Always have an issue printing out the required documents needed to take to employer because of "technical difficulties" with there servers etc. Staff wise, they seemed friendly and down to earth. I would give them a better rating if they weren't so shorthanded with staff in more than one department.

I went in on Fri jan 13th almost at closing time for a UA. There was some issues with my paper work so your office manager reached out to my work problem solved. Everyone real patien and helpful. I got the UA done and back to work. Thank you

Staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful, my only complaint is I went there for a random DOT pop pee exam So like most people that know they need to pee in a cup, I was prepared before I left home to do so. I had to wait 30-45 mins once I got there to finally get called back to let it fly. One would think a place that is only going to see you for a total of 10 mins and should understand the reason you’re there, could be a little more considerate and slide you up the list. (Maybe they accept appointments for this kind of thing and this could have been quicker, my bad for not checking?) Just my thoughts anyway. Maybe next time I will wait and start drinking once I get there then go back and make them wait for Mr Winky to be ready. Of course they are paid hourly so the probably don’t care haha. That’s all. As soon as I walked in I was greeted respectfully. As soon as I provided the correct document indicating of my purpose there, I was given paperwork to fill out with clear and easy instructions to correctly fill out the paperwork. Then when I was called to the back to take my tests, which I would like to add that it wasn't a long time I had to wait for. I was told exactly what was going to happen and with clear instructions as well as the expectations they would like from me. They always kept me informed and made me feel at ease being there, especially since this was my only time ever being there. I am grateful for having the opportunity to have the experience of going to Concentra. I would highly recommend this as the go to for any pre-employment lab tests or anything else they may provide to the customer. Might I add that this is my first time ever deciding to leave a review. So it goes to show that Concentra actually left quite an impression for me to be this satisfied that I finally decided to leave my first review, not only that but also a very lengthy one. So thanks Concentra.

Well to be honest I was not impressed with Dr. L. I can't remember his last name. He was...... I cant explain it. I hate to say the word strange. Then the little assistant had a hard time spelling english words, so she turned her computer so I could see and I helped her with some English words. Then I went to pt, wow brad is one great human being. Very personal , knew your name quickly. Just a auper and professional guy. And knew his job well.

The only reason I don’t give a five on this is just for the time I had to wait. The staff was very courteous and efficient at the window and once I got to the back. I felt fortunate that I was only in the waiting room about an hour. I sat down next to a person that told me they had been there for three hours. The same person told me they had been there for three hours the night before I went home because they had to tend to their children.

I had to go here this morning to get A LOT of things done before my next travel assignment and the staff who worked here today were more efficient than a Chick-fil-A drive through crew on their best day. There were probably 35 people in this lobby with a line out the door before they even opened. I had to get everything done TODAY so I was camping out no matter what but, I was in and out of there. The phlebotomist was great, the tech that checked me in and was very friendly, and the doctor was super personable. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating and well organized. I was very impressed by this place. I never log in to write reviews for anything but I was just thinking —that could’ve been so much worse, but it wasn’t. You guys rock!

I was very satisfied with my experience in physical therapy with Bradly Radle. He didn't push me to do more than I could handle and was good to check up on how everyone was doing. My experience with the regular doctor wasn't as good. I waited probably 45 minutes to basically carelessly be pushed out the door. The doctor probably spent 5 minutes or less with me and I was a bit disappointed and felt they didn't care about my status report and stuff. I don't feel like they took much time to see how I was feeling or what I could handle going back to work. Other than that my experience wasn't bad. The receptionist were all very nice and helpful and had great attitudes despite it being really busy.

My husband was recently sent here for pre-employment testing. Despite there being a lobby full of people, and the fact that my husband arrived 1 hour before closing, they still seen him. His tests were quick and easy and the staff made the entire visit even better. Me and my husband highly recommend this location!!

I had an issue the first day I went in because of my enlarged prostate not allowing me to give enough for a sample, but with the understanding of my company and your nurses and lab I was able to come back in and give a proper sample and got the job I was in line for. The staff were really compassionate and knowledgeable. The process, however, of registering for the appointment once you arrive is horrific -- the most time-consuming part. While Concentra has attempted to streamline things by sending a link to your phone and having you fill it out in this fashion, it is cumbersome. Hard copy paperwork would actually be easier for the patient (though not for staff because then they would have to enter the info on their end). I recommend using Concentra-owned I-Pads for the bigger screen and ease of typing. Even better would be to have patients coming in for routine matters to be able to make an appointment window and fill out this information from their preferred device the night before.

The staff at EZ in clear field are the nicest people around. They have been able to get what I'm looking at a reasonable price. And if I have any issues they are on the ball to get those issues fixed so I can get back to relaxing. They take the worry out of looking for items. They believe in respect. I respect them and what they do and the respect me. The way it should be. They are GREAT.

Only four stars because....well nobody or no process is perfect. Always room for improvement. That being said. The front desk was engaging, wearing masks, and very friendly and helpful. My nurse was AWESOME! The doc was professional and friendly. Seems like a great operation overall.

I went in for a pre employment physical, everything went smoothly. The check in was pretty typical but they have you do a medical history survey from your phone which is nice, no wasted paper and much faster. The doctor came in shortly after my intake and got right to it and I was in and out relatively quickly.

Lovely staff. Quick and easy in and out even with social distancing. My only complain was the doctor himself performing the dot physical. He seemed quite irritated to be doing so. Nothing particularly negative except his demeanor. But would recommend for everyone in the slc area to stop here regardless.

The nurse’s sense of humor went a long way toward making a needed visit worthwhile, and I never felt like I was waiting very long for the next step in the process to start. I’ll plan on going there next year when it comes time to renew my medical certificate!

I came to Concentra in September 2019 with a Work place injury. I was fortunate to work with their kind and patient staff and Dr’s. Dr Anderson is very understanding and caring. A nice guy. When we learned that I needed a specialist they referred me Dr. DeMordaunt. It can take a few weeks to get into him and every minute of it was worth it. He figured out what was wrong with me and had me healing well within a few weeks. After 5 1/2 months I got released to go back to work today. I would recommend Concentra and the entire staff to my family and friends and coworkers. They were patient and amazing to work with❤️

It's only $35 for a doctor to fill out a physical form for sports for my daughter. They are always quick and friendly and polite, all the staff. Last time we went in they told us the wait would be about an hour and a half and told us we could go to the one in Sandy We did that and were able to get into that clinic quickly.

Well, I went there because I had too. Which is normally the case when discussing medical appointments. I got injured at work and this is where they sent me. The staff were courteous and efficient. Dr Love (yes, that is his real name) was professional and nice. They visited with me, inspected the problem, did x-rays, gave me a prescription, and sent me on my way. Very easy. No appointment. Good care.

Front desk was courteous and the person who collects the urine samples was professional. Maybe the front desk could ask the client to hang on to the pen they use to fill out the first form until they’ve completed all the forms so as not to use so many pens that need to be sanitized.

It took forever to finally get called back. Now I realize it was busy, but its frustrating to see people come in check in and get called back while i'm still waiting. Then after my drug screen once I was in the exam room it was a long time again before the doctor came in. That being said, I had no problem with how people conducted themselves. Well 1st part of my name and it makes me feel important but all the employees and the doctors are very knowledgeable and I won't go anywhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised by this concentra location. The staff was friendly and efficient(this was the most important thing for me). They move a lot of patients and I was amazed how quickly they got me in and out, just went in for a mask fit test, with all the documentation I would need without me even having to ask. They get very busy at times and I am sure some of the staff gets stressed during those times but nothing seems to interfere with their commitment to provide excellent health care services. I think their ancillaries do a fine job as well and their character keeps them involved in making certain that everything the patient wants is realized.

The only complaint was having to wait an hour and a half before being taken back to take the drug test. I had to pee prior to my arrival, but I decided not to use the restroom before hand because I wanted to make sure that I would be able to pee when it came time to take the drug test. Typically, I have no problem with waiting. I have my phone to play on and headphones to listen to music, so it’s pretty easy to pass the time. But after a certain point of having to hold your bladder for that long, even your phone won’t be able to help. My phone helped me through the first hour, but once that hour mark hit I had to pee so bad that my phone could no longer keep me distracted so the last 30 minutes was completely miserable. Felt like the slowest 30 minutes of my life especially because, at the moment, I had no idea how much longer I would be waiting.. Once I was finally called back it was smooth sailing from there. The nurse was awesome and super friendly, she handled the drug test as well as all of the meaursements and initial tests for the physical. Once she finished she told me that the doctor would now come in and complete the rest of the physical. He came in shortly after, and was extremely professional from the start which made everything a lot more comfortable. It only took about 30 minutes from the start of the drug test to the end of the physical. If I were to only rate the last 30 minutes of my visit I would give them 5 stars. Completing everything in a timely manner while still managing to be friendly and professional. There were several people that arrived well after I did that were called back before me and were in and out within 5-10 minutes. Probably because they only had to take the drug test. I think that because I had the physical AND drug test to do, the wait was a lot longer than it would have been if I only had to take the drug test. Which is understandable since the physical requires the doctor to complete whereas the drug test can be completed by one of the many nurses. However, I have one suggestion. When a patient finishes the initial paperwork and brings it back to the front desk, if they have both the physical and drug test to do, have the receptionist ask the patient if they have to use the restroom. If they do, put them in line for the drug test and call them back when it’s their turn. Even if they have to go back out and wait for the physical portion, at least they won’t have to pee while the are waiting. The wait isn’t bad until you are waiting with a full bladder. (:

I had good service but My biggest concern was that almost every paper I looked at had my SSN printed on it and with today's identity theft issues that is very bad practice. I can understand maby needing that info on file but it does not need to be printed on every piece of paper. It shouldn't be that hard to find a better way to identify there patients.

Concentra Medical Center is awesome! When you walk in they greet you and get right with you. During your short wait, you can help yourself to snacks or a drink. Everyone loves snacks! I’ve been here for 3 years for all work-related visits, and not one bad experience yet.

I was satisfied with the nurse who was doing my D & A. The wait time is a little grueling but that is a city for you. DOT exams I heard them talk takes 2-3 hours on a typical day. One front desk lady was not very approachable and very rude if she called someone's name out and they didn't hurry in the 2 seconds after she called. Other than that, not too bad. Be sure to have all your documentation ready because the one grouchy lady has no patience.
