I loved the social distancing that was set up for different people meet. Clean and tidy. Service was on point, nurses are beautiful and friendly(am sure that would help calm some scared patients down) Concentra is really fast at attending to patients and that's good. Covid test results seem to come out fast and that good too if one has a flight to catch. Keep it up

Great place to get a DOT Physical. Went in without appointment and they got me in reasonable fast. Probably would have been faster with a appointment. If you go in without appointment DO NOT GO after 3:30pm. Place was easy to find and even had enough space to park our 40 truck across the street.

Arrived at concentra at 0755. Was out by 815. 820. All the staff were very pleasant and professional especially Laura. She greeted everyone by name and when done , on the way out the door she would tell everyone to have a great day.

Was my first time using this site for lab work ordered from an outside place. Was so easy to go in, get registered and from start to finish it only took about 15 mins. The entire staff were all so friendly. I will definitely use them again. Very satisfied

Facility is clean and staff were very kind. I disagree with the Masking requirement and feel it seriously imposed on my health. Masks are for sick people NOt healthy people. I would go there again except I will not as they forced me to mask. . The Southborough office is wonderful.
