Focus Forward Media recently created a video for our nonprofit that has hands down moved our fundraising ability to a new level. To start, they are delightful to work with. Professional, prompt in responding to emails and, delivered each step of the project ahead of deadlines. Our organization funds complicated science and our goal was to portray our scientist and their work in a way that could be understood by the general public. They researched what we do inside and out and had an such a good understanding by the day of our shoot, they were able to create the video with little support on our end. I decided to produce a video commercial for my first time, and really did not know where to begin. After looking around online, I found Focus Forward, which happened to be located only a few blocks from my office. When I saw their website, I was very impressed with their work, and I hoped they would be able to do the same quality of work for my office. They were very easy to work with, and answered all of my questions quickly. They always showed up on time, and spent a lot of effort to make sure everything went not just smoothly, but without error. They spent time on even things I thought were minutiae (such as getting the lighting just right, constant sound checks, angles) just to ensure that the filming proceeded as perfectly as it could. They handled everything from beginning to end, including writing the script. It made the process so stress free. The final product is outstanding, and I have received numerous compliments from everyone I have shown the commercial to. They were able to make a very captivating commercial, notwithstanding that the field I work in lacks excitement and glamour, and is something they have no background in. I am sure I will use them again when I decide to produce another commercial. You can tell that they care about the quality of the work they produce for their clients.
