would definitely recommend this guy! 

Had trouble finding my long lost nephew who moved away years ago and didn't tell anyone where he went. I spent countless hours online searching for him, all of us were worried. I heard about Clear View from a friend and gave him a try not thinking much of it, but within 4-5 days he was able to track him down an address and we've since been reunited. Maybe it's not magic but he sure got the job done.
