Just walk in! It's true that It's almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. That's because once you walk in, you can see how busy they are! They are super helpful, super fast. I was there no longer than 20 mins to process my passport, with no appointment. During that time 4 other families were processed by 3-4 different clerks. Very fast, very nice staff.

Do not let the reviews scare you. Both workers were extremely helpful and friendly. In and out very quick. I was actually early for my appointment because I didn't want to be late. I thought I would have to wait until my time but they saw me waiting and called me over.

Went in to apply for my son's passport. Two staff were doing passport services and both of them were professinal and efficient. The lady who helped us was especially kind to our 8 year old son.

Went to get my passport renewed. in and out in less than 20 minutes, no appointment necessary... Though i had all my paper work ready. Kirk was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions.

After reading reviews I was absolutely Petrified to step foot in the building. I tripled checked I had everything I needed and went ahead and made my appointment. Let me add it was super easy to place an appointment online. I walked in and there was a lady and a man st the counter. They were sweet as pie. Very respectful and helpful on every question and need I had. I was in and out in a very timely matter. I also made a comment about how they had horrible reviews and i was scared to come in. They both looked at me and said She’s off today so your picked a good day to come. It’s ver unfortunate that one Horrible person can ruin it for every employee there. That being said give them a chance they’re not all mean!

By appointment only, which is good to assure that you can be in and out in 20 minutes without a line, but weekend and after hours fill up quickly so expect having to make an appointment weeks in advance. Service was kind and attentive. Our home made photos were not accepted by the post office official and had to be retaken at the site for a charge. Here comes the twist: The photo they took got rejected by the government officials 4 weeks later because of red eye effect! (hence the 3 stars)

Been going for years and customer service has been nothing short of fantastic every time! Also found to be a great please to get your passport done. At times when I have gone there has been long lines but in each case they moved pretty quickly. So if you see a long line it may be worth sticking around rather than coming back.

The first day I went there I would give it 2 stars, seemed DMVesque, nobody wanted to work too fast. I came back a different day and Anita worked us in, with a smile and personality to boot! If there were merit promotions at the USPS she should get 3 or 4.

I use this post office fairly often for work. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Lines cannot be helped at times. I have had an instance or two of a mistake but it's always been rectified. Recommend. One of the better post office experiences I've had.

After initially having trouble finding which Omaha locations I could go to to get my passport application submitted I finally found myself here. I won’t lie, I was frustrated as hell but thankfully Jackson came up to me and told me he could help. He quickly escorted me to the counter and started working on my paperwork and getting everything lined up. He was very professional, funny, and had such a great attitude. I was in and out in less than 10 mins and it was all thanks to Jackson. I came in with a frown and left with a smile. Thank you Jackson for your help!!!

Always go here, employees are very nice. The wait is only long if you hit high traffic times. Well stocked with shipping supplies. Passport was easy to get done. I've never used their PO boxes but they have plenty! Only thing missing is a self serve kiosk.

I had an appointment for a new passport. Everyone was extremely friendly. It was fast and non complicated. I got my picture taken first thing and within a short time I was on my way and paperwork was submitted. Excellent experience!

Use this location frequently and have had good, friendly service from several staff members. Even witnessed an irate customer handled well on the passport side.
