Absolutely fantastic place to get your prints done. Not only were they fast, courteous, delightful but they also have a sense of humor. Both Kathy and Baylen are both fantastic workers who you can tell really care about their jobs in a atmosphere that's known for employees not liking their job it really was refreshing. Not only that but they did all my fingerprints and everything for free. I walked in got my fingerprints done and everything within 5 minutes and it didn't cost me anything. We definitely go back here again.

Wow. So quick and easy. Needed prints and photos for AZ Guard Card. Love the inkless fingerprinting. No mess! Take 3 steps to the left and there is the photo area. All 3 employees I worked with were personal and professional. It cost me a more than where I have gone before, but worth the extra cost. In and out in about 15 minutes.

Richard is a 10/10 human. He is polite, respectful, well spoken, kind, and competent. I was having car issues the day I went in to get scanned; he informed me that he is knowledgable about cars, then produced to follow me outside and educate me on the problem and solution. Highly recommend this place. The agents are friendly and efficient. I arrived as a walk in and there were at least 4 people ahead of me. My wait time was less than 5minutes and I spent approximately 10minutes in the place. The cost was reasonable and my fingerprints were in compliance according to the receiving agency. No issues and no comebacks.

Came in the afternoon on a Friday. Basically no wait, very quick. Very friendly and kind. It seems like the lady that helped me likes her job and really does care about people. She was also knowledgeable about all prices and made sure to let me and the other people there know exactly what services cost. I wish I asked her name so I could leave it in this review. Came for fingerprints only, and for them to be mailed off. Cost me $32. And it was digital. Not the cheapest for fingerprints, but very quick and positive experience, so I would absolutely recommend this place for people needing that service done.

Hands down the BEST place to get fingerprinting done. I have been twice and my first experience was absolutely amazing. Brett did my fingerprints and made me feel very comfortable and was super nice. I realized I had forgotten important paperwork that needed to be filled out by them so when I returned the second time the girl working at the front desk at the time was extremely helpful. Thankfully I returned soon enough so they still had my fingerprints on file so that saved me some money as well. Just awesome customer service overall. Will never go anywhere else.

I walked in right behind 5 other people. I was concerned it would take a while but they handled it with ease and very thorough. Were knowledgeable and super helpful. Very pleasant and would recommend them to anyone. There was a gentleman who was ahead of me in line who had a concern over the process and was getting a bit irritated. The woman there handled without any distress and presented a solution for the man that he was a bit in shock. He couldn't say much other than thank you.

I just got my fingerprints done for the first time, called ahead and asked some questions about what to expect. Jessi at the front desk and who did my finger printing was so kind and helpful throughout the process. The office was clean, nice and following all CDC guidelines for safety measures. While doing my finger scan gloves were worn and everything was clean. Any question I had was answered. Overall I had a great experience!

When I called they were very polite. Everyone was very efficient and it was a very fast process, and they helped answer all my questions. I didn't feel talked down to for asking anything. The digital scanning was fast and clean compared to ink. They took everyone in a very prompt, quick manner. It was a quick and easy process. I received my paperwork, application ID and they explained what the next step to expect is. And I recommend the one stop shop price. It makes it all fast and easy, and you will pay that amount no matter what in total for your card application process. This way they do the work for you basically. I loved the walk in basis at the Mesa location.

Very easy. It was my first time getting my finger prints done and this company made it super easy for me. I walked in, waited for a bit, and they took care of the rest. For those unfamiliar with the process this was trash. The desk was unhelpful, the fees are completely separate from all of the State fees and then they print them to physically mail them off. Thankfully the fingerprinter was knowledgeable and helpful or I'd have given this experience one

I made a call to verify the information on the website regarding the fingerprinting process. Not only the website was clear and well informed, the lady who picked up the phone was polite, detailed and knowledgeable helping me to make sure I got the print done without issues. The building was clearly marked with signs on the door to help find the right suite. Upon entering the building, the receptionist was polite and helpful. The entire process was fast, trouble free, and I knew what to expect from start to finish. The document I was trying to obtain arrived in the mail as the staff explained without unexpected issues.

Went to get fingerprinted for a new job. The lady at the front desk was super nice and funny. It was my first time doing anything like this so I wasn’t sure what to bring or what it was going to be like. But the team here really made me comfortable. The young man who did the fingerprinting was also really cool. We chatted up a little about how ink used to be the go to but now it’s electronic. All in all 11/10

I called ahead to ask a few questions to better understand process. The manager at the Mesa location was GREAT! She answered all of my questions, was very friendly and I could hear her "smiling" over the telephone. I ended up going to the Phoenix location because it was about 10 minutes closer than Mesa. The manager and the employee at the Phoenix location the was GREAT, fun and friendly! The process was quick and easy (less than 15 mins) just like the Manager at Mesa explained. I paid the extra money for them to mail/submit my fingerprint application. It was the added convenience that I needed. What a WONDERFUL and PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! It's good to know that GREAT customer service is still ALIVE...:). THANK YOU.

Went to office on 23rd Ave & Thomas just before closing on a Friday - everyone was cheerful, helpful & efficient. There was no push to hurry so they could close. Took their time to be sure all was correct before sign & seal of envelope. Price could have been lower but all in all I was pretty impressed.

the technicians did a good job taking my fingerprints, but it was rejected due to low quality of the prints. the general manger went above and beyond her call duty. She worked with me until my fingerprints were accepted. The service was not cheap, but well worth the money. The staff is professional, efficient and simply nice. will recommend to everyone.

I was sent to Arizona Livescan for fingerprinting for a volunteer position in the county. When I arrived, someone said hello and was asked to wait outside due to only four people being allowed inside at a time. I stepped outside and two individuals left almost immediately and no one else was waiting in the lobby except me. A customer service rep asked me to fill out a form and then she took it and was going to wait on me but her boss told her to go to lunch instead. The csr said she could take care of me quickly before lunch but the boss said no. I waited approximately 10 min. for the boss to take my fingerprints. She also asked me to relax so she could get accurate prints.... Too bad the "new" employee was interested in offering immediate customer services and was not allowed to. I don't write reviews ever, but I felt like I was an inconvenience.

Wow, was I glad to find Arizona Livescan. My prints submitted by the company that hired me had been returned 3 times from ADP as unacceptable. It was very frustrating. Because of this, I was not able to get my security card and consequently unable to work. This really affected me financially. I went to Arizona Livescan and they turned out beautiful prints which were accepted and my card was issued. They were very professional and the technician that assisted me was very caring. I told her about my prints being rejected three times. She took extra care and made sure she got good prints.

They were great. I went there for two sets, then came back 40days later and they still honored the 30 day duplicate half price discount. Then I screwed up my app for the DPS, DPS rejected my prints with my messed up application. Livescan, said bring the mess back to them and they fixed everything for FREE. It was MY mistake and they helped me for free. Good people, great prints, help with every application you have. Don't waste your time with the others that do prints and something else..go to livescan.

I walked in, and it took me longer to fill out the normal demographic information - it was like name and address - than it did to complete the process - SUPER FAST!!! They have this service down to a science, including the need for a money order (for a VERY reasonable fee, they will even do that for you). A personal and gracious note about Vanessa at the Peoria locale. She gave my wife - it was a VERY HOT day - water. That's just the "coolest" thing if you'll pardon the pun about the whole encounter. I haven't gone to other services, and I shan't. These folks are winners and do things right the first time. It's a win/win for all of us. Patronise them please. It is a bit more expensive than a traditional fingerprinting place. However they guarantee your prints will be read, or they will do it again for free. Everyone said to wait 5-6 weeks for a reply from ADOT, I got my card the next week! I have friends in school that went the traditional way, and are still waiting 5 weeks later. Oh and as for the staff, I could not have asked for a more courteous person to help me. I cannot remember her name, but both of the ladies that I met from there were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They even explained how to fill out the other paperwork and how to mail it. I will be going here for the rest of my career to be sure!

I needed my fingerprints done and had already gone to a post office type office. That place had trouble getting a clear print using ink. After sending those prints in, I received a letter back saying the prints were not clear and I needed to get them done again. I went to this AZ LiveScan Fingerprinting office, because it was closest to my home. Little did I know this is a very special place to get this project completed. They do not use ink at all. They have a machine that must do images (Scan) instead of ink. Not only did the fingerprints come out much clearer, but the staff was wonderful and it was very quick too. I highly recommend this option when you need this project done.
